Hey! I'ce never been a fan of going to the gym or exercising at all, but i decided that it's time for me to do something about my body and loose the extra weight i've ways had, so las week i started swimming for an hour from 6:00 am to 7, even thought i really like water i suck at actually swimming, i lack technique, speed and resistance so i wanted to know if you had any tips for beginners or exercises to improve my current state? Thank you!

Hey! I have no idea when this was put in! I’m so sorry! To begin swimming even with lack of ability find a kick board and kick. Kicking is one of the most important things in swimming. Next slowly work on front crawl or freestyle. Finally build your endurance. Start out with and hour 1/2 kicking 1/2 swimming freestyle. Also it’s okay to take breaks!!!!! Don’t push your self too hard that you don’t want to wake up and do it the next day!! Hope this helps! If not direct message me and I can go into more detail!

blue whales are the largest animal ever recorded, like you literally need to be in a helicopter to actually see one in from a perspective with zero distortion. idk i just feel pretty lucky to be alive on earth at the same time as them and they don’t even want to kill me. they just wanna use their toothbrush mouthes to filter the ocean of smol ocean bugs. they have communities and they sing to each other to communicate. work is slow im sorry happy friday whales r so cool
