today’s positives!!

-my city hired goats to come to the hills and eat the brush or whatever so we don’t all die in a brush fire🤠 but anyway KDHDJDBS it was so cute we drove by them and there was just a big ass group of goats chilling by the road it was incredible

-i had an IMMACULATE breakfast sandwich this morning yum

-i watched criminal minds all day (what a surprise) and i made the mistake of watching it with head phones in and since it was a scary episode i got scared but it was still a good time😀😀😀

Ok, I'm no expert and I think I only have ADHD, but my nonverbal episodes have been like where I just can't force myself to talk? Like there's a blockage going on that I can't get past until I take some time and calm down from whatever stimulus causes it (most times it's been an OCD-symptom breakdown, if that makes sense? Like, suddenly Everything Is Dirty and I can't step on the ground unless my mom comes in and gets me socks kdhdjdb) It's like that executive dysfunction metaphor, where it feels like the same kind of mental block that stops you from putting your hand on the stove? But that's just my experience hehe!
