Sleeping Over || Webby & Mirium

SOOOOOOOOOO......Mirium was having A!! SLEEPOVER!!

And she was....kind of nervous? Though it was obviously not one of her first, like it was Webby’s, Mirium rarely ever had other people over or....really went to other people’s house. Sure, she had friends and yes she was comfortable with certain people enough to do that, but she just...didn’t always. She didn’t really know...maybe it was a comfort thing?? Maybe it was just her own misgivings...

BUT anyway! Webby was coming over! And this was her first! ever! sleepover! So it had to be perfect and amazing and maybe that was why she was freaking out oh my gosh--

The brunette had been prepping the house all day, getting the appropriate junk food and every movie she could think of that Webby might like. Which was, admittedly, a lot but that was okay! She wanted to be prepared. Besides, there was nothing wrong with being overly prepared. Her mom always said that anyway. So it was fineeeeeeeee. Really. 

At around 5 o’clock, the doorbell rang and the vibrator connected to it alerted Mirium to the door. Jumping up from her seat, the girl slid across the hardwood floor of her kitchen and into the entryway, Rascal right behind her, and opened the door. The blonde was standing at the door, her guardian (Seamus...she thought was his name) standing a little bit behind her with his hands in his pockets. She smiled brightly at them both, waving at the blonde and gesturing for her to come inside. The older man gave her a bright smile and nodded a hello before saying, quietly, that he would pick Webby up tomorrow whenever she’d like for him to come to get her (Mirium knew because he made sure to turn a bit so she saw. Obviously Webby had told him she was deaf.)
