Please note that I don't 'hate' or 'dislike' any of the characters in the 'not interested' tier. Either their design does not appeal to me enough to spend wishes on them, or I simply do not like their playstyle (Hu Tao, looking at you). The only character I genuinely do not like would be Shogun. :p (I'm okay with Ei but I don't like her enough to make up for it)
