@new-berry inspired me here. all fiction trippier / pope under the cut.
harsh one to take for sure, losing to the red side of liverpool at home so early into the season, with all the confidence they had, crucial one. two games lost already, 13th on the table. eddie had given them all the instructions they needed, yet it felt like today just wasn't meant to be. kieran was once again one of the last ones on the pitch, applauding to the fans, liverpool supporters shouting abuse and acting as if they'd just won the prem in the away end. "typical from these lot. bastards." nick spoke as he walked past kieran. "let them have it. still early into the season, they won't get much further. but we will." a confidence booster for kieran, nick always looking at the bright side of things.
a little more time had passed and the lads would eventually leave the pitch, walking into the tunnel together. kieran pulled his shirt over his head, his captains band still stuck to his arm, which nick noticed. "you're just being a tease now" kieran looked confused into his direction until nick pointed to his arm "oh. no, you take it off then." nick shook his head. "nah. looks good on you, captain." he said with a wink, suggestive in a way. alexander eventually joined in "heard sven's alright. maybe a knock but nothing too bad." kieran let out a relieving sigh "thank goodness that's great to hear, was proper worried." alexander patted his shoulder as they walked towards the dressing room "you good by the way?" kieran didn't want to upset the others who were already pretty down themselves any more, so he lied straight into alexander's face. "am alright. keeping things positive."
"that's good. it's just two games. we'll come back stronger." kieran gave him a half smile in response, taking the other way as the rest of the team walked into the dressing room. all but nick, who joined him. "you're proper down, aren't you?" he asked looking down to kieran, him once again noticing nick's towering height. "well aren't YOU?" he asked, finally taking the band off his arm in frustration. nick smiled. "i conceded two when i felt confident about us winning already, and that to bloody nuñez. fucks sake, of course i'm not happy about the result." kieran stopped and grabbed nick's arm, dragging the band all the way up to his bicep. "you're our leader now. you deserve it more than me today." that gesture put a smile onto nick's face, but made him feel miserable at the same time, seeing the very clear devastation in kieran's face. he lifted his hand and cupped kieran's cheek, his hand covering half of his face. "i know something that could cheer you up." kieran leaned into nick's hand, resisting the urge to take his thumb into his mouth. "oh yeah, what's it then?"
"i'm gonna show you, actually." nick smiled, dragging kieran along with him until they had reached the trainers room at the end of the corridor. "oh i can guess where this goes from here." kieran said with a smirk on his face, nick pushing the door knob down, hoping for it to be unlocked. the pair was in luck, taking one last look around to make sure no one was around to see them sneaking in. once in, nick shut the door behind them as quietly as possible, hitting the light switch. as soon as the door was shut, nick found himself with kieran's arms wrapped around the much taller man, his lips immediately connected to nick's. kieran's tongue was eager to get into his mouth, his hands travelling up to his neck to pull him down even more. nick pulled away "slow down. i'm the one who wants to make you feel better" kieran's eyes got dark "we don't have much time until the others notice that we're not there, eddie will be furious with his captain not being in room." nick chuckled "oh so you'd rather have him over me then?"
"oh shut up, let's do what we came here to do, eh?" nick didn't hesitate, in a bit of a hurry he pushed kieran's half naked body down an armchair, taking his shirt off, too. for a moment, nick felt so powerful, the much smaller man in such a vulnerable position underneath him, and kieran could read his mind just by looking at the expression on nick's face. nick couldn't get too distracted, not getting hard now although kieran's much innocent and upset expression made him want to take his cock out and have kieran get his hands and mouth on it. but nick wanted to be the one doing well today, besides there was no time for the two of them to get off.
nick kneeled down, taking kieran's face into his hands once more, squishing his cheeks a little, running his hand through his curly, short hair. wished he'd grown it a little longer again, he loved the feeling of it. teasing. "will you stop looking so upset already?" nick asked, kieran now pulling a face on purpose. "make me happy then?" nick wanted to get right to business but couldn't resist tasting kieran's lips once more - salty from the sweat, a little bloody from when he bit on his lip earlier when falling on the pitch. he loved his taste, unique. nick's mouth wandered down to his neck, so hard to resist the urge to leave a mark there, his hands making their way down his body, brushing over his tattooed skin. his inked chest, nick's mouth trailing along it, over his stomach until he had reached his trousers.
nick hooked his fingers into each side and pulled them down, his boxers along with it until they were down to his feet, kieran kicking them off. kieran allowed his body to sink even deeper into the chair, getting comfortable as nick began working his mouth on him. nick was good with his mouth, kieran thought he was a lot gentler than fabian, who was rough. he liked it rough sometimes, liked having his teammates take control. but not today, therefore he was happy it was nick who insisted on making him feel better. he spread his legs further apart, giving nick full access. he started with his tip, giving it just the right amount of attention until kieran was fully hard, which is when nick began working his hand on him.
hand on the base of his cock, he would let his mouth go up and down, not too far down his throat, not wanting to gag. in comparison to the size of his body, kieran's cock was a lot bigger than one would expect, and he didn't want to gag. every once and again, his hand would replace his mouth, slipping in and out of his palm easily, so wet that the sound of it would fill up the whole room. nick would open his mouth and let his spit drop onto kieran, mixing up with precum that was now beginning to leak from his tip, nick immediately bending over again to have a taste. "greedy." kieran remarked under his breath. nick knew that he wouldn't last long anymore, kieran's breath turning heavy, his chest even sweatier than before. he just tried to capture the moment, taking it all in. nick's hands on each side of kieran's thighs, every now and then finding their way up his body, his spit spreading all over his chest, turning cold on his body. the sight of kieran's cock in his mouth, poking his cheek, a single tear running down nick's face as he took him down his throat just a little too far, kieran was so close. his captains band was still around nick's arm, kieran eventually pulling it as he came closer.
they were running out of time, despite having only been away from the others for perhaps 5 minutes, if felt like an eternity. nick stopped suddenly to kiss up kieran's body once more, licking his exposed nipples, a small moan escaping from his mouth that was immediately drowned out by another kiss of nick. he had his hand on him now, jerking his cock until he knew that he was close. "want to come in my mouth? you're in charge now." kieran nodded and grabbed nick by his hair to push his face downwards his body again. nick took him back into his mouth, slowly now. nick had ignored his own cock for too long, pretty sure he'd come into his pants soon. but this wasn't about him - it was all about kieran. he'd just have to get himself off in the bathroom after all this.
kieran was now close, in the heat of the moment he grabbed his hair tighter, forcing nick to take his cock all the way in, rocking his hips into his face until nick could barely breathe, his legs wrapped around his back, when he did manage to somehow pull away, breathless, coughing up a ridiculous amount of spit and precum, all bubbly. "i said into my mouth, not down my throat." kieran smiled "okay. let me get up then." he got up, placing himself in front of nick, beginning to jerk himself off. "open your mouth." nick did as he was told, opening wide. kieran's other hand reached down to the back of his head, down to where nick had his hair shaved short, enjoying the view of the taller man on his knees, so obedient. it only took kieran a few more pumps from his fist until he came all over nick's tongue, breath now as heavy as ever, eyes forced shut, trying to stay as quite as possible. his cum eventually ran out of his mouth and bit of it dripping onto his bare chest, what a lovely view that was to kieran.
when he was all done nick got back up and wiped some of kieran's cum off his mouth and his chest using kieran's shirt, unable to resist one final kiss. "i don't taste so bad, why'd you not just swallow?" kieran asked with a smirk. "you almost choked me, can't just suffocate on your cock. how would we explain that to the others?"
kieran couldn't resist but laugh at that. "we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. next time."
"so ... did i make you feel a little better then?" kieran smiled. "much better."

"We're good hunters. Even so, it's not something very out of the ordinary so we earn enough to live well. Do you want to be rich? Become a treasure hunter or mercenary. But I don't know if that's worth it. We'll have to stay away from one of the another for many months. So behave and buy the necessities all right? See you later." He kissed the other on the cheek before Sephiroth walked away. He watched the other doing his shopping and sighed a little admiring the beauty of his match. Even losing his old life he is very lucky to have someone by his side. Someone who takes care of him and has a devastating beauty.
Sven shakes his head to clear his mind, ignores silly thoughts, and goes shopping. First he goes to the spice stand. Then on vegetables and fruits. After some cleaning and hygiene materials. He goes to the utensils store. Buys some glasses, mugs, forks, spoons and knives. He glances at a very pretty teacup set. But he refuses to buy. He needs to focus on the essentials for the long winter months. He was full of boxes already and thought that was enough.
But then finally he passes by a stall full of jewelry, necklaces, bracelets and rings. The wolf remembers that he said he would buy a present for Sephiroth. He sets the boxes on the ground for a few moments and calmly observes what the tent has to offer.
A silver necklace with a leopard pendant captivates him. And he immediately imagines that necklace around his partner's neck. He smiles and buys the necklace right away. Keeping it in his pocket for a surprise for the loved one.
As soon as he picks up the boxes again, he looks around for Sephiroth. It was time to leave.
He wanted to shop but also didn't want to leave his mate's side too long. Sephiroth was the protective type and he could smell other shifters among the humans both shopping and merchants. "I will stay close or else I will spend all our money at once." Sephiroth said and chuckled. "If only we could get rich from selling horns and pelts." They made decent coin trading the leather, fur, and horns from the animals they hunted. Enough to buy a luxury items once in awhile but it was mostly for food or drinks they couldn't acquire normally along with any household items to make their cave more homey.
Sephiroth released Sven's arm but didn't go further than one stall over from his mate. He went to the candle and incense stall where he grabbed up two candle, one that smelled of pumpkin pie and another of apple and cinnamon. Then he picked out a bundle of incense sticks that smelled of lavender and poppies.

Shrouded in shadows | The Darkling
Gender neutral reader
[Masterlist]
[Previous chapter] - [Next chapter]
Part 14
It had been a few days since the conversation with Genya in your room. Neither one of you mentioned it again.
Sven was set to return today, having got his report from Kribirsk. You had spent the last few days studying the books Kirigan gave you, but today you were waiting for your fellow Grisha to return.
General Kirigan allowed you go go wait for them while he held a small meeting in his war room with a few others. Plans were being made.
You keep your eyes on the grand gates. Soon enough the sounds of horses and coaches come rattling through them.
You smile and take off in a small jog to greet them.
Sven steps out of the Corporalki coach and brings you into his embrace. You chuckle as you hug him, glad to see him safe. Him more so after what happened last he saw you.
"You are well?" He asks.
You nod, "and you?"
"Glad to be back, though I suspect it won't be long before we return."
"Oh? What makes you say that?" You ask, looking at him. He slings an arm around your shoulders as you both walk inside together.
"The General stated in a letter that I should train you in the art of a Heartrender."
"Yes. Can you?"
He nods, "I can. We will need a little bit of time. You're a healer, you'll need to work on the opposite side of that now."
"Is it possible?"
"Yes. Even I can do mild healing, I'm just better at slowing the heart, rather than fixing it," he grins.
You chuckle. He moves his arm from around you.
"First I bathe, eat, and rest. Tomorrow we train," he tells you.
"Deal," you smile.
Sven leaves your side. As he does, you turn just in time to see an Etherealki looking at you. A very pretty Etherealki with black hair that cascaded down her back.
She looks far from impressed.
You raise a brow in silent question, but she just turns slowly and walks away with the others. She appeared to have been among the group of Grisha who had come to greet the others on their return.
You vaguely recognized her from the dinner hall, but hadn't really paid much attention to her. Your mind had been so full of books these past few days... not to mention keeping the General company.
You shake your head and go to leave, only to find your path blocked by the only Grisha in black.
"Did you see him?"
Your eyes meet those familiar dark ones.
"Yes, he's going to go eat and rest. I suppose that leaves me free for the afternoon if you need me," you say.
His lips curl into a small grin.
"I'll always need you."
You once again don't question him and follow him upstairs.
"Actually, I want to talk to you."
"Oh?"
It comes as no surprise when he leads you to the war room. It's one of the few places you can speak privately with him.
"We'll be making a trip to Kribirsk in a few weeks time. Some Grisha will be accompanying some of the first army across the Fold. I need to be there when they go."
"I see."
"Will you ride with me to Kribirsk?" He asks, looking right at you.
Before you could get too excited about the prospect of finding a way across the Fold, you pick up on the heavy implementation in his voice.
He doesn't want you to ride alone with the others. He wants you to ride with him.
"We won't stop much like last time, we shall ride on for as long as we can go. I do not wish to repeat what happened last time."
When I nearly lost you.
"Of course not. I'll ride with you," you tell him.
He finds himself smiling at you once again.
"Train hard these next few days. If anything does happen, I want you to be ready."
"I'll do my best, though I've never been a Heartrender before, I don't know how good I'll be within a few days," you say.
Despite your words, he doesn't seem affected by them. He continues to smile with knowing eyes.
You have no idea.
"You'll be fine, I'm sure."
Fine doesn't feel god enough, but if he's not overly worried about your progress, maybe you don't need to be either.
Still, you'll try.
You need to. This could be your ticket to freedom. Your only concern will be finding a way to part with Kirigan once you arrive. He seems oddly protective of you, intent on keeping you close.
You'll worry about that later.
"I'll let you dine with your friends. Good luck tomorrow, though I'm sure you won't need it," he smiles.
You part with Kirigan and head off to the dining hall where Sven soon joins you.
Things would change drastically over the next few days, neither of you knew it yet. If only you did.

Kristoff rode through the Forest, slowly moving west. He politely declined Yelana's offer to leave with the tribe, saying that he had to find Anna. At first, he really tried to find her tracks, but soon realized that it was too late. They're gone. She's gone.
And now he decided to go back to the dam and the monoliths, back to where their journey began. He hoped that they would meet there again on the way back. "If they come back," the thought flashed, but Kristoff immediately dismissed it. "Everything will be fine." But then why did Anna leave so suddenly in the middle of the night without looking for him?.. He shouldn't have left with Ryder, Kristoff chided himself, it was a bad idea. But he could not even think that something would happen, the camp seemed peaceful, the spirits no longer set fire to the trees, nothing like that. And yet, something happened. Most likely, with Elsa. Kristoff hid alarm about her all the way, and now, Anna probably has gone after her, and he is lost in the woods not knowing what happened with them, not being able to help.
Suddenly Kristoff heard a terrible roar and the cracking of breaking trees behind him. He turned around – and to his horror saw the earth giants blocking the sky, and...
"Anna!" She ran away from them, barely dodging and stumbling.
Kristoff slapped Sven and rode to her without thinking for a long time. There was only one thought in his head: "save her." At the last moment, he snatched her right out from under the giant's foot and sat her on Sven.
"I'm here! What do you need? " he asked Anna, who was as if not herself.
"Kristoff! The dam!" and they rode straight there, risking crashing into a tree or being crushed by the giants. Fortunately, the faithful Sven was faster.
They drove up to the foot of the dam and Anna shouted for him to help her climb it.
"What?! The giants are running right here!"
"That's what I need! Please, Kristoff!"
With difficulty understanding what was happening, he hoisted her up on the rock.
"Wait, I go too!"
"No, Kristoff, it's too dangerous! The giants will soon destroy everything here!"
"Then why are you climbing there?!" Kristoff shouted at her. The giants are already close.
"I must! Hide, please!" and she disappeared from sight.
No, Kristoff decided. He will not be left out anymore.
"Sven, there must be an entrance here somewhere!"
Kristoff left Sven at the entrance to the gatehouse and ran frantically up the stairs. By the time he reached the top, the giants had already thrown stones all over the dam. "Where is Anna? What is she doing there?" When he ran onto the bridge, he saw her at the moment when she jumped over the rift and fell down. Kristoff rushed forward in despair, and saw Lieutenant Mattias, who was hanging down into the rift. Kristoff jumped up to him and held out his hand to Anna. Just a little more, and her hand would have slipped out of Mattias' hand. Together they pulled her up and Kristoff hugged Anna tightly, who was sobbing and choking soundlessly. He was close to crying himself.
"Is everything all right? I'll go check on the soldiers," muttered Mattias after a minute. "I'll be back soon."
Kristoff stroked Anna's hair, trying to calm her down.
"You're alive, you're with me again," he whispered.
There was a noise below – megalitres of water finally broke free.
Anna sighed and sat down next to him, looking blankly at the wreckage of the dam.
"Kristoff, it's good that you were there," she said silently.
He squeezed her hand and tried to catch her eyes.
"Anna...what happened? Why are you alone? Where are Elsa and Olaf?"
Hearing this name, Anna sobbed loudly.
"Elsa! Damn it, Kristoff, you don't know how angry I am at her!"
Kristoff has never seen her so angry and broken.
"She left me! First she made me leave without you, and then she just pushed Olaf and me away. Kristoff, she's dead!" sobbed Anna, throwing herself on his chest.
"What?! No!" Kristoff exclaimed in shock.
"And Olaf, he melted, just disappeared!" cryed Anna.
Kristoff didn't know what to say. There are no such words.
Mattias appeared on the stairs and nodded silently to Kristoff. He looked at Anna.
"Anna..let's go. We have to go, please. The remains of the dam may collapse..."
Anna got up with visible difficulty, wiped the tears from her reddened face, and they went downstairs.
"Let's go ashore, Your Majesty. I have gathered people, there are no losses. We will contact Northuldra to inform them of what has happened. And more..my condolences, Your Majesty," Mattias added in a low voice.
Your Majesty. Those words meant too much.
Kristoff hugged Anna again, wanting to give her strength, to support her somehow. Around them, the Forest began to change, the treetops shook, all the birds sang so loudly and joyfully, as if it was May outside. The sky lit up with the sign of Ahtohallan, marking the end of the curse, but Anna and Kristoff did not pay much attention to the joy of the Forest, overwhelmed by their own grief.
Anna herself began the story of what had happened. It just didn't fit in Kristoff's head. Queen Iduna, Achtohallan, the Fifth Spirit...He wiped away a single tear when he heard about what had happened in the cave.
"And you were sitting there all night?"
"Yes".
"Your grandfather...Once the dam is destroyed... "
"Yes. The city is no more there. But I had to do it, do you understand, Kristoff?...Please, tell me you understand."
"I do. It's really the right thing," Kristoff said simply. It was the most difficult decision of their lives, and Kristoff was not sure that he would be able to destroy his house in the name of justice. This made him admire Anna even more.
"But the townspeople are safe."
"I hope so."
They came out to the sea, where Northuldra were already gathered at the edge of the Forest. Apparently, they were nearby when they heard that something was happening. Everyone was delighted, the children were happily jumping around when the mist began to disappear, and finally the bright blue autumn sky appeared above their heads. Many people saw it for the first time.
Anna and Kristoff stood a little apart, looking sadly at their fun, at Yelana and Mattias smiling at each other, at the reindeers that began to run across the grass, celebrating freedom.
"You will always have me," Kristoff said, hugging Anna tighter.
"Thank you," she smiled faintly. "And, Kristoff, I'm sorry that I left you then."
"My love is not fragile, Anna. I understand."
"I'm really sorry, but Elsa chased after that voice, I couldn't let her go alone...I should have found you, I should have held her back..."
Kristoff sighed.
"Don't blame yourself. I shouldn't have left the camp myself, I...I could see that Elsa was almost obsessed with this mission, there was nothing you could do to help her. But we will always remember her and Olaf as they were that day at the festival, right?" His own voice seemed to be shaking. This journey, this is just an absolute disaster.
"Right." Anna put her head on his shoulder and looked up at the sky.
After a while, she whispered:
"I want to see the sea for the last time, and we'll get ready to go home, okay? I'll be a minute."
"Okay." Anna left, and Kristoff stayed where he was, watching the reindeers and Sven frolicking in the meadow. Ryder and Honeymaren wanted to approach him, but seeing his face, they went to their own, simply nodding to him.
More than ten minutes had passed, and Kristoff decided to go get Anna. As he got closer, he saw her and something white below. Someone in white. His heart jumped with joy and he ran down the cliff.
"Elsa, you're alive!.."

The sound of gun shots rang through the corridors of the orbital station, that had been in space for a week or so. Everyone ran towards the sound, only to stop in shock as they saw Reginald on the ground, a bullet hole through his chest, and another bullet hole through his forehead.
Henry and Right ran towards his body. Tears streaming down their face. "No no no no NO!" Henry yelled out, Right sat in silence, as the body bled out, Dr V would no longer listen to them. So that wasn't an option. Reginald is dead.
More Toppats surrounded the area. Looking at the body, some were crying, others were filled with rage, a large portion of the Toppats were panicked. Whoever did that, was still on the ship, and they didn't know if it was a fellow Toppat or someone who got in without anyone noticing.
That question was answered sooner then anyone would expected, a person wearing a hoodie walked towards the body, some kind of shield around them. They took their hands out of their pocket and a gun, was now in view. It was made clear who did this. "You bastard!" Yelled Right has he stood up to try and attack. Before he could though the mystery person wrapped something around him and held him still, it was the same thing as the shield protecting the mystery man.
"I apologise for hurting your feelings, I guess, but it was needed to be done" . Henry stopped trying to free Right when he heard the person speak. Everyone stopped. The mystery person took off their hood, and everyone stared. "Reginald, but-" "that isn't me, it was some fake who took my place a long time ago. I've only gotten out of that cage she shoved me in recently. So I'm sorry I have no idea who you were" the person who looked like Reginald and has the same voice as Reginald, used some sort of dust, he sprinkled it on the body and it was revealed that magic was used to look different.
Reginald stopped and unwrapped Right before speaking again. "and I'm sorry, but the person you loved no longer exists. Sure we have the same name and look the same, but she was someone I'm not, she created the Reginald Copperbottom you know that I will never be." The real Reginald spoke now walking away from the body with a bullet piercing right through the face. "And no, I won't join your Toppat Clan or try to get to know you, I not joking when I say stay the hell away from me and we'll stay in somewhat good terms. I already don't like you Toppats very much, don't push anything and maybe won't have the urge to kill you all". Reginald smiled saying that, a bitter smile that made it very clear to Henry and Right that they wouldn't be close to the man who was apparently the real Reginald Copperbottom. Someone who was a stranger to them, no one knew what to do, this wasnt something that happened everyday. The real Reginald probably wouldn't answer questions either, so the Toppats were now stuck on what to do.
It had been a few days since everything happened. Right decided to burn off some anger by punching some Government dogs in the face and Henry tried to continue to lead the Toppats, but his mind was elsewhere, so Sven was put on temporary leadership for a few days.
Henry laid in his room and texted his dad, explaining everything that happened about Reginald not really being Reginald, and hoping that Terrence didn't think he was too crazy. A few minutes later Terrence called Henry and said "Do you know why that random witch disguised herself as Reginald?"
Henry was confused as hell because he never mentioned the duplicates original gender to his dad. Terrence continued speaking "Because you two knew the original Reginald, before the accident. She fed off yours and Right's memories when you two fell to Earth, creating the Reginald persona and taking advantage of your memory losses."
Henry was even more confused now, falling to Earth? Knowing the original Reginald? Memory loss? Henry asked his dad to elaborate because at this point, what was going on anymore. Terrence just told Henry that he would be at the station tonight and to bring Right, that he was going to unpack a shit ton of things.
---
So Henry and Right are sitting in Right's room as Terrence starts to explain things "Have you two ever noticed having strange abilities, like an odd control over the elements or the ability to stop time?" Henry and Right looked at each other before Right spoke "We have, it is kinda second nature for us."
Terrence crossed his arms and nodded his head before continuing "You two aren't from Earth, hell the real Reg, myself and Wilfy aren't from here. We all come from a world where magic is bountiful but a dark magical war is going on. Reginald was a magitech scientist trying to find a way to end the war, mainly to spend more time with the prince and his knight, but he was always too stubborn to ever talk about his love life publicly. Did he try the whole "don't get close to me or else" schtick with you two?"
Henry and Right only nodded as a fourth person flew into the room, locking the doors with that familiar sheet of magic. It was that Reginald again, now glaring at Terrence.
Terrence only shrugged as he continued, almost as if he was used to this Reginald's behavior "Listen Reginald, I understand you want to protect these two, you were always the protective one of the three, but my son and his knight need to know this, they need to remember who they are because those bastards are on Earth now."
Henry and Right continue to look at Terrence and this Reginald in confusion, not understanding anything. Reginald just sighed seeing their faces, he was always a sucker for the prince's sad blue eyes. "What his majesty is trying to say is this. Henry you are actually Prince Henry, son to King Terrence, and Right, you are actually the noble knight Wright, personal guard to Henry."
"The reason you two don't remember anything is because of an attack one day by the enemy Nrevog forces. Their top attacker, Charles the Unpredictable, had thrown you two at one of our light crystals with an odd spell, causing a bright light and for you two to disappear."
"We searched endlessly for you two, before finding out you two were thrown into Earth and without your memories, you two were separated, and given false guardians disguised as myself and the King."
"Sadly we were caught, and sealed away in those damn magical cages. His majesty got out and killed his fake, and as you saw, I killed mine as well. Sir Wilford is still in his cage, but on purpose because he is reporting what the enemy is doing back home."
Henry was looking down on the floor, the look of guilt filling his face as he spoke up "So we fell in love with a fake who was deceiving us? Was I so stupid to be fooled and probably-" Reginald lifted Henry's face with his hands, slightly squishing his cheeks "You and Right were not stupid in the slightest. You two lost your memories and the Nrevog forces took advantage of an opportunity. The fact that you two do remember your magic means everything is not lost."
Reginald saw Henry's face get red and quickly stood back up before rubbing his moustache and looking at Terrence "Your majesty, I suggest we take our leave and find somewhere not riddled with the magic stealers that caused this whole incident in the first place. Don't worry you two, we will explain everything else soon and get us all back home."
Before Reginald undid his lock, he quickly turned around and asked "Was the "Supreme Dominance" built on this thing?" Henry nods his head as a smile formed on both Reginald and Terrence's faces. "Take us to it, and we can get home sooner then that."
Henry and Right had heard quite the tale, and in any other circumstances, they wouldn't be trusting these two after hearing all that. But they had magic, just like Reginald and possibly Terrence did, while no one else on Earth did. And the Toppats had a huge collection of strange treasures that were almost like they weren't from here.
So Henry and Right led the way to the area Supreme Dominance was at, and could only guess at what crazy things could happen next.

Grey and Brandt continued to search for Sven, Dagny, and Kari amidst the dust and debris shouting for their children. Grey didn't even think to try to use the beacon. All the Chief wanted was to make sure they were safe.
However, as the Chief and her husband called out for their children, Sven, Dagny, and Kari each perked at the sound of their names recognizing that it was their parents looking for them. It was still a little hard to see with the dust, so Dagny had an idea. She stood near to Indigo trying to get Grey and Brandt to hear her thoughts.
"Mom! Dad!" she said through the beacon. "It's me, Dagny! We're here! We're okay!"
Grey and Brandt each jumped when they heard Dagny calling out to them mentally, and they looked at each other smiling. "Dagny!" Grey said loudly. "Oh thank goodness! You, your brother, and sister stay where you are! We're coming to you!"
Thankfully, it didn't take long for the Felmans to find each other as Grey and Brandt found all three of their children with Indigo and the dragons--both her children's and Indigo's.
"MOM! DAD!" Sven, Dagny, and Kari shouted in unison as Grey and Brandt landed and dismounted Shadow. They wasted no time in running into their parents arms.
Grey and Brandt wasted no time in gathering them into their arms thankful that the entire family was together again. They could see that each of them was covered in dust and a few cuts and bruises, but nobody cared.
"Oh my little darlings," Grey said as tears flowed down her cheeks. "You're all okay." Out of the corner of her eye, she could see that the Construct was hobbling around like a drunkard, but she would get to that in a minute. Right now, she just wanted to be a mother and hold her children with her husband.
"We were so worried about you," Brandt said holding his wife and three kids tightly.
"We're okay, Dad, really," Dagny said smiling up at her mother and father. "We owe it all to Indigo. He and the other dragons saved us."
Grey looked up and saw Indigo and the dragons standing not too far from them, and she couldn't help but smile and nod in thanks.
"Are you guys okay?" Sven asked looking up at them.
"Yes, yes, we're fine," Grey answered quickly touching each of their cheeks to wipe the dust away. Out of the corner of her eye, she could see the Construct hobbling around like a drunkard, and she was quickly thrown back into Rebellion mode. "We need to--" Before she could see anything else, they all heard Lila calling out through the beacon asking for help. She needed soliders and a healer as soon as possible. She couldn't help but remember that she thought she heard Vox calling out for help. She then looked at Brandt, who nodded.
"We better see what the problem is," Brandt said.
"We'll come too," Sven said as he and his sisters stood up and wasted no time in mounting their dragons.
Grey and Brandt wasted no time in doing the same and mounting Shadow.
The Felmans flew all the way back toward where Lila waited for them on their respective dragons.
"What happened, Commander?" Grey asked quickly as they landed. "Was it Vox?"
Silhouettes, Part 7
Continued from this
Sven, Dagny, and Kari could only stare in shock at the sight of one of their beloved aunts falling to the ground with this mysterious new demon...grabbing at their aunt's chest.
"AUNT NALA!" Dagny shouted as she tried to run toward the former Warden...only to be held back by her brother and sister.
"Dags, no! There's nothing we can do for her!" Sven yelled keeping a firm on his sister's arm.
"We have to--" Kari tried to say before she was interrupted. She looked out of the corner of her eye only to see the Warden and the new demon falling to the ground.
"RUN!!" Sven shouted. He led his sisters, the dragons, Aria, Indigo, and his dragons away from the falling demon.
When she finally fell to the ground, the children of Chief Grey felt the ground shaking behind them before the demon made impact causing them to fall to the ground on their hands and knees.
"AUNT NALA!!" Sven, Dagny, and Kari shouted.
-------
Grey and Brandt flew back on Shadow toward the front gate through the clouds of dust. It was hard to see anything, but the water on her eyes definiitely helped somewhat to be able to see a little bitter in the large dust cloud.
It wasn't long before a loud noise was heard as Nala fell to the ground with the Glassmaker, which appeared to fall down next to her. However, Grey didn't care. Neither of them did as they urged Shadow to go faster.
There was dust everywhere, and she could smell the smoke that spread throughout the city. The Chief's heart pounded as she coughed trying to look for any signs of Sven, Dagny, Kari, or their dragons. All she and Brandt cared about was finding their three children. Both of them silently agreed that Sven, Dagny, and Kari came first. The Rebellion had to wait. She couldn't help but think about to when there were 2 other times she found a loved one lying down dead in a battlefield...Greg and her own father.
"No!" she thought to herself as she shook the head of the negative memories. "No! They're going to be fine!"
She was suddenly jolted out of her thoughts when Brandt placed a hand on her shoulder to get her attention.
"We'll find them, I promise," he said gently. "They're just like us. They will be fine."
Grey smiled in return gripping his hand in appreciation. "I know, I know," she replied, "but...I can't help but worry. I mean . I am their mother."
Brandt's smile widened. "Damn right, you are," he said, "and now let's make sure our kids are safe."
Shadow urged Shadow to go faster, and sure enough, they were able to reach the front. It was easy to see that Nala and the Glassmaker had fallen to the ground with a thundering boom.
"SVEN!!" Grey shouted.
"SVEN!!" Brandt shouted.
"DAGNY!!" Grey shouted again. "KAR!, WHERE ARE YOU?!"

It's been a long time since I made a Toppat!Charles Part.
I'm not really going to add a recap from the last part this time, sorry.
I'll add the links though:
Part 1
Part 2
Part 3
Part 4
Part 5
Part 6
Part 7
Part 8
This part will have elements of this video, which I recommend watching before reading this part:
youtube
We start off in the CCC this time, with one a chaos reader biting her nails as Bill Bullet approaches.
"Any problems here?"
"It's the chaos readings, sir," she explains. "Since the Toppats left Earth, we've been seeing a steady increase in chaos around the globe from unpredictable weather patterns to more reports of crime rate."
"What were the numbers before?"
"7.4."
"Now?"
"11.8."
Bullet tears his glasses off as he notices a blinking red spot on a large monitor the workers use as a reference. It's close to the U.S, but Bill hones in on the location to see it's in the middle of the desert, where the government and Toppats once fought. In this location, the mumbers increase from 11.8 to 12.3, so Bill gulps as he takes a step back.
"Orders, sir? Do we need any protocols?"
Bullet is silent and notices one of those line graphs where it goes up or down dependong on the variable over time and sees the name of the person being monitored: H. Stickmin (Suave).
He takes this as he replies, "Not yet. If things get out of hand, you know what button to press."
The entire room gasps at their corporal.
"Sir, you can't mean it. He's one of our most valuable subjects!"
"If things get out of hand, and those numbers keep going up, DO NOT HESITATE TO PUSH THAT DAMN BUTTON! UNDERSTAND!?"
Everyone collectively locks eyes with the woman with readings, who gulps as she nods. "Y-yes, sir."
"Good. Back to work."
Another readings worker speaks up, "But, Sir? What about Henry Stickmin?"
Bill Bullet is silent as he walks out of the room, mentally praying that Henry knows what he's doing.
SPEAKING OF WHICH, let's check in on them😁
Just as Charles fires his gun, Henry darts forward and tackles his friend down, causing the bullet to stray from its path and trim off a bit of Reginald's mustache.
The two scuffle on the ground, only it's much more violent than the sapphire heist because now Heney is focused and Charles has officially snapped. There's punching and shouting from Charles as he and Henry fight over the gun.
"GET BACK!" Henry shouts as he points the gun skyward and toward the ground, shooting both times before Charles headbutts him and smacks him across the brow with the gun.
Henry shakes off the hit and wipes off some blood as he mutters, "Just like training."
Charles and Right meet eyes and Charles prepares to aim again as Right pushes Reginald behind him and transforms his cybernetic hand into a sword.
Henry grabs Charles around the middle and pulls him back down, grabbing his hand and making him waste another bullet.
Terrence winces at the sudden itch in his neck before realizing what's just been triggered and backing away from the group. Ellie, however, SEES this.
"You selfish prick!"
"Not now, Red, just keep your distance."
"How can you leave your son like this!? He needs you!"
Charles and Galeforce hear this and it just makes Charles PISSED.
The former pilot flips Henry onto his back, holds him fown by his hair, and starts using the gun as more of a hammer, holding it by the barrel and trying to hit Henry with where the ammunition goes. I say trying because Henry keeps wriggling and tossing and turning away as much as he can. He eventually catches Charles's hand and pushes it up so Charles basically hits himself and knocks the gun out of Charles's hand.
Charles grabs Henry by the sides of his head, by the hair, and starts slamming him into the ground as hard as he can.
"Why are you all the same!?" He shouts. "When you want me around, it's just so you can use me, but when you're done with me, you'll just throw me away! First the government, then you and Ellie, now THEM!?"
Henry sees stars as he is left hearing Charles breakdown further.
"Is that how you all see me!? Am I just some damned TOOL to you!? ANSWER ME! TELL ME THE TRUTH! WHAT AM I TO YOU!?"
Reg takes advantage of the diversion and grabs a small device that fell from Charles's top hat when Henry first tackled him: a little earpiece that is used to communicate with Burt or anyone else on the Station.
"Boss? Are you alright? I heard gunshots!"
"Sven, please be a dear and send us back now!"
"Sir Reginald? You're alive!"
Charles notices lets go of Henry, and grabs the gun as fast as he can. "NO!"
"Sven, BEAM US UP NOW!" Right shouts.
Charles races toward them as he shoots, hitting Reginald in the leg before both are beamed up to safety.
Charles drops to his knees, shaking as he weepsto himself, "They're gone. They got away... again. They left without me."
Henry crawls over to Charles and sits next to him, slowly taking the gun away from him and placing a hand on his shoulder.
Charles slowly and almost twitchingly turns to Henry, eyes wide with shock and adrenaline. Then they narrow with anger.
"You ruined everything."
It hits Henry almost as hard as the left hook Charles sends into his face.
"You made me lose my job, my home, my helicopter, MY OWN DAMN MIND! AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!"
Charles slashes at Henry with a knife he's hidden in his coat, just cutting the jacket Henry's wearing and giving a small cut on the belly.
Their fight now becomes a game of crazy cat with a knife and mouse with multiverse powers, even though Henry still gets some punches in.
He makes the mistake of getting too close and Charles grabs his hair like before from when he tried to hit Henry with the gun.
They fall and Henry catches Charles hand when he goes for a stab. Even though he's weaker, Charles puts as much weight can on Henry, because he's over bend at this point, and Henry yells as he's pricked by the tip of the knife.
With a jerk, he rips himself free, resulting in some hair loss, and throws Charles off of him.
The two have a stand off and stare down, bloodied, bruised, and tired.
"You're not going to stop, are you?"
Henry shakes his head.
Charles drop his knife and slyly picks the gun bsck up as he gives Henry a tired smile.
"You shouldn't have tried so hard."
Just as Charles raises the gun again, Galeforce shoots. He hits Charles in the hand, well, more like he almost shoots off Charles's thumb and puts a hole in his hand.
Charles screams out and holds his hand as Henry grabs and holds him from behind. He stomps on his foot and tries to run, but stumbles and falls down.
"Don't make me shoot you again, Charlie!" Galeforce shouts as he points his gun at him, tears in his eyes. "Don't make me, son!"
Charles is frozen on the ground, trembling as his breathing goes ragged.
He collapses on the ground, passing out right there.
Henry does what I call the hero-ship-half-dead pick up and picks up Charles to see if he's alright.
Ellie sort of limps in but crouches next to Henry to also check on him.
"Don't worry, you two. He just passed out."
Terrence feels the itch in his neck go away and takes a breath as he gets a little closer.
Galeforce joins Henry and Ellie and brushes some hair out of Charles's face. "Don't worry, Charlie. You're home now."
He turns to Henry and Ellie, and Terrence. "Let's get back to the base."
Henry picks up Charles and carries him to the truck they used; Reg got motion sick in the helicopter and Terrence was dangerously close to the door.
As Ellie loads up with Terrence's help, she stops for a second. "Um, General? What about the Toppat Clan? They both got away."
Galeforce looks up at the station and shakes his head. "We'll worry about them later. For now, let's just take care of Charlie."
Henry climbs in and keeps holding onto his friend, not letting him go when medics tend to them both.
Back with the CCC, the chaos readings decrease from 13.9 to 9.4 and dropping.
Bill sighs before looking back at the line graph he's been reading.
After Henry's escape from the Wall with Ellie, courtesy of Charles, the chaos reads were as low as 5.2. That number was maintained or lowered until the Toppat Clan went into space, which started off the increase of chaos.
With a very dad-like groan, Bill rests his elbows on his knees and holds his face in his hand, contemplating his decision to take Henry into the CCC.
AMD THAT IS PART 9!!!!! CHARLES IS FINALLY HOME, THANK GOODNESS!! I mean, it's not good Right and Reginald got away, but fuck it. WE GOT OUR FAVORITE PILOT BACK! HE'S HOOOOOOOME!
Thank you so much for your patience with this one. The later half of 2020 and beginning of 2021 have not been easy for me mentally, especially with recent events in my personal life, but things will hopefully be changing soon, I'm praying so hard for it to be the case.
Anyway, I hope you all enjoyed this part and thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart for sticking around and being patient!!
AND HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!!
