J’avais un peu mis de côté la pratique du portrait, mais ma rencontre avec Miss Lily (dont vous trouverez la page Facebook ici : https://www.facebook.com/Misslily-1707255006185520/) m’a permis de m’y remettre d’une manière plus libre que la première fois.

Deux démarches vis-à-vis d’un modèle

Avec Gaia, qui s’était gentiment prêtée au jeu, il s’agissait davantage de restituer des portraits classiques. Avec Miss Lily, j’ai pu explorer d’autres contrées créatives et restituer des ambiances qui me tiennent plus à cœur. Disons que lors de ma première collaboration, j’étais à l’écoute de mon modèle et là, c’est mon modèle qui était à mon écoute.

Trucages et post-traitement photo

Je sais que mon approche n’est pas une approche photographique pure. En fait, pour moi la prise de vue constitue un préalable, qui doit répondre à des impératifs techniques (cadrage, mise au point, profondeur de champ, lumière / que je n’atteins certes pas toujours) afin de constituer une bonne base. Le post traitement ne me sert pas à rattraper les bourdes photographiques : ce serait un bien mauvais calcul de ma part, que d’envisager les choses sous cet angle. Quelque part, la photo me sert à supplanter mon manque d’habileté en dessin : elle crée donc une base pour le travail créatif, autour de la couleur ou du rendu, en post-traitement. Et comme je passe beaucoup de temps dans les tableaux, au travers de mes études et de mes visites dans les musées, le résultat de mes images en est forcément impacté.

Le Matériel photo durant la séance

Les photos ont été prises aussi bien avec :

mon Pentax K30 équipé de mon Ricoh 50mm f1.7,

mon Panasonic Lumix DMC-GF7 , équipé de mon Sigma Art 60mm F2.8.

côté éclairage… euh… ne parlons pas des sujets qui fâchent (bon je vous le donne quand même : une fenêtre ouverte sur le mauvais temps et une lampe de bureau directionnelle).

DMC OCs: WARNING! NSFW Headcanons PART TWO:

Aight, let's continue! Oh, and before I forget, also wanted to add that since Sydney died at 19 while Lily was 18, I wanted to frame most of these headcanons as if there's an AU where she's still alive! -NIPPLE PLAY!
