okay okay okay okay. i'm here to say one thing and one thing only:

would anyone like to RP the vampire who turned Eloise? cos basically her story before being turned is this: she accidentally cursed a vampire to eternal thirst in her hometown (without knowing he was a vampire) and that vampire ended up killing multiple people by draining them of their blood (oops the eternal thirst was eternal blood thirst for him) so she left to a different town because the curse breaks if she's far enough away from the victim.

cue your muse (doesn't have to be a brand new OC idc) being a vampire in this town who's never met a fairy before and doesn't know what eloise is, just that she's not human. we can figure out the relationship dynamic and why/how she's turned cos like. . . the possibilities are infinite. maybe the vampire from before comes looking for her and wants her dead so your muse turns her to be safe. or maybe the turn happens on accident. WHO KNOWS.
