Happy Lunar New Year to you BPP!

After reading Jimin's msg for Armys today and with everything happening in my life I can't keep this good feelings inside anymore, I want to share a tiny bit of good news --------

I'M PREGNANT!!!

After 2 years of trying because of my PCOS. It's been a rollercoaster but after my midterm check up last week my husband and me feel at ease a bit to start telling people. I'm so excited I've told everyone even told my mom's neighbor (who I hate a tiny bit cos she is loud in everyone's business and used to insult me for how I wore my skirt to school when I was young.) It's a bit scary to raise a baby in today's world, just the budgeting I've started doing gives me small heart palpitations but I can't help feeling excited BPP!!

Sorry for rambling on another limb t but I have a question. My baby is a girl and I'm thinking of naming her Jimin. My husband doesn't think this is weird to name her after our patron saint Jimin thank God but I wonder if it's alright to name give my baby girl a man's name? If I name her Jimin do you think it will be insulting to Korean culture? I've been stressing a little about this and I don't know anyone Korean in my life. Can you give some advise?

And don't even sweat it, Jimin is a unisex name. There are probably just as many women named Jimin in Korea, as there are men. So, it's not really 'a man's' name.

Also, I can't claim to speak for a whole country but I don't think it's insulting to give your child a Korean name. Several Koreans give their kids English names, Spanish names, and names from other cultures. People name their kids after TV show characters and Bible characters. You can name your daughter whatever you like, even more so if that name has a special meaning to you.

Knowing that Jimin is your inspiration for the name you're giving your daughter is heartwarming. He's a lovely, special person and it's sweet he's made such an impact on you, that your baby will bear his name.

Though, that worry had to be compartmentalized. While fighting for his own life and to protect Izuku and All Might, he couldn't focus on worrying about Shouto. He had to be a hero.

So, when he heard the news, Katsuki paled several shades lighter as his eyes widened.

"No...!" He shook his head hard and declared, "No, you gotta be fuckin' lying!" His eyes already brimmed with tears. "I won't fuckin' believe you until I see him! They just said he won his victory over Dabi!"

He hadn't even gone to the hospital yet. Injuries be damned. He wouldn't go anywhere until he saw Shouto again.

He took several steps forward before his chest began hurting. He was fresh out of "surgery" and had already placed stress on his heart while fighting AFO for the second time. The panic and stress of this "news," was taking its toll, and his breathing became labored. "Shit--!" He placed his hand out against a large piece of rubble to maintain balance.

Other heroes began rushing in to help, but their shouts were just white noise compared to his panic. "Sh-Shouto's not dead! No fuckin' chance...!" he grit out. "I-I'll kick his ass if he let something happen to him!"

I don’t think anyone else has pointed this out but there is a lot of similarities between Gus from breaking bad and Sv Hero (spoilers for breaking bad btw)

Both are owners of a restaurant (gus owns los pollos Hermanos while hero owns the last resort)

They’re both in charge of a secret business which is highly illegal (Gus’ dr*g empire and Hero’s gator gang as I like to call it)

They’re nice guys outside of their illegal businesses but can be actual monsters when they need to be. (An example I can think of is Gus killing someone right in front of Mike, Walt and Jessie and hero stabbed Spaceboys eye out.)

The two are hidden in plain sight, nobody ever suspected gus of running a dr*g empire just like nobody would suspect hero of all people to be “the boss.”

So that being said Sv hero is a breaking bad reference, I did it I solved the lore of the sv au >:)

i went to the doctor yesterday and after years of recovery im completely weight restored !

i have mixed feelings on it but i’m trying to see it as the victory it is

it’s hard bc it technically means i’m “overweight” again but i keep reminding myself that it doesn’t matter and i’m eating the same amount of my peers and the way my body holds onto that is not a personal failing, genetically i’m predisposed to being overweight so despite the fact i exercise and eat well, i will be and am a little heavier than what’s considered a “normal bmi”

my body is not a personal failing and instead is a testament to me recovering
