Silly TDP Headcanon #9

King Ezran and King Azymondias are …strange, to say the least. Their bond is incredibly strong, as if they were brothers by birth. It changes them.

Azymondias is not all dragon. The common tongue of humans and elves comes faster and more naturally to him than it ever has for any of his kind. Sometimes he forgets, even as he grows, that he’s not human size. Even when he can no longer squeeze through doors; even when he tries to sleep at the foot of Ezran’s bed and it has to be replaced. He still insists, even as king, on going by his human-given name “Zym.” Sometimes he sees through the eyes of a human.

Ezran is not all human. He’s never been, really, but this is different. His sense of smell is heightened, and sometimes can’t always explain what he’s feeling but that “the scent is wrong.” Sometimes members of his guard have seen him bare his teeth in frustration. Before he speaks to his council, he speaks to Zym. Sometimes he sees through the eyes of a dragon.

Some people whisper. Of course the two kings notice, but they don’t care.

im so completely un-normal about psych. i have every episode memorized and can tell you what happens, i have watched the whole show 4 times over, i heard one little noise and immediately knew my dad was rewatching it, i love psych, i could play most of that show in my head. it is the best thing ever
