◭ Second Life [Kein] △

I was in a mood to compose a more dreary, melancholy piece. I accomplished this through the contrasty, dark hues presented in this render.

Kein is referred to as a Second Life cyborg. [Context: Second Life cyborgs are cyborgs revived from the dead (or people revived from the dead through being turned into a cyborg, which is Kein's case.] When making this render, I have the hands symbolize a second chance at having a better life. His being underwater represents the forcefulness of Kein's situation and that his life ended far too soon.

Much of Kein's story centers around this fact and serves as a hindrance because now he is known for his tragic past. His father made a scruff attempt to turn Kein into a cyborg, killing his son. Kein's body was rescued by the Iris lab and was quickly put into a recovery process.

Now, Kein strives to grow from being only known as a Second Life and into a status with a more positive connotation.
