I have opened a Chuffed campaign for Ahmed (@ilovelifetbh), who is the brother-in-law of Mahmoud Abu Hamam (@ma7moudgaza2; #149 on the vetted fundraiser spreadsheet). He isn't very experienced with social media, but he is trying everything he can to support his wife and two children and try to rebuild their home.
I have been in personal contact with Mahmoud for a long time; he is helping to support many of his family members, and has also helped me to distribute eSims in Gaza.
You can therefore be confident that this fundraiser was opened to benefit a real person who is really currently in Gaza, and that the money will actually get to them (@ma7moudgaza2, @moatazart, and @abualwanfamily can tell you that I have not stolen money from them).
Here is the fundraiser:
Thank you very much to everyone who shares and donates 🪻

guys i'm truly anxious about the election hysteria detracting from attention that should be going into fundraisers, so ahead of all the ruckus i genuinely think it's important to remember and that fundraisers remain paramount. platforming campaigns periodically is one of very few ways we can help and i'm worried many people will lose sight of that in the midst of the pointless discourse about the election. but it's literally all smoke and mirrors and none of it makes a tangible difference the way fundraising does

Help Sidra get milk and diapers 🍼🐣
Thank you to everyone who's donated to Lina's gofundme! Here is adorable little Sidra with the new clothes, diapers, and milk that you've helped her purchase.
Sidra is only 9 months old, but these are the skin infections she's suffering from. These diapers are absolutely necessary for her.
However, as we all know, milk and diapers are continuous expenses. Lina says that Sidra consumes a carton of milk every two days. One carton of milk is about 20 Euros. The diapers are 60 Euros. This isn't even including the bare minimum required for Lina herself, her husband, and their son Saif. How much money do you think they need to subsist each day? How much do you think they actually get in a day? There are days when they don't make enough to even buy one pack of diapers, let alone food.
Please, let's raise another 500 so that this family can continue to survive. With your help, Sidra can continue to get access to diapers and heal from these lesions.
You can see the good that your donations are doing. These are real human beings, real children, that you've helped. Please, continue to support this family.
✅ Lina's vetting information here.
📝 Previous campaign details and posts here.
☕ For those without 5€ to spare, you can support Lina's family for the price of a coffee on ko-fi (organized by @cygnettes).

Oday is 19 years old and is raising money to help his family of 8 people survive through the genocide.
Oday recently injured himself while clearing rubble from his friend’s street, it was cleaned, bandaged up, and by the next day he was back clearing the rubble… keeping his balance with a crutch. He deserves rest, but the conditions he lives in does not allow it.
I cannot imagine how exhausting and painful it must be to clear rubble while injured.
Please donate to Oday’s campaign if you are able to and boost if you cannot!
£901 raised of £15,000
Can we get to our first £1,000 by the end of this week?

i've recently noticed a pattern that i'm not sure that i like. we have hundreds of fundraisers circulating on this site. many of them go without donations for days/weeks. if any fundraiser receives donations, its because the posts stand out/ something very tragic has happened to someone in the family.
for example, the nineteen year old, Shaban Al-Dalou, who was burnt alive a few days ago had a fundraiser. the family only reached their goal after losing that poor boy. i cannot understand why couldn't we have helped him before? i dont know how the family will cope with his loss.
so ask yourself, is genocide not a simple enough reason to donate? or do you need the family to be hit with a tragedy to even consider donating? everyone, i mean EVERYONE in gaza has experienced unimaginable loss and pain and destruction. they've lost their homes, livlihood, friends and family.
humanity has existed for so long because we care. we love each other and are hurt to see others' suffering.
you don't have to wait for tragedy to strike someone to donate. they are going through starvation, forced displacement, and mass murder. please care about this.
do not decrease the meaning of the word genocide. it breaks my heart to see the suffering of the people of gaza at the hands of their colonizers.
I've just got one thing left to say, save my friend mahmoud and his family. they deserve to live just like everyone. help him secure a better future for his family.

DONATE HERE
Vetted by gaza-evacuation-funds #175
Amal al-ashour is a dear friend of mine and a woman who has a been trying and doing everything that she possibly can to take care of herself and her family and her baby girl Maryam she was very honest and upfront with me when we first talked back in September that the campaign goal need to be extended and she was worried about the money running out with inflation and severe lack of basic daily necessities in the gaza strip and the insane 25% rate on money withdrawal and last time any aids has entered south of Gaza was 20 days ago I'm really about my friend situation in this image is just what the price of three items and it's a crime that this will not able to feed one person let alone 20 people who are always under feed and under constant threats of bombs and deaths please don't forget about my dear friend and sister amal keep up your support and donation.

Early this year, I was wandering through Batroun on my trip to Lebanon, one I try to make whenever possible to visit one of my oldest friends. Being there, where life seemed relaxed on the surface, my mind couldn't help but drift south along the coastline, traveling over 300 km to occupied Palestine and the besieged Gaza. With every step under quiet skies, I thought about the different world that had been carved out for Gaza. And yet, they are in our world, the one we are responsible for making and changing.
Most of my conversations with friends were about people there and in the south of Lebanon. It felt odd enjoying a cup of tea in the untouched north.
This month, the north of Lebanon was attacked, and Batroun was attacked last week. I was lucky enough to be able to help people close to me.
For people in Gaza, there is no easy escape. This harsh reality is even more deeply felt in the northern neighbourhoods and camps, where people are burning alive in tents, and those that survive are bracing for a cold and wet winter.
Last November, my friend @freepaleatine95 Marah's brother was killed in northern Gaza. Beit Hanoun, the place of his martyrdom, is now under siege again.
Please help save the rest of Marah's remaining family. Please help me in getting them a new tent, for shelter from the harsh exposure of winter. Your donations will also help several families that she is helping. As of right now, she is at $33,206 out of a $50,000 goal. She's gaining traction and getting closer. Think about what you would do to save the rest of your family. Think about how hard it is to rely on the good will of a world that has shown such cruelty.
Proof of vetting here by @90-ghost. For every donation within the next 24 hours, I will help with $5 USD per donation. Even a small amount helps, but if you can't spare anything, please share!

Help Falstin's family survive and escape genocide in Gaza and win hand-made Palestinian thob!
What can you win?
A Palestinian thob made by Palestinian hands, tailored for you. Thobes are traditional dresses worn in Palestine and are embroidered with tatreez patterns of various colors (usually mainly red) on black cloth - you can see the example in the poster.
Who will you help?
24 people trapped in Gaza who desperately need funds for their survival and evacuation. Falastin's family already has a lot of martyrs and they were displaced more than 20 times leaving them with very little possessions. It has been extremely hard for them to meet their basic needs, and they need all the help they can get to purchase food, water and medicine (which are incredibly expensive as there is very little aid entering Gaza) as well as shelter, fuel and clothing as it's getting cold.
Gofundme donation link
PayPal donation link
Please fill out this form after donating: https://forms.gle/1JPkqoab55bxC3iS8
More detailed info under the cut:
We accept both PayPal and Gofundme donations: 50 USD for one PayPal entry; 500 SEK for one Gofundme entry (500 SEK is around 47 USD so it's a slight discount!)
Only donations done after the raffle start (October 19th, since making this post) will count for entries. Additionally, every three weeks starting from today, one winner will be chosen and all entries for that period will be reset. The winner will be given 48 hours to respond and if they do not then we will choose another one from that time period.
Dates for raffle resets:
1) 9th of November - first winner 2) 30th of November - second winner 3) 21st of December - third winner
The winner announcement will be done on those Saturdays at 15:00 (3 PM) GMT (that's 10 AM EST).
Right now we are a little over 12k USD (counting both PayPal and Gofundme) but most of it came in the last several weeks. So we aim to get another 12k USD/126k SEK (again both PayPal and Gofundme) by the end of the first raffle round.
You can enter as many times as you want and can stack entries over time (so one 2000 SEK donation will be 4 entries, or two donations 75 USD and 25 USD will count as 2 entries). Because there will be 3 rotations, if your donations fall short of the minimum donation in the first/second rounds, you can still qualify for the next until your total exceeds the entry cost. For example, if you donated 40 USD in the first rotation you will not enter the first raffle round but can still enter second one if you donate another 10 USD. Another example: if you donated 120 USD in the first time period you can donate another 30 in the next one for one entry. You can enter second or third time even if you won previously.
After you have made the donation(s) required for at least one entry you need to fill out the form: [link]. You will be asked to provide a proof of your donation, your email address (or discord handle) and (optionally) Tumblr/Instagram username. An email address or Discord is required for contact purposes, as there is a possibility that either me of Falastin could be restricted or suspended on Tumblr, but we will contact you on your preferred platform if we can.
One thob will roughly take 3 weeks to complete so please be patient - you will be contacted by your preferred method for any questions after you won and when the shipment starts.
Shipment is covered for Europe, but if you are living outside of that region you will need to cover the shipment cost yourself.
You also need to be comfortable with sharing following info with us privately if if you win the raffle:
address and name for the shipment;
your measures or general size (S, M, L, etc) for tailoring.
You can ask any questions me here on Tumblr or send an email to [email protected].
