This is cruel anon. 

Breaking this down, which is the only logical thing to do: Anakin cares for Amelia but also knows she has a connection to Padmé on top of her relationship with Obi-Wan. I want to believe that Anakin would be both relieved to have lived but also angry that Obi-Wan didn’t save her because he knows just how much she means to him. 

For Amelia, she is aware of the deep connection Obi-Wan has with Anakin and the promise he made to his former Master to raise and train Anakin to be a Jedi. She too has a connection to Padmé and knows that the death of Anakin would devastate her good friend. If Obi-Wan saved her, she would probably feel guilty but also know that it would be a bit out of character for him to do that.

As much as it pains me to admit, I know the most in-character answer to this would be for him to rescue Anakin, even at the cost of Amelia. Obi-Wan would forfeit his own happiness and the future he could have with Amelia so Anakin could live and fulfill his destiny as the Chosen One.
