“Delivering gifts to all tha’ good girls and boys of tha’ world!” Chris stated loudly, a proud smile on his lips before he tried to lurch forward past Lilli into her home. This sack was quite frankly murdering him. A fine red mark was shown on his head after his knocking attempt, yet he continued to smile brightly to his dear friend. “An’ I think someone’s been a good girl, an’ deserve their gift!” Chris hummed thoughtfully as he winked to Lilli, and then he dropped his bag between them both.

She stares and listens to the blonde, when he spoke before her eyes slided to the sack he had with him and then back to him. Oh. He was going around and giving gifts to his friends huh? Well, that would explain why she hadn’t seen him all day. And looking at that super full sack told her that she wasn’t the last one who is going to receive a gift today huh? Well... good that he was here then, because Lilli had something for him too. 

The young woman stepped a little aside so that Christopher could get inside her apartment. That sack looked heavy, and she would rather not have him get crushed by it in front of her door. The mage didn’t even reacted to his wink at all. She was used to that by now, and there was no reason for her to... mind it anymore. Though she gave him a small smile at his words. She and a ‘good girl’? Suuuuure. Whatever he says.

“You... You didn’t had to get me anything, Chris... But uh, vell... I did get you something too. Do you vant it now or later?”

He seemed busy. Heh... Like everyone today... And she didn’t wanted to load him with her present. Even if it was just something small.

“I…A-Ah…Well….Yeh?” Chris’ face flushed suddenly as Lilli now caught on with his proposition, and he anxiously fiddled with the back of his hair. Teeth gnawed at his lower lip before he finally turned to look down upon Lilli, his lips curled into a soft smile, “What’d ya say? My t-treat?”

                                 “B-But- I mean-!   Vhat if ve r-run into zhat R-guy or s-something-?!?”

Lilli stuttered, and tried to hide the blush that appeared on her face. Why was he asking her now? A date? She never was on a date before! Hell, she didn’t even knew much about what one would usually do at a date! Well, okay, watching movies, or getting out for dinner or something, that’s what she knew what some would do on dates…

But dates usually ended with… romantic stuff… And she had literally no experience with that! Not to forget that this was Christopher! And she still couldn’t tell what she was feeling about him! Did she hate him or not?

     “D-Do you even have zhe money for zhat?!?”

She had told him to get lost! To leave her alone! But did the man listen? Apparently not. So she had to get her point across in a different way it seemed. And so the thief had stabbed him. It had been so easy. He had given her enough time to figure a way out to get one of her blades behind his armor. But even though Lilli had done such a violent act, she had made sure to not hit a critical point. There was no need to spill more blood than needed, and a warning should be enough… at least thats what she hoped.

After her attack the girl quickly brought a small distance between her and the mercenary, just in case he decided to attack her too. But it seemed like he didn’t… He was to busy with enduring the pain apparently.

                     “I warned you… More than once…”

Well, she did and he got more warnings than she would usually give someone. And Christopher was lucky that she hadn’t slit his throad…
