so i want to make a series of domestic prompts, because frankly as much as i dislike housework, nothing brings me as much joy as thinking about my muses attempting to deal with cooking and cleaning and co-existing together, you know? so with that in mind! if you have any domestic prompts that you'd love to see added to one of the lists, let me know in the comments or my inbox!

Once again, I want to apologize to those waiting for a reply. I know that I don't need to apologize, but I will do so anyway, because it makes me feel a little better.

Due to my anxiety medication, my brain is rather dozy ( which will be the case until my body has gotten used to it ) which means I really need to be into the muse, to be able to come up with something. I know some do not appreciate that and that they think that it's me ignoring some of their muses, but I promise that it's not. I simply feel certain muses - at the moment - a lot more, which is especially the case if we plot stuff *looks directly at Jen*. if you simply wish to write, merely come at the muses that you see pop up on my wall and I promise that it will be a lot easier for me to reply.

small PSA.

Been super-y slime-y paced lately and for a VALID reason. As a part of my job I am traveling places where I have 0 access to the internet ( unless I'm somewhere near city with WiFi where I also can't sit longer than for an hour or two, and if practicular day I have some data they have to be maximally spared for emergency purposes ) so, my apologies goes all to those I owe, replies, dms / plottings etc. ; you are not ignored but I have to put everything on hold. I hoped to be back by now but I can't predict just yet how things are going settle here, I can be back tomorrow or in weeks / months and because my dash activity is really spotty this is but a mere reminder that you don't have to wait for plottings or my aproval of stuff and schemings - - just toss things our way and see where it will lead us; we'll get to you whenever we can.

So a heads up, the reason I haven't been around lately is because my computer has pretty much shit the bed. I have to fiddle with the charger to even get it to charge, and even then not only does it black out and pixelate the screen to the point I have to hdmi it to another moniter, but it charges and unchargers every few seconds continously. I'm assuming it needs a new battery seeing as it's a few years old, and I'm hoping to get it fixed for my birthday in May. Until then my activity is going to be very sporadic and longer replies will most likely be put to the backburner until I can get to a computer

i sometimes find myself overthinking and getting really in my head about tumblr rp. whether it’s that I don’t feel im good enough for those i write with or just that i feel awfully atrocious at knowing how to befriend and talk to the people I really like here. sometimes it sorta snowballs into me feeling the need to either self sabotage myself and beat myself up mentally before something bad does happen or i get so in my head thinking nobody likes me and im too annoying or overly sensitive/friendly that i don’t give others a fair chance. im not quite sure why it happens other than im human and it’s natural to want connection and community and fear being too much or not enough for others. but ig for anyone else going through these rough mental gymnastics; i like you, i think you’re really great, i wanna talk to you and be your friend and hear about your day and your thoughts and your hyper-fixations and your everything in between. it can be hard to find community within the rp community so just know if you feel lonely or anything you can come talk and hang out with me in my dms, my asks, or my discord and we can figure out this odd little life as it comes along.

hi so i just wanted to apologize to my mutuals who might be wondering why the hell i've not replied why the heck i'm going So Hard on / focusing on very particular threads despite me stating in my rules that i don't really prioritize anyone or any one thing, but i've waited COUGHS seven actual years COUGHS for a anakin to give my luke's exodus verse a chance. @forcenexus has not only done that, but they've endured my awful endless ramblings AND they've been chill enough to indulge me with a twin!verse feat. anakin/vader, too. i'd been wanting that for so long, it was more sad than it was funny lol

we're still in the process of establishing these verses through writing, and once we get a little more than the basic premise sorted out, i want to put these verses up for others !! xoxo

hey. hi. friendly neighborhood tumblr rp veteran/old here. just a midweek reminder if you need it that it's totally cool that your activity is INCONSISTENT. sometimes you wake up and the gods have blessed you - you're cranking out reply after reply, PARAGRAPHS of gold dripping from your fingertips, you can't fucking miss. and sometimes even writing a single sentence for a treasured mutual is TOO MUCH and you spend your 'writing time' alternating between staring at the blinking cursor on your screen and bashing your head into your keyboard wondering where the hell your talent went.

they're both FINE. they're both NORMAL. they're both OKAY.

no one is getting a PAYCHECK here, no reasonable person expects your creativity to adhere to a schedule. sometimes you have it and sometimes you don't. and sometimes you don't even know which it is because you just wanna be YOU today, enjoying your life instead of channeling other voices for a story.

PLEASE check in with your mutuals just to let them know where you're at from time to time, but that simple communication? is all that's required for holding up your end of a writing relationship.

so since i've been doing another lil reshuffle of my muses ( nothing major and nothing that will really affect any ongoing threads etc ), i just wanted to give a heads up that i tend to group my muses into three categories~

primary/active - these are muses who are listed on my pinned post that i am actively writing and always want to write/plot things with, so they can always be approached for memes and threads. if you see them listed on my pinned, i always want to write them even if i'm slow or they haven't popped up on the blog in a little while ! private - these aren't listed on my pinned post but are on my muse page under this section. these are muses i tend to write for specific people or dynamics and, outside of those, require more substantial plotting in order to kick them into gear. they can also be muses that i've written on and off for years so aren't as fresh or new to jump into as they used to be, so i tend to keep them around for more pre-established dynamics. i am open to writing these guys selectively, you just need to bear with me or come to me with a concrete idea or concept in mind ! bonus secret menu - these muses have pages but they're not listed officially anywhere, they only tend to exist for a specific person or people. if you see them pop up on my blog and you want to write with them, feel free to talk to me, but just be aware that these are super low priority muses that primarily exist for my friends whom i love !

I get there are horrible things going on in the world but I will not, (and never have) post anything OOC or real world politics on here. This is an escape for me.

The fact I keep getting random things in my inbox from people is weird and generally makes me think bot but in case they're not bots.

I never have (and never will) share posts where people are asking for money. I don't know if the ones that keep bobbing up in my inbox are bots. But just in case they're not. I will not do it and I will not share them to ramp up support or encourage other people to give money to individuals. Call me a dinosaur but it's ingrained in me as being basic internet safety.

I am here to write and to enjoy writing with the people who choose to write with me. I'm here to gush about fictional happenings, cry over beautiful characters and faces and play. The same way I'd be in Mario Kart to play and not worry about real world consequences.

This is a place where characters drink poison and don't die, a space of secret spy agencies with wild gadgets, a space where vampires exist, where gods come to life, where time is a wibbly wobbly thing.

I really, really want to add a few more muses from Empyrean series (Fourth Wing / Iron Flame) and whatnot.

Who are some characters that you want to see more of? What sort of characters do you want to write against? Who do you think I could actually pull off (hah!) in terms of writing them?

I didn't make this a poll because, I mean, I don't know WHO all I wanna give a shot at writing, you know? And polls require options to be put in, of course.

SO. i'm back (i always come back). i'm gonna treat this like a usual return and reply to some old things, BUT i will most likely be dropping a ton of threads depending on whether i still have muse for them. i also need to clear out my inbox because i look at the numbers in there and start sweatin kfjsdfkjs;;;
