Hiya lovies! So as one probably noticed, I’ve barely had any time spent on here with Vlad, and it’s an absolute shame because he is my baby and I adore the shit outta him. I’ve been pouring most of my energy onto my other blog, my multi blog, and I felt it was time for a change.

To remedy this, I have decided to move Vlad to the multi blog, over here. For those who’d like to continue their interactions with him, head on over there and follow the page and we can pick up where we left off or start something new! 

This blog is going to be archived, because I love the aesthetic of it, and it holds what feels like eons of info on Vlad that I’ve posted up. † --- It was Vlad’s turn to be surprised as his lover pushed him down onto the bed, with Kili straddling his hips. Gods, he looked magnificent from where he lay. Vlad could stare up at Kili for hours and never tire of this position. 

“Is someone wishing to take charge?” Vlad rolled his hips upward, grinding up against Kili as hands trailed along the insides of his thighs. “What shall my general do with me?"

Reaching out one hand, he began to stroke Kili’s erection with smirk so devious it could cause a blush to anyone’s features. He sat up, now being eye level with Kili, and captured his lips in a heated, searing kiss. His hand tugged temptingly on Kili, squeezing down just enough to elicit wonderful sounds from him. As much as he loved the idea of Kili taking charge, the king couldn’t help his predatory tendencies.

“I’m not one to take orders too well from others.” He breathed against Kili’s mouth, pricking his lip with his fangs and lapping gently at the droplets of blood. “What could you possibly have me do?”

It was late when Kili was woken from a deep sleep, the moon still high in the night sky and offering a soft light to the dark room. His eyelashes slowly fluttered open with a sigh, gaze falling on the empty hearth across from his side of the bed. Usually he needed the extra warmth that the fire offered but on the unusually balmy night, he went without, choosing to sleep naked under the thin sheet.

An arm slipped around his waist and pulled him back until he was flush against the cool skin of the vampire’s chest, sending a welcomed shiver down his spine. His hips rolled back with a soft gasp to grind onto the hardened length pressing against him, lips curling into a smirk.

“Is something keeping you awake, Vlad?”

† --- “The infamous Rebekah admitting feelings? Has Hell frozen over and I didn’t get a memo?” His free hand lifted to rest on the blonde’s, giving it a squeeze of his own. Their chaste bantering was something the vampire looked forward to, more than he’d let on. 

“I’ve been alright, though. I just came back from a long business trip to Japan. Had dealings with a corporation that wanted to buy my company, but naturally I didn’t sell, no matter the millions they offered me. The great part of that trip though was being able to see the country, and I mean really see it. It’s marvelous, really. The old world mingling with the new...it’s breathtaking.” 

Reaching in his back pocket, he pulled out a silk fan with intricate flower stitching on it. “And I just happened to buy you a small gift from there.”

† — “I almost hate to admit it, but you’re right. I do. Living would be quite boring without you, you know.” A soft chuckle rumbled in his throat as she bumped him, only causing him to do the same to her in jest. “Yet alas, I did say as such. But merely because I haven’t seen you in so long. Not for any other reason. To be frank, I missed you.”

The two slowly strolled along outside in his gardens, taking in the beauty of the roses that grew there. “Only heavens know why, but here we are.”

Despite Rebekah’s best efforts to remain stern with him, a laugh escaped from her lips. “Almost hate to admit it,” She repeated, it wasn’t an entirely untrue statement, even her brothers would agree that Rebekah had a tendency of being a little much. “I’ve missed you too, everything is awfully dull when you’re not around.” Rebekah admitted, before giving Vlad’s arm another affectionate squeeze. 

Blue eyes turned away from Vlad only to focus on a red rose, her finger tips brushed lovingly against the petals. “Here we are,” Rebekah agreed, “How have you been? Any grand adventures since we’ve last parted ways?”

† --- The vampire let it all sink in for Kyle, giving him the space he needed to process the whole thing. Though his curiosity was something Vlad appreciated. It meant Kyle wasn’t entirely shunning him away and making a run for it. He wanted to know more, and that was a good sign so far.

“It’s been over five hundred years since that day. No matter how much time goes by, the ones you love and lose along the way, that pain will always remain. But so does your love for them, and that helps you move on.”

With a clear of his throat, Vlad sat back against the couch and eyed Kyle. “He is still out there, my superior. When I last saw him in that cave, he said he would call upon me one day and use me as his pawn in a deadly game against fate. I don’t know what he meant then, and it’s taken just about every ounce of my sanity trying to figure out what he did mean. I still don’t know. But I thank God that he hasn’t found me. Yet. As for other vampires though, yes, they are out there as well. We are a society, of sorts, and are quite underground. But we try to blend in as much as possible, as to not have attention drawn to us and risk our demise.”

Smirking, the vampire slowly stood and sauntered to the kitchen. “Come, I will answer every question of yours all night if you’d like. But I’m in need of a drink.” Looking back, his fangs flashed in the light. “And no, I don’t mean you, darling...”

Kyle sat there quietly, listening to every word that came out of Vlad’s mouth. It all sounded so surreal and unbelievable, that for a while, he wasn’t sure if he’d believe him. But then again, it all sounded too crazy not to be true. And when he said he was the Dracula, the Impaler, that was when he looked at him in disbelief. He wanted to interrupt him to ask him more about it, but decided to wait until he’d finish.

He leaned back on the couch, just trying to process all the information. Kyle was silent for a long time, even after Vlad had finished explaining it all. He ran a hand through his hair and sighed heavily. “Holy shit..” He managed to finally say. It was all he could say, at the moment. “I have.. so many questions.. And i don’t know where to start..”

Kyle stood up from the couch and walked over to the bar and poured himself a drink, downing it on one go, then poured another. With the glass in his hand, he sat back down on the couch. He took another sip and cleared his throat. “So.. You were a Prince? And.. All the legends, stories, myths of.. Dracula.. Are all about you? Like.. You’re really the Dracula?” Kyle asked. “That’s.. Wow..”

“What happened to the vampire who turned you?” Kyle asked curiously. “Are there.. Other vampires out there, like you? Someone you have turned?” Kyle really did have a lot of questions in his mind. “I’m sorry about your wife and son, though.. I can’t imagine the pain you must’ve felt.. Or feel now..”
