Please tell me this is just a photoshoot (glancing at their instagram, it looks like it's not :/ ) because this is not what a toad's enclosure should look like. I'm not even kidding. Wild animals are not meant to live in a dollhouse. They should be living in something like this:

See how there's a small, filtered pond, one with a step out & the other a gradual slope, making it easy for them to choose to access it? How there's plants and soil & tons of hiding/camouflaging places? How there's reptile lamps to provide UV? How they're both bioactive?

In those two, there is moisture, which toads need, & because the enclosures are bioactive, probably springtails &/or isopods to clean up the terrarium & for the animal to eat. This, while maybe not the best examples, are what a terrarium should look like. Not a fucking dollhouse.

which is a video of their toad placed outside in an unnatural position, with a hat on its head.

Putting any kind of clothing on frogs or toads is bad for them as it causes stress & can mess with their eyes & skin. This particular hat isn't fabric & it seems to just be sitting on the toad's back, but still. There are other photos of these toads "wearing" fabric hats & being placed in situations they should not be in like under blankets, in an enclosure that is so subpar I cannot even begin to describe my anger here.

This is literally mistreatment of an animal. Straight up. For clout on instagram &, I guess, with huge disappointment, on tumblr, too.

I'm not familiar with toads so I can't tell their health or species, which the original poster on insta conveniently leaves out, but I can guarantee that this instagram account is

Stop giving shit like this attention. Stop assuming smaller animals can be messed with like this. They are not toys. If you want to make a dollhouse for your pet, get a domestic animal like a cat or a small dog or hell even a pigeon instead. Please do not do this with wild animals that need specialized care. If you want to see someone do a good terrarium, here's a recent video by SerpaDesign about cane toads. He's also posted about other species as well & I recommend checking them out & getting an idea for proper vivariums. Thank you. That is all.

•they would play every co op game under the sun, I just know it, that's how Iris got her love of fps games cause she gets to play it w her friends

•they def play pkmn unite tho

-tho when they do play unite, the others always separate Iris and Hilbert as the two are like pros, so it's always three on one side and three on the other when they do a pvp tournament w each other

-usual teams are Hilda, Cheren, and Iris, and then N, Hilbert, and Bianca

-surprisingly enough, N is good at that game, and got every pkmn at least the green ribbon bc he wanted every one of his friends to have one

-Zoroark got a gold ribbon tho let's be real, he only ever uses Zoroark in that game it's insane

•as much as the others tease Cheren that he's like a teacher now, they do actually listen to his lectures, and would oftentimes hang out in his gym whenever they're free

-whenever he's not around, the others would always tell his students how cool and strong he is, and the kids would be so amazed bc ofc, the two Heroes and the Champion looking up to their teacher? Their Gym Leader? Ofc they'd eat that up, and they'd listen more to Cheren cause they wanna be strong like him now too

•Iris and N having that solidarity that they never had much friends, or rather didn't really have friends, when they were younger and the Nuvema kids mean so much to them bc it's the first ever friend group they had

-and really the first friend group that doesn't make fun of anything abt them and how odd they are

•Iris is that rich friend let's be real, she's Champion and her grandpa is the mayor of a city, ofc she'd have that money, and she'd just spend most of it buying lil gifts for her friends, usually Dragon themed stuff, or things that she thinks they'll like

-shes the one that goes all out during their birthdays and Christmas, saying how she's only getting the best for her friends

•N is staying w Alder now, as the others didn't just want him to fly around Unova or stay inside Plasma's old castle, and hey they all wanted to let N stay w em, but N decided to just stay w Alder instead and Alder was more than happy

-he also helps Alder in teaching the kids more abt Pokémon, it makes him happy how patient the children are and how understanding they are when it comes to their partner pkmn

-it makes him miss his own Pokémon sometimes, but he knows they're happy wherever they are

•altho Bianca would often say she's the weakest of the bunch, she's actually a really capable trainer that she got to the semi finals in the PWT

-the others did help her train, as they didn't want her getting hurt while running errands or doing research stuff

-yknow what, Bianca's Serperior deserves to have Contrary, so hey her Serperior's ability is now Contrary, as a treat

-bonus tho, Hilbert's Emboar has Reckless as an ability

•Zekrom, Reshiram, and even Kyurem would listen to Cheren, Bianca, and N's commands

-pls ur honour they trust each other so much that even their legendary pkmn would listen to the ones that aren't even their actual trainers

•Hilda and Hilbert could impersonate each other really well when they were younger, ofc now they have different body types they couldn't anymore, but they could still somewhat mimic each others voices that it honest to god still scares Cheren

-Cheren had told N and Iris that the twins always did that back then to mess w them, and "it seems you two didn't grow out of it."

At first he'd be a bit scared and reluctant to become a father (he knows himself pretty well)

But once he sees the child all fears somehow melt away

You bet he'll be the fun-loving dad

Teaches his children many "practical" things that "won't be taught in school"

I personally believe he's good at playing with them (especially when they're younger)

Will definitely prank his own children regardless of age. Bad habits die hard, they say, but in Dazai's case they just never die

Big chance his children will become pranksters, too much to Kunikida's misfortune

Pretty chill when it comes their schooling. As long as they pass and learn, that's okay with him

Gives excellent life advice, but that's when he actually gives decent ones. 50% of the time what he says is a joke

He'll also probably quit joking about suicide around them, at least

On that note he'll definitely want to listen to them should they have any mental health issues

I think he'll still keep a certain emotional distance from them, but ironically he'd prefer if his kids were emotionally open to him (he really wants them to be happy)

May or may not teach them how to flirt

When someone hurts his kids (verbally, physically, emotionally) they better leave the country lol he's the most menacing out of the three here

He's also 100% the annoying embarrassing dad, especially once his kids are in high school

He's the most nervous of them all

He hasn't really seen how a good father acts in the first place, and he's worried he might not raise his children properly

Definitely stoic silent dad who wants to say something but is always too embarrassed

Usually Rashoumon does the "speaking" for him

Actually practically uses Rashoumon for everything: picking up children when they go too far, making it some sort of home version of an amusement park ride, threatening any stalkers or unwanted suitors-

I think he's the most protective dad compared to the other two. He genuinely wants his children to live happy lives away from any form of 'darkness' and not feel the same despair as he once did

His favorite way of communication with his kids is having afternoon tea with them

Not that he'll talk much, but he likes spending some relaxation time with them

Sheds a single tear whenever they do something for him, no matter how small (he gets touched really easily if it's from them)

I have a feeling this man's a cheapskate. Not that he won't buy good things, but money and other resources must always be used efficiently (ex. always turn of the lights when you're not using them, etc.)

Okay this might be an unpopular opinion, but I think he'll be somewhat of a competitive dad (it's really hard to completely remove that from him come on)

So he wants to make sure his kids do well in whatever they do

It's canon he likes music (so let's assume he likes singing, I mean his VA did sing OP 1), so when they're still young he'll definitely be the one to sing them to sleep

Lowkey wishes one of them picks up music too so they can jam together

When If his children pick up on adult language, he will both be horrified and delighted

He's also very doting, I think. He's the type to get jealous when his kids are more affectionate with other people

He's also the type to cry during any "moving up" event: graduation, marriage, you name it
