Give me all the MESSY DETAILS! I make the judgments! If someone's been behaving WILDLY out of bounds, I throw them off the top of the tower! WE KEEP IT SIMPLE!

The rule is 'act right to your fellow radio colleagues.' It's usually pretty conflict-free from a harrassment perspective.#If she learns 'hey that new guy keeps flashing his dick at people' then the new guy is getting yeeted off the top of the tower.#And he's not coming back!
