I had to oh-so-carefully fill out an “anonymous” survey about Dolores today for Human Resources. If I ever decide to try my hand at diffusing a bomb, this will be the experience from which I draw.

The light is off in both my fridge and my freezer. I *believe* I’ve heard and felt the fridge making noise since I noticed it, so I think it might just be the bulb or something and not that the fridge has died . . . but I’m keeping an eye on it.

The North Carolina Court of Appeals ruled in a 2-1 decision that over 60,000 votes cast in last year’s closely contested state Supreme Court race must be verified and recounted. The ruling comes after Republican candidate Jefferson Griffin, who lost the race, challenged the eligibility of tens of thousands of 2024 voters. It’s that time of year again
