today was such a weird day at work ?? i treated myself to a pedicure and a yummy dinner. now i'm gonna play some bg.3, and i will be around later!!
#;; i can feel myself beginning to not 100% love where i'm working anymore and i know some of that is coming from like ??? idk my company#;; takes forever to change and innovate and is so behind on things??? everything is *reactive* when there are ways that it can#;; be more proactive but ??? the top doesn't wanna allocate *anything* to those types of efforts#;; i also feel like i'm not getting the mentorship i'm craving?? even my own leadership is MIA a bunch??? SO IMMA JOB HUNT#♕░░ queen of the summer isles ( LUXX SPEAKING )#;; tbd.
