Anyways, these Headcanons are for my CW!Verse. In which Billy is from Earth-38, or in other words. Supergirl’s earth. On his own earth, he’s established as Captain Marvel, and has very likely already met and accidentally revealed his identity too Superman.

Billy is less than impressed with The Flash at first, honestly. Since he’s already (in his 12 year old logic) coined the red costume and lightning shtick. But Barry and Blly probably get along beyond that. Since for the longest time neither of them know the others secret I.D

Honestly Barry was so insulted the first time Billy called the Green Arrow “Discount Batman” around him. Which is hilarious because Barry had been calling Batman “Discount Green Arrow” for MONTHS.

Barry 1000% infects Billy with a million bad puns.

No on expects Billy’s sass. Every time this smol kid just makes an offhand sassy comment Barry just loses it.
