maybe this is just me Being Old but i really, really hate that the “pay a subscription fee to access content” model is replacing the “pay once for content you’ll actually use” model and it makes me not want to support these companies out of Spite

I love the idea of kidLevi being all clinging and overprotective of kidErwin like Mikasa is with Eren, but I also love the idea of kidLevi hauling ass away from kidErwin because Erwin’s a freaking weirdo that won’t stop following him around trying to get him to be friends and join the boy scouts or something. Because Erwin KNOWS that if he had Levi on his team then they’d get ALL the badges, and Erwin wants every single badge because he’s a dork like that.

for me these are still the most painful levi panels because you can tell here that he never wanted to be strong just because he enjoys it or wants it, but he longs for connections like love,friends or family…. and thought if he can prove himself they’ll stay with him.

and at his young age he realized no matter how strong he gets he’ll never be able to stop them when they decide to leave him. ╥﹏╥

but it’s always amazing to me that despite that realization he never gave up on finding connections along the way and doing them out of his kindness and love for the bond they created.♥
