thinking about a theory from a long time ago where, when asked about Lucifer's weaknesses due to his status in hell, there was the implication that only Angels of equal or higher ranking are able to be wound or possibly kill other Angels.

if this theory were teased at in the show at some point by Vaggie, it'd at least be a lackluster reason to explain why demons hadn't tried fighting against the exorcists in the past, and it also would've explained why Vaggie didn't know that Angels could be harmed by their own weapons ; she's implied to have been one of Adam's best soldiers, possibly on the same level as Lute, which would make Vaggie's confusion as to why Angelic Weapons weren't thought to be their own weakness kind of excusable.

an uninspiring idea for this oversight, but at least it makes sense.

this is a theory that i'm definitely applying to my interpretation of heaven and its Angels. with that being said though, this means that Sera can be injured, but is otherwise untouchable when it comes to the power scaling of Angels

idk i think its an interesting theory that i'd like to see put into action in the series at some point
