>Enter The Grid

The first server created was called ‘Cybertron’ it is where all programs where created. Specifics on creation varies based on who you ask, but usually follows the consensus that the spark for all programs originated from another being that came from ‘The Portal’. An ancient ruin standing at the very center of Cybertron.

Centuries of civil war between the factions ‘The Autobots’ and ‘The Decepticons’ has severely damaged and degraded the home server of ‘Cybertron’ forcing those that remain to find refugee in its sub servers, outskirts or other servers entirely.

>Programs

Programs are beings created in The Grid. It has been many centuries since a new program has been created, as the home server of ‘Cybertron’ is to damaged to produce new life. All programs have an identity disk which can display their very code and is the means for which a program can scan and transform into an alternative mode. A program is limited to two modes, their base mode and their alternative mode (although tales have been told about programs having more than two modes).

>Users

Tales have it that once beings from another world accessed through The Portal’ roamed The Grid. They were called ‘Users’ and they seemed to have the ability to alter The Grid. Belief in the existence of ‘Users’ ranges from Program to Program but all that might change when three humans children stumble upon an abandoned arcade. . .
