Hey guys!!! I’ve been thinking for a while about how cool it’d be to have a printed and bound version of TRFL… and tonight I actually started looking into it in earnest, looking up pricing and things. Long story short, it’s doable if there’s enough interest that I could order in bulk!

For Americans confused about Australian politics:

Liberal = right wing

Coalition = Nationals + Liberals joining together to form government as Liberals have only ever been popular enough to do that a couple of times in Australian history so if you hear Coalition, Nationals, Liberals, LNP, they’re technically different ways of saying “right wing”

One Nation = far right wing nationalists

Labor is the other major party

Our terms for Prime Ministers are 3 years but even that is considered “too long” by today’s standards so the party replaces them with someone still capable of smiling on TV until they’re no longer fresh and then we replace them again. 

Voting is mandatory regardless of who the PM is this week
