nope! v few legendaries are confirmed to exist (it is a legendary in my world. no idea why its only a mythical in others might be differences in definition) and jirachi is not one of them. some people say any and all shooting starts are jirachi and its less a legendary pokemon and more the general concept of a wish, but thats like. different beliefs in different places so who knows. i personally dont believe it exists but my mom does and if it does exist it might never be actually for real proven. maybe it does exist and its just a minior who knows.
