"Fate can really be an overused term. If one believes something is set in stone. Then they must be blind. One clear event, can warp a future. Remember how they always say. If you go back in time. To never try to change anything, as it could massively effect the future. Even squishing the smallest of bugs, can change the future."
"It's why I reference the amount of redos within one's painting. There will be moments, that you will go over paths, parts of your life. To either reach the destination you crave, or go in a completely different direction."
"You would be right on those words in learning from your mistakes. People see, and crave perfection. But if we endlessly chase it. Are we truly going to learn? Not to put the idea, of needing to make mistakes. But, the value of mistakes, can greatly benefit you in the long run. It's like how a lie is seen. People believe that lies are always bad. When that can't be further from the truth. Not every wording that is deemed bad, is going to hurt you. Sure, we would all love a much clear path. But that is only a rare occurrence towards our goals, and our ideals."
"Our lives will continue to shape itself. It's up to us, in order to truly shape it all. But yes. Every new day, can bring something new. The element of surprise, will truly make life worth living."

"Good day again. How have things been since the last time we've met?" Nahida knew how to start off a convocation. To break the ice if you will. It had been a while since they had chatted, and it would be a great starting point, before moving on to another subject matter at hand.
Being that it was her break, and she could stretch her legs, and let her brain rest. Maybe a game is on the agenda? She is curious after all, if they play the recent new craze of TCG. Along with what kind of deck they would be running.
"Have you been looking into TCG lately? I did hear that so many are playing it, and enjoying such. You have your own card too correct?"

"I heard you had a knack for these ordeals."
Nahida knew, that gathering information in the current place and time in Sumeru, was going to be much harder. Sure, there are levels of trust, and those who get her hands dirty more than she ever will. Or should do. But she cannot sit comfortable at all. Maybe that comes with her inexperience. Compared to the other archons, she is the youngest. So this, may, or may not be a wise move on her behalf.
"I want you to look into a few things, a few supposed scholars we sent into the woods as punishment. I would like you to investigate them. To check on them.A report as you will. Not only that, I'd like it done with the people of Sumeru too, but only for a short time. In order to build relations, and a good general faith in Sumeru, I need to ensure we're on the right track."
"If you can handle that. Then we a deal no? I'll discuss a sum, that you'll be paid for, and among other measures within the contract, if the idea of it all works for you."

"You aren't the only one. While I can trust that he has the smarts, but one wrong move, and it can all go down hill. It only takes the wrong domino to fall, and the rest will soon scatter down, and cause everything to blow up in smoke."
"You are not the only who disagrees with him, Nahida. He is my friend and I worry about his safety and lifespan. Especially when it comes to what he uses..."

"So what are we doing today?"
Bit of a weird question to put forward from her, but she wanted to test certain waters. As I'm sure, while they've had wants, and where to go with things. But it's always more or less, come back to bite them in the backside. So maybe, after time has passed within this new setting. Maybe things would be different.
"Do tell me. I would love for you to make your own choice, and choose what you would like to do for the day, rather having something set for you at presant time."
"That is."
"If you wouldn't mind spending time with me for a good bit hehe. I promise to be good company."

All nations had their share of food. Sumeru wasn’t any different.
Here Nahida is, enjoy some pita pockets, being almost finished one of the two that she has on her plate. Her eyes and mind, constantly looking all over Sumeru, as if she is there watching on purpose. Or more just to have a good meal while she is there, she can get all kinds of knowledge, but the knowledge of how the food is, that can only be gained through experience.
Through her chomps, licking of her lips, the diverting of her eyes, seeing one approaching past her, and within that moment, a thought and action came out. Wanting to act on it, in order to bring someone else into the fold, to enjoy this meal with her.
“Hey...”Came out a calm and relaxed voice.
Offering out a part of her meal, which may seem strange, but like a child, wanting to share in the fun, to have fun with someone else. But more, it was her way of her making a general effort in order to break the ice, and make a first impression on them.
“Would...Mind joining me for a bite?”

“So I suppose you’ve heard the news I hope Ei.”
A cross of the arms followed. Being that she done her hard work, and was unsure if Ei had heard the news. Maybe one day, she would love to bring him over, in order to show, how much that he has grown. Or even a little bit.
"He's still learning things, but the progress I've seen, is enough for me, to see that he'll turn a new leaf. I do hope you can trust me on this, but also, trust in him, himself. If there is anything, anything that you may think could be different. Do let me know."
"I swear to you Ei. That I'll make sure, that he'll never end up the way he was before."

"It all depends how we look at the elements. Some find Thunder to be scary, and even go as far to have a fear of such. As if something struck a cord with them, or they don't like loud noises. Multiple of reasons as to why they would be afraid."
"While there are those, who like watching a rainy storm. Seeing the flashes of lightning, ripping through the heavens above. It all depends on the person you meet. Each will have a different reaction to it."
"One may see fire, as nothing but pain and sadness. Or to be only used for cooking. But fire. Fire has meant so much over humankind. Something that may be a bit lost in time. I would agree with you there."
"I will however prefer, the forest not to be set a blaze."
Akiko let out a laugh at her nonchalant attitude about everything that had been revealed. "I'm surprised. I would have thought you'd have reacted a little more to learning that I'm on the level of an Archon, but I suppose I should have seen this reaction coming, given who you are" he said while giving her a cryptic smile.
"As for my fire, it can range from a small orb to an inferno strong enough to burn down an entire forest."
He held up his right hand and extended his pointer finger, a small wisp of flame sparking to life just above his nail.
"But most people don't seem to realize that fire is more than just destruction. It is one of the cornerstones of life itself."

"I do hope my question doesn't come off as anything negative. It's not the focus of the question, but with your wings..."She always wondered such. Being that she never really has gone flying before. Or least gone into true great depths, to warrant that she would be experienced in the matter. But like a child wanting to ride their first bike, or experience something new in great detail, they want to learn how to went from another, to get an experienced hand on the matter, in order to hear, and see how good it truly is.
With that in mind, she's prepared to throw out the question. Hoping that it's perfect fine of a question to ask.
"...How fast can you travel with those beautiful wings of yours? I've always wanted to know!"

Flowers. Flowers. Flowers.
Flowers were truly beautiful, the Sumeru Rose, being in each and every corner of Sumeru. You wouldn’t be able to walk too far, without seeing one. Yet alone any general normal flower. Nahida loved flowers, how they bloom, but how they gently blow within the gentle breeze of the wind. How they look, basking in the sunlight. It’s truly beautiful.
Seeing one, who’s enjoying flowers as much as she. It truly warms her heart. No matter the character, she can appreciate one who likes flowers. Even if that is the only appreciation that she can offer, it’s still a good quality to have in her eyes. As she moves forward.
"The flower is like a good book. It is like a fine wine paired with a special meal on an unforgettable night. The flower is like a great friend who is always there when you need them. Delicate and beautiful yet meaningful and memorable, few can do what the flower can do - year after year, moment after moment.” She stated, walking into view. Sounding like a scholar, taking her time walking towards them. As if each and every step meant something.”Wouldn’t you agree?”

@mysticallities liked for a starter!
“You seem to have a keen eye.”
As if she had been watching, and waiting to see them. Understanding one’s curious nature to find things, to want things. Along with the fact, Nahida will always check on, any, and anyone that comes into Sumeru. She’ll always poke her nose in. Already making her presence known, as if to catch them off guard, but to act a little kidish, in order to seem innocent right now.
“Are you looking for something? I found a lost ball recently, are you perhaps looking for that?”

Curious as a fish. Curious as a magpie. Curiosity is like a locksmith, who departs when the door is opened.
There are many forms of a curious nature, with the amount of people that are within Sumeru, or who have been to Sumeru, there is a lot to think about, yet alone be curious at. But sometimes, you truly never know the type of character that you are going to meet.
So much circles within Nahida’s mind, always thinking, always planning, she cannot be too careful, in her position, it’s best to not draw too much to herself, but to also not just go in blindly. Only fools rush in. But this one seemed different. Unlike any other person that Nahida has seen before. It was her duty as archon, to keep an eye on her people, and if a face like this shows its presence. Then she has to act right away.
A gentle wave from her position, being in the general direction of the other. A wave that was friendly, but also, gesturing for a convocation from them.
“...Quite the sunny day isn’t it? I love sunny days like this, don’t you?”
A short and simple response. A greeting that isn’t to provoke anything. As if an ice breaker, to break the start of their meeting. Until she can get to know them better, or know how to handle the situation more, will she begin to show more of her character. A gentle kick of her feet, like a child, calmly waiting for a reply, as if she is acting more child like on purpose. While the idea of lies is wrong, but at times. A lie like a facade in this case and setting, is needed, and won’t hurt anyone.

“Ei...”
Came a worried voice, but it was more doubts than worried. She knows full well, doubts can be fine, it’s a perfect way to understand where you are, where your position is. It’s how you go forward afterwards, will determine, how well you actually do.
In Nahida’s shoes. Being the youngest Archon, there is a lot on her shoulders. How she can evolve, how she can grow. Sumeru will constantly change, as she’ll see many lifetimes come and pass. But how she’ll be, when she is in the shoes of the one she is speaking to, or one of the other elder Archons.
Twiddling her feet on the spot, looking a little down, which was a bit unusual for Nahida. Not that she was super cheery, but she had a kid like mentality. But yet, she’s the biggest kid in the world. Which is why it’s hitting her so hard, compared to others.
“Do you think...I can become a Archon...That everyone will not only believe in, but find trust in?”

“A little birdy told me you are searching for something. It’s written on your face.”Not to mention the knowledge that she has heard, which has lead her to know the low down. While she will say no words in order to help, that is for them to find out themselves.
“If you are thinking of the perfect kind of present, do remember. At first, anything is wonderful. The proximity and warmth is enough for both of you. May these words carry you towards the right gift you need.”A short and sweet and happy giggle escaped her lips after she spoke. Appreciating the idea of love, and happiness. Knowledge like such, was welcomed knowledge, that she didn’t need to work herself up for. Instead, she can playfully enjoy watching.

"Help is all I can be in this situation. To advise, and instruct. Though now. It's up to you to take action about it. While I would love it, if you followed through, and went through a change that would allow you to live peacefully, without issue, or worry. Or to a point where it isn't so helpless, and frail."
"I can be a voice of reason for you, but I can also be a friend. I know you understand that quite clearly. I won't give you such falsehoods, as if promises that I won't be able to keep. It's a new dawn for the both of us. However, I wouldn't go back on my word, in ensuring you, you have my support."
"Each and every day, as you write in your journal, you can write every inch of your day in there. Show your life, your proper life. A life that you've always dreamed of. That you've wanted and deserved. I understand it may seem a bit nonsense right now. But when you look back, you'll see the way of thinking."
"I know you'll try, you're a new you. I have full faith in you."
he knit his brow at the SUGGESTION. ❝ if it's an order ... i suppose i'm duty bound to follow it. ❞ that was a joke, right? the wanderer couldn't imagine she would seriously waste both of their time on such a vague command. ( then again, he struggled to get sentimental people. )
ren hummed thoughtfully under his breath. resonate positive energy, huh? was there ever a string of words more ANTITHETICAL to his very being? still, he ( a bit begrudgingly ) supposed that was precisely the reason why it was determined necessary to begin with. ❝ ... i don't hate the idea. ❞ the wanderer admitted, raising a hand to his chin. ❝ i've no interest in games, but ... i suppose keeping a JOURNAL may actually come in handy. ❞ for organizational purposes, if nothing else. he preferred to be tidy whenever possible; it saved him unnecessary trouble in the long run. ❝ although, i'm not really sure what happy THOUGHTS i'm expected to write within. i doubt i have many of those to share. ❞ the last part was spoken in a hushed tone, under his breath.
positive thinking wasn't exactly his strong suit.
shaking his head, the wanderer breathed a ( purely performative ) sigh. ❝ if you truly think any of this is necessary, i'll defer to your judgement. i can see you're trying to be helpful; the least i can do is try to cooperate in return. ❞

A gentle wave came from the Dendro Archon. Coming quite far from the lands of Sumeru, even if it wasn't that far from Sumeru itself. Being that Sumeru and Liyue were pretty close. But that doesn't make the journey any more shorter.
Taking a moment to look at the scenery around her, being up on a tree branch. Kicking her legs back and forth slowly, to ensure she doesn't fall off. Like a kid, just minding it's own business. Only to see someone, she hasn't seen before. With her, liking to poke her nose into seeing who they were. Dropping down, and making sure she had a safe landing. Landing on a bouncy mushroom, in order to break her fall, and landing right in front of them.
"Greetings. You're a new face I haven't met before. Quite the weather isn't it?"
