&Team as Werewolves

TW: &Team being werewolves? Pictures of wolves are used to help visuals. I do say females in this but honestly it could really be anyone. Also Maki(?), idk if this is a trigger but hey first work with Maki in it.

A/N: This wasn’t requested. I just really wanted to write it (yes, I am working on request I promise I'm just heavily hyper fixating over &team being werewolves/viking types aus) also their “wolf form” are essentially like actual wolves just bigger (think of twilight). Also, may have gotten carried away with Kei and Yuma. Oh, and for some reason some photos are bigger than others and I don't know how to fix it.

Disclaimer: In this I mention being "chosen" for their ranks, so like Alpha, Beta, and Omega. Essentially what I mean by this is that once a werewolf hits a certain age the "Moon"/"Moon Goddess" assigns them their rank. (Kind of like every other A/B/O fanfic out there because I'm not original)

Kei-Alpha

Overview: Kei was originally from another pack being the only child of the pack's leader, but due to his whole pack/village being attacked by humans they were all slaughtered. Kei was able to make it out alive because of his mom. This would inevitably lead him to being a lone wolf and having to fend for himself. It wasn’t until he had stumbled upon a young wolf trying to hunt a squirrel, his first instinct was to leave the poor pup alone. But when he saw him fall for the third time he would approach the younger wolf and help him. The younger being in awe of how he was able to get the squirrel with such ease. The younger wolf would eventually introduce himself as Taki and would lead him to his pack where Kei would meet the others. Becomes very protective of his pack. He doesn’t have any blood relatives left so his pack is quite literally his family.

Wolf Form: I feel like he would be bigger than the others. Now wolves in general are pretty big, but werewolves are a lot bigger and Kei is one of the biggest. I also feel like his fur would be the most complex in pattern and color wise. Like it’s just so beautiful looking like a painting. 

Fuma-Alpha

Overview: Fumas' family is very important to the pack. They are the muscle of the pack and do most of the physical labor. Have been the right hands of the pack leaders since the beginning of time. They also help train and lead the hunters of the pack. Fuma was no exception, known for having exceptional hunting skills and strength. Not only that but is humble, and was the second to get close to Kei after Taki. Fuma is very much at the top of all of the female list of possible mates. Is always socializing and interacting with the pack. 

Wolf Form: Another bigger than usual one, now he may not be tall in his wolf form but he is definitely bulky because of the muscle. His coat being white and dark grey, maybe with a bit of brown here and there. 

Nicholas-Alpha

Overview: Nicholas' family was also another highly respected family in the pack. But more known for their speed and agility making them also great at hunting. Unlike Fuma though he’s more reserved and doesn’t socialize much, he only really talks to the close members, mostly Euijoo. However because of his mysterious ways he is very popular amongst the females. Is also a major prankster in the pack, is always up to some form of mischief and often plays with the younger members of the pack(mostly Maki and Harua). 

Wolf Form: Even though he’s pretty tall in his wolf form I feel like he would be more slim which is fine since it helps him with being light-footed. Now he and his family are the only few that are solid black. 

Euijoo-Alpha 

Overview: Youngest son of the pack leader, because he was the youngest he didn’t have as many responsibilities as his older brother and was often “forgotten”. So because of this he would often spend his time with the other close members or with Nicholas. Would also tend to help the farmers/the people that tended to the gardens which were mostly Omegas and a couple Betas. However when it was time for his “rank” to be chosen he still had the pressure to be chosen as an Alpha, but everyone thought he would either be a beta or an omega. Most people in the pack even did a secret bet on what he would present as. His father would be harsher and add more responsibilities on Euijoo, what didn’t help was that his rank came late(Juju being a late bloomer). In good news though he was chosen to be an Alpha, which came to a shock to everyone including Euijoo. 

Wolf Form: Euijoo would be pretty tall in his wolf form, but would be average when it comes to his build. When it comes to his fur he would have a mixture of brown and white, the brown being the more dominant color of his fut. 

Yuma-Beta

Overview: Yuma was known as another trickster in the pack, not in the way that Nicholas was but in a more goofy, always messing around way. Always wanted to be an alpha so would always try to “act” like an alpha but when the universe had other plans for him. Now Betas can do things like Alphas, like hunting!Betas are essentially the middle ground. So within packs there’s two different jobs, you can either be a Hunter or a Farmer. Alphas can only be hunters, Omegas can only be farmers, while Betas can fit in both. Only issue is that they have to “audition” to be a hunter. And since Yuma was stuck as a Beta and wanted to be an alpha he would naturally try out to be a hunter. He struggled a lot at first, considering he was neither exceptionally fast nor incredibly strong. He was so close to being kicked out. Fuma saw how hard he was trying, Yuma always staying up practicing, even practicing when everyone else was taking a break. Fuma saw this, but he also knew something about Yuma that would help him. It wasn’t his speed, or his strength but his intelligence. He was trying so hard to ‘catch’ up with the alphas that he forgot that he had something most of them didn’t. Fuma would pull him aside and give him a pep talk, and when the final test for the trainees to see if they’ll make the cut Yuma did. 

Wolf Form: Yuma would have an average build overall honestly, but his fur would be another complex one like Keis, but would also be pretty interesting as I see him having some red in his fur. 

Jo-Omega 

Overview: Even though he and his entire family were omegas they were also the head of the farmers. His family were the ones to set a system and discovered/studied best ways to grow which foods. Jo is definitely still very quiet, however because he’s so quiet it makes it easy for him to hide and sneak around. He doesn’t usually, but Harua and Taki often convince him to sneak off to play with others or to eat snacks behind the grownup's backs. You would think he would go unnoticed, but he is actually pretty popular amongst everyone. Is very hardworking and was the one who taught the others how to preserve the foods during winter. How did he find that knowledge? Literally no one knows, but if I were to say between you and I it’s because he has a secret greenhouse where he also found books from humans who dropped them during their travels. 

Wolf Form: Very tall in his wolf form but is also very slim like Nicholas, his fur being almost white but is tan. Like a very light beige. 

Harua-Omega

Overview: Another omega, doesn’t mind being an omega, he really doesn’t. Being an omega lets him sneak through the cracks and break certain rules without getting in any real trouble. Yep, you guessed it, Harua is a known trouble maker within the community but only the omegas really know. The omegas refuse to tell any of the Betas and especially none of the Alphas about him. Harua is a troublemaker but not in the way Yuma and Nicholas are, it’s in a Harua is literally breaking some of the BIGGEST rules kind of way. Those rules being 1. Never roam out of the village by yourself 2. Never approach a human 3. Never enter a human village. But because Harua needs to have his little Ariel plot line he does it anyway because he’s very intrigued by them. 

Wolf Form: On the smaller side in height and built with his wolf form, however his fur is another rare/unique one as he has pure white fur. 

Taki-Beta

Overview: The pack little sunshine, literally, is always making people laugh and just makes people feel at ease. Is always willing to help around the village no matter what it is. However he does get distracted very easily and tends to wander off by himself at times. He doesn’t do it intentionally, it's literally because he was just walking with his head in the cloud or he saw a squirrel…which he claims to not be a bad thing whenever people make fun of him for it because if he never chased that squirrel he would have never met Kei. Both Takis parents died because of humans as well, so the whole pack/village pretty much raised him. Taki is literally the whole pack's child, but when he met Kei and discovered his past he instantly became close to him. Kei quickly became a big brother figure to Taki, he looks up to Kei a lot. 

Wolf Form: May be slightly shorter than average, but his build is pretty good. His fur is a dark brown giving that warm mid autumn vibe. 

Maki-Alpha 

Overview: It came as a surprise to his family since his bloodline is a mix of betas and omegas. However it adds up, he’s always taking charge and has always been gifted with speed and strength. To anyone who didn’t know his family would think it was expected of him to be an alpha. Is pretty stubborn though, always wanting to do his own thing and doesn’t like being told what to do. Because of this he gets into fights with others very easily, he will listen to older members of his group though(Kei, Fuma, Euijoo, and Nicho). It’s a respect thing for him pretty much, if he doesn’t respect you or doesn’t deem you leader material he will not follow what you have to say. 

Wolf Form: Another very tall and bulky one, easily breaking the average built meter. He’s another dark grey and white, but the grey on his fur is darker and some parts even black.

k walked you up the steps to your door, his warm hand in yours contrasting the cold of the night. the two of you stopped under the soft glow of the porch light. it wasn't until you turned around to face him that you noticed how close he was, the warm spice of his cologne mixing with the cool air.

"thank you for tonight k, i had a really good time," you said a little sheepishly.

he smiled, that shy, almost boyish smile he flashed when he was nervous but didn't want you to know. "i had a good time, too," he replied softly.

the night had been perfect – your conversation flowing easily over dinner, and his fingers brushing yours a little too often to be accidental. and now, as you stood there, neither of you wanting to be the one to say goodbye, you felt the soft flutter of anticipation settling between you.

k’s gaze drifted from your eyes to your lips, lingering there for a heartbeat too long. his thumb gently sweeped over your knuckles, as he asked,

"can i kiss you good night?"

suddenly your cheeks felt warm, despite the cool night wind. his words were gentle, almost hesitant, and something in you ached at how he asked, like he gave you every chance to say no. instead, you nodded, your breath catching as he let out a soft exhale, relief in his smile.

k’s hand rised to brush against your cheek, his fingers tracing along your skin with a touch so light it sent a shiver down your spine. you closed the gap between you, and then his lips met yours, soft and searching, like he was savoring each second. his kiss tasted faintly of peppermint, warm and so comforting that it made you lean in just a bit closer, your hand resting on his chest, feeling his heart beat beneath your fingertips.

for a moment, it was just the two of you in this tiny world under the porch light. the gentle pressure of his hand against your cheek, the soft warmth of his lips, his fingers threading through your hair as he deepened the kiss just enough to make your heart skip a beat.

when he finally pulled back, you caught the smallest, softest smile on his lips. you felt a blush creeping onto your cheeks, but you couldn't look away.

“i’ve wanted to do that all night,” he murmured, a little self-conscious but unmistakably sincere.

you mirrored his shy smile, “i’m glad you did now.”

k chuckled, his fingers brushing over yours one last time before he let go. he stepped back, giving you a final smile before heading down the steps.

"good night, y/n."

"close your eyes," you instructed, not even trying to hide your grin. you were probably more excited about your surprise to your best friend than he was, but he obeyed and closed his eyes.

you took his hand, carefully placing the small box inside before letting go and telling him to open his eyes again.

he followed your instructions, looking at the box with a hint of confusion, his eyebrows furrowing slightly.

"you're supposed to open it," you said with a playful laugh.

fuma opened the box, and his eyes widened in surprise at what he saw. "tada!" you said with a bright, excited smile.

he examined the pokémon figure more closely, almost as if checking to see if it was real.

"how did you– ?"

"i found a store the other day that sold the mystery boxes they come in," you explained, a bit sheepishly. "i really wanted you to open it, but i couldn’t resist peeking. and i knew this was the one you were missing, so...”

fuma looked at you, his smile growing wider. "did you know this one’s super rare? most people barely pull it," he said, his voice full of admiration. "you’re my lucky charm."

his words sounded platonic, but they felt like so much more – like they carried an unspoken weight. heat rose to your cheeks and you quickly looked down, hoping he hadn’t noticed. but he was too wrapped up in the excitement of his new collection piece to catch it. his face lit up, a smile as wide as a child’s in a candy store.

"thank you so much, really," he said, still beaming. "i was only missing this one, and i kept getting duplicates of the others and– my god, i could kiss you!" he babbled on, too caught up in his excitement to realize the slip of his words.

your head shot up again, though your face only got redder.

"you could what?"

your question pulled fuma's focus back to you. "what?"

his face paled when he realized what he'd said. "i–... i'm sorry, i..." his voice trailed off, not quite sure what to say.

you swallowed your nervousness and, with a steadying breath, asked him, "why don’t you do it?"

this time, it was his turn to look at you, his eyes wide and his cheeks flushing with color. yet, despite his surprise, he stepped closer, his hand gently cupping your cheek as he softly traced his thumb over your skin.

"are you sure?" he asked, his voice barely louder than a whisper.

instead of replying, you brought your hands to his shoulders, pulled him down a little and stepped on your tippy toes to connect your lips in a soft kiss.

the loud music threatened to burst your eardrums, making you sigh again. you might have enjoyed the party – hadn't your friend dragged you here and then left you alone as soon as her boyfriend appeared.

she'd be back in five minutes, she'd said. over forty five minutes had passed since then, and she was still nowhere to be seen. you'd be worried if she'd been alone, but you knew she wasn't, so you felt rather annoyed – contemplating if you should just head home.

that's when you felt an arm wrap around your shoulder, a familiar scent flooding your senses. "there you are," nicholas said, scooting a bit closer to you. you had been on two dates with him before, but you weren't aware he'd be here tonight. you would have agreed to the party immediately.

"nicholas?" you asked in confusion, "i didn't know you'd be here."

his lips curved into a playful grin. "well, i’m always up for a surprise. and speaking of which, there’s something i want to show you."

he stood up and reached out his hand. you took it, trying to ignore the butterflies that mingled in your stomach, and followed him outside the living room and up the staircase.

the cool night air brushed against your skin as he opened the door. you followed him outside, your gaze meeting his in confusion.

"it’s my best friend’s place, i know how to get to the rooftop." he explained before you could ask. "you didn’t seem comfortable back there, so i thought you might feel better here." his voice softened with a hint of sheepishness.

the thoughtfulness behind his words warmed your chest, despite the chilly air. still, after standing together for a while, just taking in the view of the starry sky above and the glowing city below, the cold began seeping through your clothes.

"i do feel better here, thanks, nico," you said, doing your best to hide the shiver running through you. "the view is beautiful."

nicholas turned to face you, his expression softening as he took off his jacket. without a word, he draped it around your shoulders, but kept his hands on it. he looked down at you, the warmth of his touch mingling with the crisp night air.

"yeah, it is," he replied softly, leaning down just enough for you to feel his warm breath on your skin.

the butterflies were rioting by now, but you stepped a little closer.

"may i?" nicholas whispered, and you nodded softly, almost shyly.

without a second thought, he pulled you closer by his jacket and brushed his lips over yours.

the soft crunch of leaves under your feet filled the air as you and euijoo walked through the park. you’d met earlier that day at a nearby café that had just opened, but even after spending hours together in the cozy, warm-lit space, neither of you had wanted to part ways just yet. so when he'd suggested a walk through the park, you’d agreed without hesitation.

there was a slight distance between you as you walked, yet every so often, euijoo’s fingers brushed yours . the tiny, accidental touches sent a rush of goosebumps up your arms (which, naturally, you blamed on the cool autumn breeze).

euijoo turned to you, his voice breaking the comfortable silence. “do you have plans for the weekend?”

you looked up, meeting his eyes and shaking your head, already feeling excited at the thought of spending more time with him.

his lips curved into a soft, almost shy smile, and he hesitated a moment before asking, “would you... maybe like to come over? we could make hot chocolate, try out some fall recipes, maybe watch a few movies?” he hurriedly added, “o-only if you’re comfortable coming to my place, of course!”

your heart fluttered – not just at the thought of spending another cozy evening together, but at the care in his voice, the way he seemed so intent on making sure you felt safe and comfortable.

“i’d love that, euijoo,” you replied, unable to keep the smile from spreading across your face. he smiled back, his eyes crinkling slightly at the edges.

you were so caught up in each other that neither of you realized you’d stopped walking until the sharp ring of a bicycle bell jolted you back. before you could react, euijoo’s hands found your arms, and he gently pulled you closer to make space for the cyclist.

the biker whizzed past, but euijoo’s hands stayed on your arms, his touch ever so soft. when you looked up, you found yourself pressed lightly against his chest and you swore you could hear his heartbeat under the thin fabric of his sweater – just a bit faster than healthy.

you opened your mouth to apologize, but he shook his head, his gaze warm and unwavering, fingers lingering as if reluctant to let you go. instead, he pulled you a little closer, his face dipping toward yours, his cheeks painted with a faint, rosy flush.

your heart hammered in your chest, and before you could second-guess it, you rose up on your toes, softly brushing your lips against his.

the sound of your laughter caused yuma's head to shoot in your direction. "i told you you'd like the movie," he stated, the sound of his voice slightly teasing.

you rolled your eyes but suppressed a grin, "it's not even that good."

yuma grinned, an unmistakable glint of mischief flashing in his eyes. before you could react, his hands darted to your sides, fingers pressing into your ribs just enough to make you squirm.

“wait– yuma, no!” you squealed, immediately dissolving into laughter as he tickled you mercilessly. your protests turned into helpless laughter, your hands failing as you tried to push him away, but he just laughed, not letting up.

“admit it!” he pressed, his face lighting up with an amused grin as he kept going.

“never!” you gasped between giggles, desperately twisting to escape his grasp. somehow, in the midst of your playful struggle, he managed to get a better hold, pinning you down gently as he continued to tickle you.

“say it!” he insisted, grinning down at you.

"fine! you’re right!” you gasped out, breathless. “you win, you win!”

he stopped, both of you still laughing as you caught your breath. but as the laughter died down, the room seemed to fall silent – the sound of the movie playing only a faint background noise. that’s when yuma noticed the way you looked up at him, breath still coming in short bursts from the tickling. when he noticed how close you were. his face softened, and his hands stilled, staying gently on either side of you as he leaned over, his gaze dropping to your lips.

the playful energy shifted and you could feel the warmth radiating from him, your heart racing in a way that had nothing to do with the tickling. his expression turned almost uncertain, a hesitation in his eyes as he seemed to hold his breath.

just as he was about to back way, you grabbed his shirt to pull him back down and tilted your head up, closing the space between you. the movement seemed to surprise him, his breath catching as your lips brushed softly against his. for a heartbeat, he stayed still, then slowly relaxed, leaning in to return the kiss, his hands shifting from your sides to cradle your face with a gentle warmth.

the world outside faded, the movie long forgotten, as you melted into the kiss. when he finally pulled back, his eyes sparkled, a slight blush dusting his cheeks.

“so… does this mean i won twice?”

the comfortable silence between you and jo was only interrupted by the soft scratching of your pencils. you were sitting across each other on his kitchen table, papers and drawing utensils spread out between you, as you were both absorbed in your own work.

you two had met at the beginning of semester in an art class, and although neither of you talked much, you instantly clicked. you had started hanging out after classes, and tonight he'd invited you over to just do what you loved the most. you both enjoyed working on your own pieces while stll not being alone.

you felt grateful for these quiet moments, the kind where words weren’t necessary. being here, both of you working with that same, silent intensity, filled you with a sense of ease. somehow, being near jo made everything feel right, even the silence.

the two of you were leaning over your drawings, your heads almost touching. every time you looked up at him, a smile tugged at your lips as you noticed the little things you shared – like how he tilted his head the same way you did when concentrating, or pressed his lips together just like you often did. finding jo felt like finding another version of yourself.

you turned your focus back to the paper in front of you, continuing your sketch, when a strand of hair fell out of your bun and onto jo's drawing.

he stopped drawing and looked up from his paper, only to realize how close your faces were when you looked up as well. your eyes immediately met his, and for some reason, you couldn't look away this time. for a moment, the world outside faded; there was only jo, his gaze so gentle that it made your heart skip a bit.

he let go of his pencil and brought his hand up to gently tuck the loose strand of hair behind your ear, his eyes only leaving yours to glance down at your lips for a split second before you got lost in them again.

his hand lingered on your cheek for another second, but let go when he saw the slightest flush of pink on your cheeks.

time seemed to stop when he leaned in just a tiny bit, waiting almost shyly for your reaction. his action made the pull you'd already felt towards him even stronger, so you reciprocated it.

jo met you halfway, closing the bit of distance that was left between you, and gently placed his soft lips on top of yours.

you picked up the pace, walking a little faster as the sky above you turned darker and darker. big, gray clouds covered the sky, daring to break into heavy rain any second.

"i took so long to straighten my hair," you sulked, drawing a little chuckle from harua.

you were still too far from home and you knew you wouldn't make it before it would start pouring, but you still walked faster.

as the first drop of rain fell onto harua's glasses, he took off his jacket and carefully draped it over your head, making sure to cover as much of your hair as possible.

you felt a comforting warmth, not only from his jacket and the faint scent of his perfume on the piece of clothing, but from the action itself – the fact that he'd made sure to cover your hair only cause you'd complained about the effort you'd put into them.

as the rainfall started to become heavier – and you glanced over to see harua's hair already slightly dampened, the fabric of his sweater daring to soak up – you grabbed his hand and pulled him towards a closed store, finding shelter under its small front porch.

you pressed your back against the door to offer him as much space as possible, but although you two already stood unnervingly close, the raindrops continued to fall onto harua's back.

"thank you for the jacket," you broke the silence, your voice barely audible above the plattering of the rain. harua smiled softly and grabbed your wrists as you attempted to take his jacket off your head to give it back to him.

"keep it, it's cold," he replied, his voice as soft as the look in his eyes.

you looked up at him as if asking if he was sure, and without a word, he gave you a reassuring smile. his eyes locked with yours, only interrupted by a glance down to your lips that didn't last longer than three seconds.

your heart started pounding heavier against your chest as you noticed, and you titled your head up just slightly, as if testing the waters.

harua seemed to understand, your action being the only thing he needed to know you were thinking the same, and lowered his head to meet yours – your lips just inches away, but he hesitated.

you brought your shaking hands up to his cheeks, gently pulling him down to close the distance between you, and finally feeling his soft, slightly wet from the raindrops, lips on yours.

the photobooth’s red curtain slid shut behind you as you and taki squeezed onto the small bench. you’d spent the past hours hopping from one arcade game to another, challenging each other to an nearly endless rivalry of skee-ball, air hockey, and crane games. as the day wound down, taki had grinned, pointing out the photobooth in the corner.

“you know what's the third date tradition, right?” he'd grinned, but you hadn't taken it seriously, as you'd slipped into the booth with barely enough room for two.

the machine counted down, the screen flashing a get ready! message in bold letters. the two of you pulled silly faces for the first couple of pictures, laughing between each flash. but as the screen showed the countdown for the final photo, taki glanced at you, his expression shifting from playful to something softer. his eyes met yours with a question hidden in them.

“can i… kiss you?” he asked, his voice quiet against the noise of the arcade outside.

your heart skipped a beat, a flurry of butterflies taking over as you looked at him, his face just inches from yours in the tiny space. but the machine was already ticking down the last few seconds, the numbers flashing on the screen, ready to snap its final shot.

without thinking, you leaned in, closing the gap between you with a quick, soft kiss just before the camera flashed. you pulled back, catching the flicker of surprise and warmth in his eyes, your heart still racing.

taki blinked, a bit dazed, and then let out a soft laugh. “wow. you barely even gave me a chance to finish asking.”

you shrugged, cheeks warm as you leaned back against the booth wall. “the machine doesn’t wait,” you said, trying to sound nonchalant, but you couldn’t stop smiling.

he grinned back, still seeming a little dazed. “can’t argue with that logic.”

the photos printed with a soft whir, and taki grabbed the strip, studying the last picture with a smile. in it, your lips were just barely touching, your eyes closed, his hand blurry as he'd moved it up to cup your cheek, and you couldn’t help but blush as you looked over his shoulder.

“i guess the photobooth captured our first kiss,” he said, his voice soft, a small, slightly shy smile on his face.

you replied with a nod, your own smile widening as you glanced back up at him.

he grinned, slipping the photo strip into his pocket. “i think we’ll have to come back here and get one for each date.”

your eyes widened at taki's words.

"what?" you and maki asked in unison, your voices equally shocked.

your heartbeat quickened. you'd had a crush on maki for a while now, though you'd never admit that, and you couldn't help but feel a hint of excitement bubble up in your stomach.

maki furrowed his brows, looking everywhere but your direction, and slowly shook his head after some moments of hesitation.

everyone started cheering, happy to have skipped washing the dishes for another day, but you just blinked in confusion. the excitement made way to another feeling that felt suspiciously much like disappointment.

you stayed silent until the round finished and slipped away to the bathroom as the game wrapped up. maki’s gaze followed you until you disappeared behind the door, and he sighed softly.

while the others headed to the living room, maki stayed behind in the kitchen, starting to rinse the plates and bowls.

when you returned, you glanced around and asked, voice a bit unsteady, "where did everyone else go?" sure he wouldn’t hear you, you were surprised when maki looked up, meeting your eyes for the first time since backing out of his dare. he turned off the water to reply, “they’re in the living room.”

you nodded and started to turn toward the door, but maki quickly dried his hands and stepped over, reaching to catch your arm. “wait, y/n… are you okay?” he asked, his voice laced with concern.

"yes. i just didn't think i'm so unkissable that you prefer washing the dishes of ten people," you said with a chuckle that sounded more forced than intended.

"no!" he protested. then, with surprising seriousness, he added, “i just… didn’t want our first kiss to happen over a silly dare.”

"don't explain, maki, i totally get it, i–", you began, but stopped short as his words sank in. "wait. what do you mean 'our first kiss'?"

maki sighed. he wished he could somehow back out from this but there was no logical excuse for what he'd said, so he decided to go with the truth.

his cheeks flushed a little, and he looked down briefly before confessing, “i… like you. i have for a while now. nico said he was sure you felt the same way. and… well, a game just didn’t seem like the right time for a first kiss.”

you felt your heartbeat pick up, and a smile tugged at your lips as you took a small step closer. "would now be a better time?” you asked softly.

maki’s eyes widened a bit, a flicker of hope crossing his face. “what… do you mean?”

you chuckled, genuinely this time. “that i like you too, idiot.”

a smile spread across his face as his eyes softened. “in that case… i’d say now is perfect,” he murmured, lifting his hands to gently cup your cheeks and leaning in until his lips met yours. <3

Notes: it's my first time writing something as angsty as this so I hope you like it; english is not my first language I apologize for any mistakes; and I'm sorry for not posting for so long, I didn't have the motivation to write😔

He's very strong, therefore he can be really scary at times. Especially when arguing. You hate arguing with him, so you usually try to leave when it gets a little out of hand, so both of you can calm down alone. Him on the other hand, although he hates arguing too, is a firm believer that everything needs to be discussed right then and there. This difference between you can cause some problems. Once when you were in a big argument with him, you decided that it should be ended, told him that you can't deal with that right now and you're going to your room to calm down a little, alone. But he didn't want to let it go, so he grabbed your wrist and continued yelling his problems at you. But his grip was too strong, it was painful. You looked at him, tears threatening to fall from your eyes "Yudai, it hurts" you said quietly. He looked at his hand and realisation hit him. He let go of your wrist, looked at you for a few seconds before saying "I'm sorry". Slowly and softly wrapped his arms around you and he kept repeating those words a million times: "I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'm sorry...."

Fuma

Although he is the most gentlemanly gentleman to ever step foot on Earth, he is incredibly strong and has a really deep voice. These two things can make him seem rather scary when you guys are in a serious fight. One day a little fight went a little too far. Both of you were just tired, working more than you should so even a little misunderstanding can turn into fighting. You two were just yelling at each other. At this point you couldn't even tell why you started to fight you just had to let the tension out. But when Fuma made a sudden move in your direction you screamed and backed until your back hit the wall. You were just looking at each other. His eyes were in pain, more like worried actually. He slowly approached you and when you didn't scare away he hugged you, his lips next to your ears whispering. "I could never hurt you. I love you so much, I would never want you to be in pain"

Nicholas

Although Nicholas is a sweetheart, I think we can all agree that from the outside he looks rather intimidating, even scary at times. And this feature of his does not do any good when the two of you are fighting. He also seems like the type to lose his temper pretty easily which is also bad for the situation. Once you had a really big fight. Both of you probably knew that you could settle it calmly but you built up so much stress at work and from life itself that you just had to let it out and unfortunately you chose to let it out on each other. You were at fault too, you said something really hurtful to Nicholas and he felt like he will explode if he doesn't release the tension. So out of anger he hit the wall closest to him. But that was right in fron of you and for a second you thought that he aimed at you. So you closed your eyes and just waited while tears were falling from your eyes. But instead the punch you expected you only felt warm arms wrapping around you. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you..... I could never hurt you" he whispered. Then you just stayed there for a while, crying everything out in his comforting arms.

EJ

Our leader is such a sweet guy. Even though he's tall and quite strong you just need one look at his boba eyes and you already feel safe. His soft speaking nature also adds to the feeling of comfort he gives to not just you, but everyone around him. But as the leader he has lots of duties and also has to take care of not less than eight people. Believe me when I say, sometimes man is tired. And that day when he went over to spend time with you he was especially tired and stressed from work, he just didn't want to cancel the date because he hasn't seen you for what felt like forever. But when he got to you and you kept just asking him about his day and what they have been up to nowadays eventough he said he doesn't want to talk about work, he had enough. "Why can't you just shut up for a second? I cane over to have a calm evening but you just keep bothering me, I'm literally just wasting my time with you now" he yelled. His words shot straight to your heart. You managed to mutter a small 'sorry' and at least start walking away to your room before the tears started falling down your cheeks but he heard your sniffles. And standing there he knew, he fucked up.

Yuma

He probably wouldn't have scared you like that if it wasn't for your past. You had an abusive relationship before you met him. Your ex used to beat you up and it was hard for you to manage to get away from him. But with Yuma it was different. He was the nicest man you've ever met and the thought of him hurting you never entered your mind. But when you were having a rather bad fight every memory of your ex that layed in the back of your mind suddenly came back. That's the reason why when he lifted his hand as he was aggressively explaining something to you in the heat of the argument you instantly put your hands infront of your face as protection. You weren't scared of Yuma, it was more like an instinct, but he didn't know that. "I didn't mean to scare you" he muttered, much softer now than before "I'm so sorry y/n". "No, it's not your fault" you said as you stepped closer to him to assure him that you really weren't scared at all "it was just an instinct because of my ex. It really has nothing to do with you. I'm sorry" and with that you hugged him tightly. But he still whispered in your ears hoping to comfort you "don't ever apologise for something like this. It's not your fault love"

Jo

He's a sweetheart. I don't think he could ever even talk loud let alone make you cry. So if you cry in an argument then both of you cry, there's no other option. When you ended up in a bad argument you just threw every word against each other even if you didn't mean it. You hated it. Seeing him mad, being mad at him. You felt tears in your eyes, slowly rolling down your cheeks. When he saw that he couldn't say another word, instead he did exactly what you did, salty drops of water running from his eyes. You just looked at each other. No talk. Words weren't needed. Those things made you cry. You ended up cuddling on the couch crying out everything silently.

Harua

Usually Harua is a very soft person. I mean you can already tell it from his cute almost boyish looks. However when he's in a fight he can be surprisingly strong minded. You learned that in your first serious fight with him. He stood very firmly by his point believing he was right, when in reality he wasn't. At first you tried to convince him calmly but after a while you just had enough and instead of keep trying to solve the problem in a calm way you started yelling at him. As an answer he also raised his voice and even gesticulated to prove his point but the moves of his hands were huge and firm you've never seen him raise his hand this strongly before so as an instinct you flinched. And that's when he realised that he went too far. "I'm so so so so so sorry" he said already crying with his hands infront of his mouth. "I don't want to hurt you I swear" he kept going on about that. "It's okay I just over reacted" you answered as you softly wrapped your hands around his waist and pulled him into your chest.

Taki

This guy is always full of jokes and pranks. He just sometimes forgets to think about what if the given joke or prank is not funny but actually hurtful to someone. One day when you were at the dorm, this exact scenario happened. Taki just intended to make a joke but didn't consider that it was actually pretty hurtful to you. At first you just stayed silent because you didn't want to talk about how wath he said made you feel so bad. But when he noticed that you became more silent than before he tried to make you talk with another joke which was a huge mistake. You flipped out yelling at him about how hurtful his joke felt for you personally and that he should have considered your feelings. But his reaction to that was just him saying "relax, it was just a joke, if you can't take that, say that, and I won't tell it anymore" and that made you angrier. "Taki it's not that I can't take a joke it's just that your joke was not funny, it only made me feel bad and I can't even look at you right now" you yelled as tears started to roll down your cheeks. And with that you just left the dorm. In shock, he just sat down on the ground trying to figure out what to do.

Maki

Maki is a nice guy, everybody and their mother knows that. But sometimes even he can have bad days. Unfortunately you decided to come over unannounced to the dorm on one of those days when he would just rather be alone. When you arrived of course he was still happy for you, but in contrast to his, your day has been so good that you kept rambling. After some time you asked about his day and even after him saying that he would rather not talk about that now you asked one more time if he was sure and that was it for him. He almost started to yell at you infront of everyone in the living room but thankfully he still had the manners to keep these things privately. So he grabbed your wrist and pulled you into his room, shut his door as strong as he could and he started yelling at you only noticing minutes later that you were so scared from his sudden change of moods that you backed away from him and tears were built up in your eyes. When he realised how bad the situation was he decided not to talk anymore. Just went up to you and wrapped you in a tight, warm, comforting hug. A hug that lasted maybe five minutes, maybe ten minutes, maybe half an hour. You didn't know and you couldn't care less when you had each other so close.

Before you can kiss him or even say anything, he’s already teasing you. Will probably squish your cheeks back, agreeing that he also gets the urge to just hold you and coo over your face because of how cute you are in his eyes. 

MURATA FUMA ﾐ 村田風雅

You can’t really catch this man by surprise. As soon as you’re grabbing his cheeks, he’s grabbing your waist, and asking you what’s up. When you just say you wanted to admire him, he will smile at you lovingly. Bends down a bit so you have better access to his face, and of course, gives you the same treatment minutes later. Fuma’s always so gentle and patient, so if this was a common occurrence, he would get used to it quickly. Doesn’t quite understand why you feel the urge to squish your boyfriend’s face almost every day, but he wouldn’t question it either.

BYUN EUIJOO ﾐ 변의주

Pauses whatever he was telling you as soon as you grab his face, because he assumes it’s something serious. First looks at you with big concerned eyes, but slowly his smile grows once he realizes that you’re looking at him as if he hung the stars in the sky. Closes his eyes in shock as soon as you start pressing kisses to his nose. Will grab your wrists and remove your hands, just to return the favour with lots of kisses of his own. Probably asks what it was for minutes later, which would lead to the action just repeating.

WANG YIXIANG ﾐ 王奕翔

Immediately throws out questions trying to understand what prompted you to grab his face so suddenly. “What are you do—” Is successfully shut up when you kiss his face and giggle at how cute he is. Eyebrows furrowing in confusion because he can’t recall trying to be cute at all. Let’s you leave kisses all around his face; cheeks, forehead, nose, lips, anywhere you need. Definitely enjoys the attention from you, however, he always racks his brain trying to figure out why you’re squishing his cheeks for the third time, and simply can’t because the cuteness aggression always comes spontaneously. 

NAKAKITA YUMA ﾐ 中耒田悠真

It’s no secret that you can get away with much more than the normal person because you’re Yuma’s girlfriend. But still, you should be a little careful, cause as soon as you grab his cheeks to squish, he’s giving you a signature kitty glare looking like he might swipe at you. But, since you’re his girlfriend and he loves you, he lets you shower him with sickeningly sweet words while he stands there like 🧍. Definitely rolls his eyes at least once— he’s really not the lovey dovey PDA type of boyfriend. But secretly deep down, his heart flutters a bit at your gesture. 

ASAKURA JO ﾐ 朝倉穣

Looks up at you with his big doe eyes, genuinely confused as to why you’re squishing his cheeks and cooing at him as if he’s a baby. But for some reason his stomach is also somersaulting with butterflies and he isn’t quite sure why he finds the action so flustering. Ears and cheeks turn a bright shade of red as soon as you start peppering his whole face with kisses, and he’s left a stuttering mess for at least a couple minutes because why would you do that so suddenly without warning him. 

SHIGETA HARUA ﾐ 重田美琉愛

Doesn’t even register in his brain that it’s a sign of affection. You could be spilling all the cutest words about him while holding his face in your hands and he’d be raising an eyebrow trying to figure out what all this was about. A little bit lost and confused at times when it comes to this type of affection, but once you explain the concept of cuteness aggression to him, he would probably get it. Enjoys the extra kisses regardless and looks extremely adorable all confused, as if you can see the cogs in his brain turning slowly. 

TAKAYAMA RIKI ﾐ 高山りき

He’s so used to being the victim of cuteness aggression, especially when it comes to his cheeks. Because the members are already all over him. He doesn’t even seem fazed when you squish his cheeks and giggle over his cute dimples. But he does quickly get the idea that he finally has someone he can do it too as well, and will definitely start to squish your cheeks and give you extra kisses on a regular basis to try to balance out how much he receives. Becomes your go-to way to show affection with each other :( 

HIROTA RIKI ﾐ 宏田力

Thinks you’re doing it for a tiktok prank at first. “What trend is this?” As soon as he says that, you stop kissing his face and look at him, exasperated. He’ll quickly realize you were doing it just because, and let you continue without interruption. Probably rambles about how cute you two are as a couple afterwards and his neverending effect on you being credited to his rizz or effortless charm. “ah, it’s raining.” k notices, pulling out the clear umbrella out of his bag. you sigh of relief, happy he didn’t see you flinch. k pulls you in, the umbrella shielding both of you from the rain.

once again, thunder sounds from the sky, and this time it’s louder. k turns to you, a little confused. but, when he sees you, with your hands covering your ears, his look immediately softens.

“hey, are you okay?” you can only nod to reply. his arm wraps around your shoulder, pulling you even closer. quickly bringing you back home.

”are you okay?” fuma shouts from the kitchen. “i heard you yell.”

“come here please, fuma. i’m scared.” within seconds he is next to you, totally abandoning the snacks he was about to get.

he takes the blankets off of the couch and puts them on you. he then envelopes you in a hug, his arms around you making you feel safe.

“it’s getting darker, we should head back to the dorms.” ej says as he closes his laptop. “we can finish this another time.”

you agree with him, packing your stuff into your bag. worriedly, you look outside, seeing the rain fall.

it wasn’t the first time you saw nicholas at the bus stop, but the two of you never really exchanged more than 20 words to eachother.

“looks like it’s going to storm.” nicholas comments, looking up at the sky.

“jo, i know it’s late but if you hear this, please can you come over?” you speak into your phone when the call goes to voicemail. your hands tremble when you put down the phone and you pull the blanket over your head to shield you from the sound.

you don’t expect him to reply, but he does. within a few minutes he texts that he is on the way.

you fall into his arms when you open the door, heart beating loudly in your chest.

“are you alright?” he whispers, patting your head. “i brought earplugs and we can watch the movie you like.”

Your eyes widen from his action but before you could even turn around to say something, he hugged you tight with his right arm, that was huge enough to wrap your entire body in one swing. “Is my baby finally brave enough to sit on my lap~?” – a teasing chuckle followed as he whispered in your ears that got your entire face reddening. It’s been a while since you’ve wanted to sit on K’s huge lap, it seemed like such a comfortable seat to you personally, but you can’t deny that you were too shy. K knew you too well, but he wanted you to come to him on your own so he stayed quiet. He made sure to reassure you that it was totally fine to do so when you finally managed to let your intrusive thoughts win.

Fuma : Would stiff up subtly as soon as he felt your weight on his lap. It was just a normal evening, Fuma was focused on his game, headphones attached to him, his friend yelling incoherent words from the other line. You took this chance to try out something. You sneakily kept your closure to his figure sitting on the gaming chair before taking the opportunity to launch yourself on him. He was definitely shocked and it was obvious he lost focus from the game from the very start. When you started squirming on top of him though, he’ll hold you by the waist, still all your movements – “honey, stay still, I need to focus” That’s when you notice, your subtle little attempt wasn’t all that subtle.

Nicholas : The fastest person to make your existence on his lap known. Would straight up call you out and tease you about it. He would dwell on that little action of yours for weeks while completely teasing you about it nonstop. Ej : Would stiff up very evidently and even started squirming around at one point. Will start squishing your cheeks and babying you, smiling like a cheeky kid inside from how happy he is. “Awww look at you so adorable on my lap~!” You grabbed him by his collar, landing a soft kiss on his lips to shut him up. Jo : The ‘I did noticed’ but nonchalant one. Obviously the sudden warmth he felt on his lap wasn’t just to his imagination, especially when you started squirming around, disturbing his view of the book in his right arm. Out of nowhere, you felt a huge palm pinning down both your arms while pulling you closer to lean against him. “If you wanna have a seat.. stay still.” You’d panic a bit now that you noticed he knew but soon you came to a sense of comfort, on his warm lap, tightly wrapped cozily by his arm.

Taki : He’s the ultimate mixture of Yuma and Harua. Don’t expect for this boy to let you get a free seat on him unless there’s a payment method. And his payment isn’t a simple sweet little kiss, no. It’s actually you allowing him to practically do the same to you whenever he wants. You want to sit on his lap? That’s okay but you’ll also have to let him sit on your lap. But you weren’t one to know this system beforehand, taking it as a free chance for a free seat when you caught him, legs crossed on the bed, focused on his phone screen. He's an attentive listener. He loves to lounge lazily on the couch and listen to you talk about your day. He asks a lot of questions just so the conversation doesn't have to end so soon. He's almost like your personal diary at some point. He's just an easy and comfortable person to talk to.

Protective and slightly possessive boyfriend. He is not controlling by any means but he does get obviously possessive over you if he feels that someone is coming onto you in front of him. Romantic as all get out. He looooves to buy you small gifts like flowers or candies and he's all about the lifestyle of taking you shopping as a date. Going shopping with you is one of his favorite ways to spend time with you and he will call it a "date" every time.

Taking photos of you is his number one hobby. On a date? Fifteen photos. Sleeping comfortably in his bed? About sixty photos. -- No matter the occasion, you can be certain his entire camera roll is nothing but photos of you.

Yuma would be such a cute boyfriend. He would be kind of shy whenever he tries to flirt with you and he always bursts into a fit of soft, nervous giggles whenever you lean in to give him kisses.

He always sends you the cutest selfies whenever you're not together. He loves to send you pouty photos with "it's less fun without you here" attached, or he will send a photo of something cute and silly with "I thought of you" sent right after.

Plushies are how he shows his love for you. Everywhere he goes, he buys you a new stuffed animal to toss onto your bed. It's getting to the point where there's not enough space for you in the bed because the stuffed animals are starting to take over but he cares not one bit. Sharing clothes is something Yuma likes to do. If you have a cute shirt he knows will fit him, it's not your shirt anymore. Holding hands is his favorite form of intimacy. To Jo, there's nothing sweeter and more endearing than offering your hand to him and just allowing him to hold it tightly within his own. His thumb is always caressing the side of your hand lovingly, especially if he's listening to you talk. It's his way of showing he cares and is listening to you.

Secretly a jealous boyfriend. Though he's shy in nature and would never outright tell you he's jealous when you're giving someone else more attention, it's obvious that he feels a little bit left out whenever your attention is on another friend over him. Jo is always trying to improve his drawing skills so he can gift you his art or impress you with what he produces. You've seen his sketchbook and have found that he's tried to sketch you a few times already but decided to restart because he didn't like how he'd made you look. Sleepy hammock cuddles when it's raining. Every time Jo knows it will rain, he finds his way to the hammock he's gotten set up on the balcony of his apartment to curl up with a nice book. Of course, once it starts to actually rain, Jo finds himself becoming sleepy and clingy! Flirting isn't a thing with Harua. He's completely oblivious whenever you try to flirt with him and his attempts... Are bad. Taki is a clingy boyfriend. He wants your attention almost all the time and feels lonely whenever you're not around. He's not overwhelmingly clingy, but he is the type who wants to touch you almost nonstop (hugging, holding your hand, playing with your hair, etc.) when you're together and he basically begs for your attention.

Karaoke dates almost every Friday night. He loves to hang out with you and eat yummy snacks while singing your favorite songs together. Duets are a favorite of his so you can also have a small dance together.

He is infatuated with you and thinks you're genuinely the coolest human being that's ever walked this planet. Whatever your favorite hobby is, he's in love with it simply because you are. Taki's favorite thing about cuddling with you is the fact that he gets to be the little spoon. He loves to feel small when you guys cuddle up to watch movies or just to talk about your busy day. -- You always find that he puts his head right over your heart so he can listen to your heartbeat while you cuddle. If he's ever feeling particularly stressed out or upset, you know letting him listen to your heartbeat will soothe him and make everything feel better for a little while.

Maki 🐶

Maki loves to flirt with you. He is a master at flirting and making you blush. He always just grins and winks at you whenever your face is hot and red from his flirting and teasing. Even through text message, he finds a way to flirt and tease you until you're a blushing mess.

He talks about you all the time. Nonstop, he talks about you to his friends and family. He finds a way to bring you up in every conversation, even if it has little relevance to anything that's going on. The conversation could be about what his friends want for dinner and he'll but in with "well you know, y/n likes...." for no reason at all.

He brings you things that remind him of you at random times so you know he's always thinking about you. He mostly shows up with random candles or small throw blankets that had cute designs all over them.

Water gun battles are something that always take place when you're dating Maki. He will randomly pop up from behind the couch and just start shooting water at you before he scurries off to a different room before you can retaliate. Whenever you guys have been moody towards one another, he will offer you a water gun and tell you the first person to tap out has to apologize first. -- Of course, he ends up apologizing first, but the water gun fight is just a way he tries to bring the mood up and make things more lighthearted when you've both been a little grouchy towards one another.

Let's get one thing clear. If there's a bug, he's not getting it out of the house / room / area.
