toji has large hands. they're calloused, skin toughened from years of hard work and proof of his days in the field. they're littered with faint scars; veins creeping up his forearms and muscles flexing under his skin. they make everything he touches look a little smaller, specifically any part of your body.

though so formidable, toji's hands were capable of great tenderness. they tend to linger around the small of your back and the flesh of your waist as if trying to prevent you from wondering too far from him, especially in the more crowded places.

his hands know where to be and when - he subconsciously moves to cover a sharp edge when you bend down, or to gently pull you to the inside of the pavement.

when shopping you're never seen holding any of the bags, god forbid the woman he calls his own carry anything other than herself when he's around. no amount of convincing will make him change his mind.

they sometimes find the cheekier places when they aren't supposed to - the pointed look you give him makes him back off and raise his arms in defeat.

even when megumi was born sure, toji held the kid a little weirdly, but you knew that those hands would never let harm come to your son.

because they were, of course, the hands you'd trusted to hold your heart.

i think what i adore about ladynoir beyond high school age (18 and over) is the opportunity it leaves for some of the most DELICIOUS best friends to lovers scenarios. because, like, two people who've been fighting side by side for years? who've known each other long enough to make jokes about it, haha remember when we were fourteen and you-- we AGREED to never speak of it!!!! who've spent so long learning each other inside out, even, in chat noir's case, getting over feelings, that the idea of anything romantic between them is so far off the radar that they don't feel the need for certain boundaries, because why would it matter if they made jokes about how attractive they find each other, about getting married, about how they could totally mess with the rest of the miracle team by pretending they're hooking up because it's so far out of the realm of possibility.

but then there would be that imperceptible shift. the moment where one of them makes a joke and it feels just a bit more loaded than it should. gazes lingering where they never lingered and playful smiles turning curious. the sudden awareness that, while maybe they were cuddling on a rooftop with their best friend, they were also wrapped up in the arms of someone they trust with their lives, and is extremely attractive, and, wait, if the only reason it was platonic before was because there were no feelings, what does THIS mean?

THE TENSION. THE PINING. THE INHERENT MESS OF BEING IN YOUR TWENTIES. PLEASEEEE

For Andressa's species, instead of relying on a horn for magic (which they don't have), every filly is bestowed a gem for magic! AND, because I want it, Oliver has some winks to Andressa's designs with the swirls on his legs mimicking the lines on hers, sharing a thinly tail, tiny little bumps like spikes, and the curls sorta kinda maybe like her antennae (if you squint and believe, which you should). Andressa and Oliver ilysm. Best purple pony on the planet tbh, sorrry not sorry Twilight Sparkle :/
