a single instance would be referred to as a cherub, a seraph, a nephil, et cetera

these words originated from hebrew, and in hebrew -im and -ot are our plural endings. so if you say, like, nephilim in order to refer to a single nephil, it’s like you’re saying “look, a dogs!” it just doesn’t match up and you look really silly

The sprites look so cute (I always had a feeling Grumpy was the shortest of the 5 tbh)

So one of my Discord friends linked me to a site that had old Care Bear flash games, one that was on there was Follow Funshine. And me being a Funshine fanatic I obviously had to replay it again. I forgot the graphics were done in a SNES/Genesis style, so I decided to rip the graphics from it. It being a flash game it wasn’t easy as it required a tool and a lot of steps. But here are the sprites for the 5 main bears from Adventures In Care-A-Lot, Funshine, Oopsy, Share, Cheer and Grumpy along with the font from the game. I’m in the process of ripping the rest of the assets.

Note: I did some corrections on the graphics, and had to make some letters for the font since not all the letters were used. And Funshine doesn’t have idle graphics, I’ll be making those too but I’m gonna have to figure out perspective stuff.

Is it just me or is adventures in care a lot really underrated? I mean dont get me wrong its not as good as the ones from the 80s that we all know and love. But it certainly has merits of its own. And oopsy is absolutely adorable and that alone makes it worth it. But im sure we can all agree that that its better than welcome to care o lot and care bears and cousins although thats not really saying much lol

I’d probably meet up with pretty much all of the AiCaL main character’s voice actors. I don’t think I’d ask for any lines, I’d just want to get to know them.

If one could meet up with any of the Care Bear voice actors wether it be from the 80’s or now, what would you ask or pay them to say as what Care Bear or Character?
