direct  eye  contact  is  made  with  dante.      &  without  skipping  a  single  beat  the  only  reply  that  can  be  given  is,      ❛   you  know,      i  didn’t  ask  for  a  gift.   ❜     he  may  seem  composed  but  inwardly  ?      not  so  much.      it’s  definitely  not  quite  what  he  expected  to  find  after  walking  into  his  room.      it  takes  a  moment  for  him  to  respond  again,      (      FEELS  LIKE  ETERNITY      )      then  he’s  shaking  his  head.      a  laugh  coming  forth  just  as  body  moves  forward.      &  he’s  leaning  over  the  bed  to  pull  dante  to  him,      an  amused  look  on  the  lightwood’s  face  before  he’s  kissing  him.      a  few  seconds  pass  &  then  they  finally  part.
