Codename: Sock Assassin - named after the fact that it looks like he’s wearing a sock on his head and because he’s an assassin. Fitting, no?

Kagune type: bikaku (’tail-red’), the balanced kagune

Class: B~ (means he is of average strength, although it could potentially be more)

Relative Kagune strength: average

Additional Kagune powers: none

Additional special powers: Uses regular human weapons to ‘assassinate’ targets. Exhibits great proficiency at hand to hand combat, knives, and a wide variety of handguns. Has also shown proficiency in wielding quinques.

CCG notes: His actual danger and kill count is unknown, as his kills are often indistinguishable from those of a regular assassin in that people will simply disappear and reappear days later, mangled and decayed beyond recognition. Estimates range from as few as ten to nearing a hundred. He appears to avoid conflict, and strikes seemingly at random. He appears to operate primarily in heavily urban areas with a high concentration of the wealthy, as well as areas with high levels of gang activity.

Class: S

Relative kagune strength: strong

Additional kagune powers: ability to harden flatter kagune pieces to use as shields, atypical of other koukaku users

Additional special powers: special maneuver that attacks from three sides; two from the top and one from each side.

CCG notes: While his shield-type kagune pieces are strong, the other two pieces that he has are extra soft and easily breakable. Note that his shield-type kagune form much more slowly than his attack-type kagune, so attack him while all his kagune pieces are still soft and in formation stage. Watch for his typical three pronged attack: ‘takedown’ with the top two kagune pieces and ‘pincer’. The name badgerbear comes from this signature fighting style. However, be aware that he has a wide variety of fighting techniques that he may have not revealed. His kill count is somewhere between fifteen and fifty. Signature marks on his victims are similar to that of other ghouls, although he appears to favor luring his targets to dark alleyways and killing them in quick, successive strikes with his kagune.
