The island was alive and silent, its sounds and his footsteps drowned by the thousand thoughts running through his mind. 

Siblings. 

Not just one, but two. 

This newly found truth came like thunder, shattering what Noel once thought to be true. His heart was a turmoil - question upon question upon doubt and just a tinge of excitement made the rapidly beating muscle catch in his throat. It seemed that his chase for what he thought was love was more fruitful than originally planned or expected as the universe had placed more on his lap than what he’d wanted. 

“Fucking ridiculous.” He grumbled under his breath, not thinking about where he was going yet knowing well enough the instructions given to him. Honeypot Brewery & Tapas. The name alone had him fighting back a chuckle and found it fitting that his brother would be working there, more so if they shared a sense of humor. Did he really want to go? He wasn’t sure, but his curiosity always got the better of him.  He was welcomed and taken to a table where he hid behind the menu, eyes wandering about for anyone that would resemble him in the slightest, like looking for a needle in a haystack. 

The host? No, he didn’t look right.  No one looked right -

Oh.

Just there he caught glimpse of ink, metal and a gaze he’d looked at a thousand times in the mirror. “Fuck.” He ducked, behind the food filled papers, pretending to read whatever was on the page before taking just another small peek.
