Setting

Modern setting, and I'm open to original, canon an au universes.

Plot

I'm looking for something angsty and emotion-driven, but not dark. I prefer lighter settings, but I don't want constant fluff; there has to be some conflict. Obviously, with vampires, there will be some violence/gore. I want to explore my character's loneliness, insecurity, and all of the turmoil that can come with being a supernatural being. My goal is for this to end with a happy and healthy romantic relationship.

Anything additional will come from my partner's character and the setting. I do want to explore your character's problems, goals, and backstory as well. As for pairings, any gender is fine, and I'm open to vampirexhuman, vampire, hunter, other supernatural creature werewolf, witch, fairy, shapeshifter, merfolk, elf, gods/demigods, demon, etc.

G: "Thou's presence makes even the most mundane of tasks an enjoyable outing."

H: "See Astarion, he just wants to spend more time with you."

G: "Perhaps a compromise can be struck? Thou accompany thee to the market, gather the favored provisions, and we spend the remainder of the evening embraced while enjoying thy entertainment of the lowest caliber?"

A: "I accept thou's terms with one amendment" *holds a finger up* "a snack be provided."

G: "Agreed." *smile*

H: "...I would block period dramas from the TV if I knew how to do that."

A: "Thou would begin a fruitless endeavor as thee is well versed in the acts of piracy to indulge in thine entertainment."

Okey so why is there not more isekai fics about baldurs gate?? Imagine the foolery, the stupidness, THE COMEDY.

Imagine giving your phone to Astarion and because of whatever reason he can see himself and he just steals your phone to take pictures of himself. Little man is just amazed with it and looks at himself for HOURS.
