     If Yo’s hands weren’t sore from having to use some of his might as opposed to his magic, he would surely use one of them to bop Yuck right on her dense, furry little head. 

     “ Are kids really so ungrateful now-a-days? ” he grumbled out in his usual gruff fashion, rubbing his knuckles. Yeah... That was going to swell. He’d put some ice on it later or something. Darn old age, his body needed to be resting, sitting on his butt in front of TV!

     “ Look, kid, I ain’t exactly happy to be in the position of needin’ to help you, especially because you aren’t receptive to it, but frankly? It was either this, or the trouble we were in was goin’ to get a heck of a lot more annoying if I needed to drag your unconscious body with me. ”

     Dealing with demonic entities wasn’t new to Yo, it was basically an average Tuesday, but he couldn’t let those grubby beasts get to possessing Yuck’s body or utilizing their power in any kind of way. Oh, and because he shouldn’t let Yuck be destroyed or hurt or something. That too, he supposed.

     “ Maybe next time, don’t get caught up in a battle ya ain’t ready for. ”
