New in the Nintendo eShop This Week

NBA Playgrounds

     A fun play on arcade basketball games comparable to NBA Jam. Collect over 150 players from the NBA’s past and present, including LeBron James, Derrick Rose, and Steph Curry to form your duo for the 2-on-2 fast paced and cartoonish matches. Polygon recently confirmed there will be no microtransactions in the game. For only $20 for such a clean and fun looking game, it’s one I’ll definitely be picking up when in launches tomorrow on Tuesday, the 9th of May.

Minecraft: Switch Edition

A game that truly requires no explanation or introduction will be rolling into the eShop this Thursday on the 11th. The price has not been placed on the eShop at this point, however a seemingly dead link in a Google search (as of the time I’m writing this) seems to have the price of $29.99 listed in the snippet text.

Gang Beasts Developer ‘Boneloaf’ is considering a Nintendo Switch Port.

Many of you are probably unfamiliar with the Indie game Gang Beasts, the 2D multiplayer beat 'em up and I will leave a link to the trailer for you here.

Yesterday, the developers Boneloaf announced they were working on establishing contact with Nintendo in hopes of getting a Nintendo Switch Dev Kit to port their popular indie title.
