#me: emailing my beta at 5am because i fINALLY PROPFREAD THE NEXT CH#also me but after sleeping for 3 hours and feeling g r e a t:........ /i could edit this at exactly 7:41:27 tonight and post it/#/itd only take me 3 hours - i could still even sleep by 11pm/#.... //or i could start the next chapter after this one is posted//#-/-/#see this is why i’m dangerous when im finishing a fic at night#bc ill get excited and post it at 4am#convinced i proofread it in detail#then ill be reading it the next day and realize i spelled ‘facilitate’ as ‘faculty’ or something#and then my soul dies a little as i have to sit in torture for 8-13 hours until i can fix it#at which point i know the avid readers have likely already read the chapter#/and will only know the version where i used the embarrasing wrong words/#fic talk#apropos gotham falls
