Okay so I like how some of the songs in Nightbringer sound (particularly Arcadia, Hungry Six Pack, No. 1, and Crazy For You) but I had never listened to any of the character songs before

So when looked them up on Spotify I was initially like "yay they're on here AND they're the full songs!!"

And then

Dear god

They sound so SLOW

Going from the character songs in Nightbringer to listening to the songs on Spotify is like when you're on a 50mph highway then turn onto a 20mph road.

#obey me nightbringer #//i'm also someone who gets attached to the 1st version of a song i listen to #//if the original is what i hear first then i almost never like any covers #//but if a particular cover is what i hear first then the original (and any other covers) just sounds wrong.#//& i generally prefer upbeat music the lyrics could be depressing or stupid as hell but if it's upbeat i have a better chance of liking it #//so anyway i hope they release the Nightbringer versions on spotify #//i tried to see if i could increase the playback speed but i use an apk (so i don't to pay for premium) so i guess i can't
