Hey what if Emperor Belos discovers that Hunter has been hiding Little Rascal and puts a curse on him as punishment. And then Hunter runs away to the Owl House to keep Rascal safe and try to find a way to use wild magic to heal his curse.

This reminds me of the theory about Eda's curse might be personalised. Like, it's kinda ironic that a birdthemed family's youngest child gets an owl-kindofthing-curse.

Might be connectet to the palisman tho. But talking about Hunter getting cursed.... I can see it happen, but more likely for disobeying Belos. And we saw how the Emperor react to the smallest mistakes. (seriously, poor kid) Tho the disobey could be from protecting his little bird.

Belos might curse Hunter to "teach him a lesson", since it seems like Belos has some curse for himself, and that might teach Hunter the danger of wild magic. But if his friendship gets stronger w Luz he might run to the owl house for help. I already love the "Luz and Hunter are sibling, change my mind" mentality what's going on the fandom, so yeah, this might happen, I like your idea.

I hope you don't mind a fanart of the cursed Hunter

But I want to add this question. Can Hunter be cursed? If not, this applyes to Luz as well? Neither of them have magic, would curses effect them then?

Since owlbeast Luz is popular as well, and saw a few Hunter one too, so the question bugs me. Can someone w no magic be cursed w something that even effect them, since their magic is nonexisting? It wouldn't have much effect. I think

Buuuut. Is there a curse that can GIVE a non magical creature magical abilities? If yes, it might be the case w Belos.

Ok so my theory for The Owl House(one of them at least, but the easiest and quickest to write about now)

[Spoilers for season 2 episode 6]

Amity was not allowed to go to school not because of her hair or because of luz, but because it was Palisman Adoption Day and her parents may be against it since they are so aligned with the emperor's coven. Neither of them are shown to have palismen and since the emperor is against palismen and only uses them to strengthen himself, his followers might follow this notion of "palisman = bad/wrong magic", so they made sure Amity wouldn't get one. Edric and Emira weren't there either.

Most witches, especially younger adults don't seem to have a palisman since the trees are so guarded and this practice fell out of use, which is great for the emperor's plans. Since it's the first time the adoption thingy was done, maybe her parents were completely against it

Luz says in this episode that she'll help King find his dad, and she also said that she'll help the Bat Queen find her master if she ever wants to.

King's dad is clearly a giant, someone who towers over others. The Bat Queen's master is explicitly described as a "giant".

Both characters have been said to have been gone for a long time, so long that neither King nor the Bat Queen can remember them.

Do you see what I'm getting at?
