Hello people who know things how likely is it that severe social anxiety+adhd could be misdiagnosed as autism

Specifically in the context of my autism assessment lasting less than an hour#+the actual diagnosis letter having stuff in it as evidence that was quite literally 100% coincidental#(I have memories of a mention that I wouldn't take off my school blazer. Which.#at the time I would've been wearing it directly on top of my school shirt. This was the middle of summer#I wouldve been visibly sweating through my shirt. Obviously I didn't want to take my blazer off)#I guess there were probably other reasons I ended up w the diagnosis other than what was in the letter but idk#the only behaviours I have/had that match up w autism r ones that could just as easily be smth else#at the time of the assessment I had only had friends my age for like. A year if that#of course I was weird when interacting with ppl. how r u meant to learn social cues if no one ever talks to u#anyway yeah. I rlly need to book a doctors appointment abt this ngl. Unfortunately the thought makes me want to cry so I probably won't
