I set up a hair appointment on Thursday. The last step in my personal transformation will be complete. I’m currently 1.4 lbs away from my weight goal of 200 lbs. I will have lost over 130 lbs. It’s been quite the journey. From weight and appearance to getting healthier than I’ve been scone my 30’s. Add in personal growth and finding a special someone to share it all with. The State Theater Auditorium was dedicated to me recently in at an event. I got to pick the movie that played after the dedication and I chose Plant of the Apes with Charleton Heston. I hit a milestone today. My weight this morning was 216 lbs. that’s only 14lbs from my goal of 200lbs. It’s less than 30 from my doctors goal of 185lbs. My Doctor visit went well on Monday. He took me off all my meds. My numbers are at normal. I also dropped pants size. I’m now at size 33. I feel great. I will hit my goals well before the year is out. I’ve lost around 150lbs so far. If you set a goal and stick to it you can accomplish anything. It may take awhile but hang on there it’s worth it. (at Lost or Forgotten Photography)
