Scarlett plays with the water in front of her almost unconsciously she had been able to meld it to her will since she was young. The ever changing shape was always a good way to keep her mind occupied even if she had had to hide it for most of her childhood. To be honest she wasn’t completely sure if her parents knew about her powers either. She knew she could do more but sometimes her powers scared her. Scarlett even though she has to concentrate to use the power now that she knows it’s there is still sometimes scared of her own voice. Afraid she’ll accidentally use her power to hurt someone when she doesn’t mean to.

She also knows though that her water abilities still have untapped potential she can feel it whenever she uses them. It’s a feeling in her bones. Scarlett looks over as a dog approaches her and sniffs slowly at her. It’s not Shadow but her Mom has always said she’s a dog magnet. She reaches with her free hand to pet the dog before the owner comes over apologizing.

“It’s okay,” Scarlett says with a smile. “My mom’s always said I’m a dog magnet.” She pets the dog before the owner takes him away back to go play with the other dogs. Scarlett whistles for Shadow who comes running up to her. She smiles leashing him and walking out of the park before running into someone.

Open Starter - Meeting Kronos

You were running. There was something chasing you and you were running. You had been separated from your quest-mates and you did not know if they were alive or dead, but you were still running. Regrouping. Trying not to think of all the things you've lost on this quest you never asked for, and you are running.

You burst into an open field, the vines declaring the boundary nearly tripping you but you kept running. You are crying, but you kept running. There is nothing in your sights, but you keep running. And running. And running.

A root trips you up and you are terrified. You look behind you to see if you will die tonight, but there is nothing. Just sights of grain. You take a deep breath, dust off your knees, and wobble your way up again. The plain is still vast, but you see someone standing between the fields, tall and not noticing you. You want to think it's nothing, but you've gone too long and too far just to give up now. A close look makes your breath hitch as you stare at the form of your history books. Kronos, Tyrant of the Titans and Once-King of the Cosmos stood before you. A man who killed a primordial--a man only defeated by the greats before.

He feels something staring at him and he turns around. What do you do?

Of course, cabin 12 had been able to find themselves booze. Of course, they were throwing a party with kids from almost every cabin. And of course, some of the kids asked her to be a glorified maid for the party, knowing she likely wouldn't protest.

Glykera looked absolutely shaken. She didn't even look fully here. One of the drunken campers had tried flirting with her and was standing a bit too close to her. So far, they were only talking to her. But that didn't change the terror she felt.
