Oh boy our boi Vernon’s gonna become a dad

You and your husband Vernon were pretty shook when you both found out you were expecting

But it wasn’t a bad shook oh no of course not

It was a super happy shook

Like vernon’s eyes widened but he had the biggest grin plastered on his handsome face

“OMG Y/N I’M GONNA BE A DAD!!!”

“Yes honey you will be a dad” you said as you playfully rolled your eyes lol

Vernon was super enthusiastic so as soon as he finished calling his family and seventeen to deliver the news he wanted to start on the nursery

You and Vernon agreed on painting the nursery a pastel baby yellow color since it was gender neutral since you didn’t know the baby’s gender yet plus it was a nice color

Soon you found out you’d be having a daughter!

And boy was hansol enthusiastic

“I’M GONNA HAVE A LITTLE GIRL!!”

You could tell he might end up spoiling her

Sigh

But aren’t dads supposed to spoil their little girls?

You’re due date was approaching very quickly

You were basically 8 ½ months long when Vernon FINALLY decided to start constructing the crib

And boy was he struggling

You chuckled and walked (waddled) to the nursery

And there you saw a collapsed crip with a defeated Hansol next to it

“Do you need help lol?” you asked.

“YES but no i don’t want you to wear yourself out” said Vernon

Aww he’s so sweet

“Don’t worry Y/n i’ll finish this soon”

15 minutes later you heard the same hushed “oh shit” followed by a crashing noise

Eventually he ended up calling Seungkwan to help

Seungkwan was probably the most excited out of seventeen for your new bundle of joy

As soon as Vernon told him the news he literally SCREAMED

Like the other members almost went deaf

Seungkwan even teared up a little since he was sooo happy

So anyway Boo was now at your house and was super happy cause the one and only uncle boo will have credit for helping make the crib

He asked questions like if you and vernon were ready or not and stuff

“Hell no!” laughed Vernon

This boi was pretty nervous as your due date approached

But you assured him he’ll be a good father

He still doubted himself tho :\

After like two hours of more hushed “oh shits” and sassy outbursts at the “problematic crib” the crib was finally built

“Y/N THE CRIB IS DONE!” yelled Vernon

“Yeah after like two million years ughh” whined Seungkwan

You only chuckled tho at the two bffs

Once Seungkwan left hansol became all serious

You were like what’s up?

“I couldn’t even build a crib how will I be a good father!!” asked Vernon sadly

“Hansol just because you can’t build a crib doesn’t mean you’ll be a bad father! you‘ll be the most caring and loving dad i know it.”

“You really think so?” he asked

“Of course”

“Thanksss” he said as he rested his head on your shoulder and wrapped his arms around you

He was being a lil softie

Anyway your due date came along

Both of you were super nervous but excited too

And all that nervousness and excitement for nothing

You never went into labor!

“SHES LATE” you whined overdramatically

“MY GOD BABY GIRL YOU HAD US WAITING FOR NOTHIN” whined Vernon

“We might as well go to bed” you told your hubby

“Yeah i guess so” he said as he climbed into bed

As soon as you were about to get into bed you felt your water break

ARE YOU SERIOUS

RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BED (SALAD)

“Oh mah gawd MY WATER BROKE!” you screamed

“AHHH” screamed Vernon

“Uhhh HOSPITAL?? NOW??” you yelled. You didnt mean to sound harsh tho but you were quite in labor and in need of a hospital so

Vernon scrambled to help you into the car and made sure to drive carefully to the hospital

As you were driving you remembered the hospital bad

“Hansol… you packed the hospital bag right?”

“I THINK”

Ok this boi seemed more nervous than you the hospital bag can wait

Anyways

You make it to the hospital and the pain has gotten wayyyy worse

But despite all your screaming

And death grip on vernon

He still stayed with you for 9 fucking hours of labor

As soon as you heard your baby girl cry you saw Vernon’s face relax

And you of course cried at the sound of your baby

Vernon’s eyes were filled with wonder though as he saw and heard her daughter take her first breathes

He then looked over at you overwhelmed

All he could do was mouth ‘thank you’

And then tears flooded out from his eyes as he broke out into a smile as the doctor came forward to hand you your daughter

My god was she perfect

She had your hair color and eyes

She had hansol’s nose, smile, and eyebrows

She was so cute omg

You stared at her for a while and remembered vernon probably wanted to meet his daughter too

So you carefully handed her over to him

The same guy who thought he’d be a bad father remembered to carefully hold up her head and cradled her ever so gently

You’d say he’s got this fatherhood thing all right so far.

And omg vernon was so cute with her

Like he started a whole fucking conversation with her omg

“Hi baby girl! I’m your daddy and that’s your mommy! We’re at this place called the hospital…” and so on

All while more tears streamed down his face

And when she gripped his finger with her tiny hand

It was so precious but kind of hilarious

He made this sob-like kind of noise? It was hard to describe tbh but you giggled

You two were still not quite sure what to name her

Vernon suggested that her middle name could be his mother’s name (cause you know how much he loves his mom it’s so precious)

Btw his mom’s name is Melody

And you agreed with that idea she was a nice lady and obviously Vernon loves her a lot and Melody is a nice name

“Since i picked out her middle name you can choose her first name” said Vernon with a sincere smile as he pat your little baby’s head

That was so sweet omg

You decided to name your daughter D/n because (insert reasoning)

Soon Vernon’s family arrived and were thrilled to meet D/n

His mom really liked her middle name too haha

Your family came as well

Then of course Seventeen came to visit as well!

Seungkwan in particular, however, came in BAWLING

“SHE’S SO PRECIOUS!” he whisper yelled

All of seventeen wished you both congratulations

They were so sweet and already loved D/n

The8, being the artsy photographer he is, offered to take a family photo for you two

And of course you two said yes

And my god that was such a sweet photo

The members who were already parents were like “welcome to the club bro” to vernon

He was officially part of the parent line!

Anyway you two finally got to take D/n home

You “Checked In” to the home together as a family for the first time

“I check innnnn, Chwe house” sang Vernon oh god

You just rolled your eyes playfully at him he was so goofy

It was late like past dinner time and you and Vernon already ate that hospital food which you were tired of

D/n on the other hand was wide awake

You were surprised tho you thought she would be asleep by then but nope

So you and hansol decided to give D/n a tour of the house

Vernon pretended to be the tour guide while you held D/n and followed him

“And over here is the toilet, which you’ll have to learn to use someday” said Vernon

“And finally this is your place D/n” he said motioning toward the yellow nursery

D/n was obviously too young to process all of this so she just kind of stared and squirmed

You noticed Vernon kept staring at his daughter in adoration

“Hansol?”

“Yeah” he didn’t take his eyes off her

“Wanna hold her?” you asked extending your arms toward him

“YES i mean yeah sure!”

He held her carefully and just couldn’t stop smiling omg

D/n let out a tiny yawn so you instructed Vernon to carefully place her in the crib he spent so much time working on

“But i don’t ever wanna let go of her!” whispered Hansol

I mean who could blame him

D/n was such a cute baby

But cute babies need sleep

After explaining that to him he reluctantly placed her in the crib and she fell fast asleep

You both proud parents awwed at your beautiful daughter

“C’mon Hansol lets go to bed”

You two went to sleep

Compared to other babies D/n wasn’t that bad

She only cried like twice during the night

And that was usually for feedings or diaper changes

And you and Hansol bolted out of bed to see what was wrong

You two decided that you would be in charge of feedings and Vernon would be on diaper duty

Within the first week D/n went through so many diapers and bottles omg

Also within that first week you and Hansol were so tired

It was hard raising a newborn and being first time parents

But you two worked really well with one another

When hansol had to go back to work he made sure to ask the ceo if he could leave a little earlier to check up on you and D/n

Ceo said yes thankfully!!

So when hansol would come home early you’d get an opportunity to shower and catch up on sleep while he watched D/n

“Y/n! I’m back!” he’d yell enthusiastically

You were on the couch feeding D/n who ate a lot

“Hi Hansol!” you smiled tiredly

“Lemme take over from here” he said as you passed D/n and her bottle to him

“Thank you so much honey” you smiled and kissed his cheek

“No problem!” he grinned and continued to feed D/n

You went to go shower quickly since its hard to shower when you have a newborn

Meanwhile Vernon decided to talk to his daughter

“So D/n, guess what happened at work today?”

D/n just stared at him with curious eyes

“Uncle Boo thought he could rap my super quick verse in our newest song, but he failed SO BADLY hahahaha”

He just kind of went on talking to her like she was any other person

Even tho she couldn’t understand what he was saying since she was just a week old

“Also D/n, if you have a favorite parent by now, i hope it’s your mom, because she does sooo much here for us”

By this time you had heard what he just said since you just finished showering

“She would be going to work too like me, but she’s staying home to take care of you cause she loves you so much! So don’t give her too much trouble, ok?”

You felt your heart melt omg

Because

AWW HANSOL WAS SO SWEET

And hormones too oh god

You cried a lil but you won’t admit it

So you went to bed in peace and made sure to thank your wonderful husband for his kind words

Happy belated birthday Joshua! I thought you guys could use some fluff so here lol (under “keep reading” since its soo long!)

Oh gosh this boi

So you and your husband Joshua were so happy when you found out you were expecting your first child

The both of you couldn’t wait for you little bundle of joy to arrive

It felt like you two were waiting for years when in reality it was just a few months

In the meantime you and josh decorated a nursery, had a baby shower, and read countless parenting books since you two are nerds

Finally you’re due date came!

“Omg Josh the baby should be here today!!!” you said.

“I really hope so!” said Joshua wrapping a comforting arm around you and your cute lil (big) bump

Since it was your due date Josh took some time off work to be with you every step of the way when the baby came

24 hours of waiting passed. Still no baby

“Joshhh” you whined.

“Hmm?”

“Your child is late.”

“She just wants to spend more time in the womb”

*eyeroll from you*

“Maybe she’ll just come tomorrow?” asked Josh

“I feel like she’s gonna take her sweet time” you said.

“Nah she’ll be here tomorrow I know it,” laughed Joshua.

“Bet.” you bet

“Fine if she comes tomorrow loser has to give the winner a whole day off by the time we  become one of those super exhausted parents” smirked Josh.

“Deal” you said as you shook hands with your man

Another day passes. No baby!

“HA I WON THE BET!” you say as soon as 11:59 pm passes

Josh made that face. You know that offended looking face he makes when he’s angry

Another day passes

5 freaking days passed and STILL NO BABY

You were anxiously walking around and moving in hopes of inducing labor

Joshua was just sitting on the couch

This cutie had the most worried look on his face

Aww he was so concerned for you and your little girl

“Go on” Joshua said with a lil chuckle

“WHY ISN’T THE BABY HERE-”

Oh shit

As you were screaming you felt your water break

WAS SCREAMING ALL IT TOOK TO GET THIS BABY OUT OF YOU LIKE WTF

“AH JOSH SHE’S COMING!!!”

“WHAT!!”

“MY WATER JUST BROKE!!”

Instantly Joshua became calm but he was probably freaking out in his head

“Ok let’s go to the hospital” he said so calmly

You guys make it to the hospital

And omg you are in PAIN

Like holy shit

It hurt A LOT

But this gentleman…

He held onto your hand the whole time

Even tho you were squeezing his so hard you felt you might break it

Several hours later you two finally hear the long awaited cry of your daughter

It was the most beautiful sound you heard

You were so exhausted tho

But Joshua

As soon as he heard her cry

Tears just poured right out of his eyes

And his smile…

You could literally feel the emotion he was radiating

“Thank you so, so, so, much Y/n” he said as he held your hand with both of his and gave you a lil kiss on the cheek

Seeing his beautiful exhausted crying face made you even more emotional omg

All you could do was cry

Soon the doctor came back and handed you your little girl

She was so precious!!!

She had Josh’s hair and eyes but your smile

Ultimately a beautiful blend of you and Josh

And SHE WAS ADORABLE

After a precious moment of you meeting her for the first time you handed her to Joshua carefully

He held her cautiously but with ease

More tears just poured out of his smiling eyes

It was soo cute and precious omg

He was talking to her and saying stuff like “I’m your daddy!” and “I love you so much!”

You two eventually agreed to name her d/n

Of course you two allowed both of your parents to meet their granddaughter

And then of course Seventeen came to visit!

They freaked out over d/n’s adorableness and all congratulated you and josh

Oh i forgot to mention LOTS of pictures were taken

So you could visually remember this beautiful moment

Eventually you two were allowed to take d/n home!

As soon as you came home, Joshua opened the door for you and d/n

You eventually placed your daughter into her crib that took Joshua forever to build

The both of you lovingly watched your daughter squirm around in the crib that seemed so big compared to her tiny self

You two arrived home kind of late so you and Josh ate some ramen since there wasn’t really anything good to eat lol

“I still can’t believe she’s already here” smiled Josh and he slurped his ramen

“I know! Is it bad that I miss her already?” you asked

“I miss her too!” laughed Josh

Almost immediately after Joshua said that you two heard d/n crying!

And like any new parents you and josh bolted out of your seats to see what was wrong

“Aww what’s wrong D/n?” asked Josh as he picked her up carefully

“Is she hungry?” you asked somewhat frantically being a new mom and all

“I don’t know?” boi josh was confused like he read this in the parenting book but forgot how to check if his baby is hungry or not

But you aka the smart mom of course remembered

“See if she tries chewing your finger”

Josh cutely used his lil pinky finger and d/n tried eating it lol

“Oh she is!” exclaimed Josh as his eyes widened

“Yahh give her to me” you said extending your arms

Josh was lowkey sad to give her to you but he knew his baby girl needed food

Being the gentleman he is Josh stepped out of the room while you breastfeed d/n

He knew that was more of a mother to child bond

He won’t admit it tho he’s kind of awkward too lol

After d/n is full and sleeping again you go back to the kitchen to finish your now cold ramen

Sigh

Josh was obviously finished and just scrolling through his phone when he saw you

“Hi Y/n, is she sleeping right now?”

“Yup, and now im hungry”

“Oh let me warm that up for you!” he said as he took your bowl of ramen and microwaved it for you

God this boy he’s so sweet

Now your first actual night with D/n…

You two didn’t expect it to be THAT hard

She woke up crying like every two hours

And you and Josh would run to her room to see what was wrong

It was always the usual

Diaper change or feeding

By morning you and Josh were EXHAUSTED

“Is parenting this exhausting?” you asked struggling to keep awake as you rocked D/n

“I guess so” said Josh as he was gonna throw away the contents of the diaper filled waste bin

This same cycle repeated itself about two weeks

Josh had to go back to work during this time

Whenever he would arrive to work with dark circles under his eyes the members of seventeen who weren’t parents yet laughed at him (rood)

While the other parent members were sympathetic

“It’s okay Joshua it’ll get easier really quickly” smiled Seungcheol

While at work Joshua felt himself miss you and D/n so so much

He couldn’t wait to come back home

When he came back home he would be surprised to find you keeping the household under control with a new baby

You managed to cook dinner and set D/n down for a nap and clean up her room too

Josh only smiled and said “You know Y/n, you’re amazing”

Your sleep deprived self was too tired to process his words so all you replied with was “Same”

Good enough answer for Joshua

“Go get some rest Y/n I can handle it from here,” said Josh putting his hand on your shoulder to wake you up a lil so you could hear him

At this point you were so tired and you trusted him with the baby so you just hugged him and went to bed

Josh ate his dinner which tasted really good thanks to your skillz

Then he went straight to D/n’s room to see her

He hadn’t seen her all day

He was surprised to see her awake in her crib not crying at all

She was just chillin

“Hi D/n! Why are you awake?” he chuckled looking at his baby

D/n made some incoherent babbling and grabbed Josh’s finger as he extended it to her knowing she would always hold on to it

Joshua felt his heart melt for the 23984850253 this time this week

“Aww D/n, you must have missed me!” he gushed

D/n just stared up at her father

And josh kept talking nonstop

About random stuff that happened at work

Or telling D/n how much he loved her

And other cute stuff

“Now D/n, try to be good when daddy is at work okay? Mommy does a lot around here and you tire her out!” he laughed

Little did he know that his constant blabbering woke you up

And you heard everything

Aww josh!!

Josh talked to D/n by the time she fell asleep (probably out of boredom from Josh)

And by that time it was already dark and time for bed

So he tiptoed into your shared bed and carefully got under the covers trying not to wake you

He failed lol

“Sorry Y/n!”

“It’s fine, thank you for watching D/n right after you came from work,” you said as you wrapped your arms around him

“No problem! Also do you want me to give you the day off tomorrow since its the weekend?”

“Why?” you asked. You had forgotten about that bet

“You know that bet we made before D/n was born? Winner gets the day off while loser watched D/n?”

Oh that one

You kind of felt guilty tho since watching a baby for the whole day as a new parent was so hard

“Listen josh you don’t have to-”

“I want to! Let me experience what you pretty much have done mostly by yourself since D/n was born. It’s only fair”

God he was too sweet

You sighed

“Ok but if you need help you’re more than welcome to ask me”

“Of course! Try to relax tho and catch up on sleep.”

“Thank you Joshua. I love you” you said cuddling closer to him

D/n’s loud cry interrupted your sweet moment

(sorry this took so long anon! I had to wait until testing was over so I could do this over break! hope you enjoy!)

You were having a really unfortunate day. You felt like you absolutely failed the test in (your worst subject) that you had spent so long studying for. To make it worse, it was a Friday, and usually you would hang out with your boyfriend after school. Though you loved your boyfriend, you were feeling really upset when he arrived to your place; you didn’t want him to see you like this. He came in with a great mood. He was really happy to spend time with you after an endless week and you didn’t blame him. You would’ve acted the same if it wasn’t for that stupid test.

“God this week was so long,” he said as he sat down on the couch next to you.

“Yeah it was,” you said with a sarcastic tone that almost sounded angry at the same time.

He didn’t seem to notice and continued, “Yeah I’m glad it’s over, finally I get to hang out with you!”

“Cool,” you shrugged him off. You didn’t mean to come across as rude but you were not really feeling it at all.

“Uh, yeah,” he uttered kind of awkwardly. Noticing your frame even refusing to look at him, he sensed something was off. “Hey, (Y/n)?”

“What?” you muttered trying not to face him as you felt tears welling up in your eyes as you remembered the test again.

“Is something the matter? You can always tell me-” he was cut off when you abruptly stood up and rushed to the bathroom. “(Y/n)!” he called as he heard the bathroom door being shut.

Seungcheol, Wonwoo, Mingyu, Vernon, Chan:

As soon as you shut the bathroom door with a bang (Bf/n) knew something was wrong. You normally don’t storm off like that. He sat on the couch for a moment and sighed. Were you mad at him?

“Did I accidentally say something stupid? God I’m an idiot,” he thought before standing up and walking to the bathroom door.

(Bf/n) was about to knock but stopped when he heard your silent crying. He felt his heart break when he heard you trying so hard to conceal your tears. He really hoped you weren’t crying because of him.

“(Y/n)?” he asked calmly, “Are you okay?”

The crying on the other side of the door abruptly stopped at the sound of (Bf/n)’s voice, “Yeah I’m fine.”

(Bf/n) knew that was clearly a lie. He didn’t like that you were trying to avoid him because as your boyfriend it is his job to take care of you. “If you’re fine will you tell me what happened earlier?” he asked.

“Nothing,” you murmured.

“(Y/n) please tell me! Did I do anything wrong?” pleaded (Bf/n).

The fact that (Bf/n) thought he was the reason for your anger and sadness broke your heart. (Bf/n) is perfect in your eyes and he has never wronged you in any way. You felt guilty and couldn’t help but cry more. You felt absolutely weak. First you failed your important test and second your boyfriend misunderstood you and blamed himself.

Upon hearing more sobs come from you, (Bf/n) decided to take matters into his own hands.

“(Y/n), I’m coming in,” he said. Before you had a chance to react, he barged in somehow and found you sitting on the floor drowning in your own tears. This sight broke (Bf/n)’s heart once again and before he knew it he was hugging you tightly in his arms.

“(Y/n), please tell me what’s the matter. I can’t stand seeing you like this,” he pleaded once more. Actually seeing the worry in his eyes face to face caused you to sob more.

After what seemed like years you finally found the courage to admit to him what made you so angry and sad at the same time. You explained to him how hard you studied for this test and how much time you put in only to end up in failure. After hearing your story, (Bf/n) uttered words you would never forget and always recall whenever you felt like this.

“(Y/n), we all have our ups and downs, We have to struggle in order to succeed. There will be difficult days, but you gotta do your best. Also next time you feel like this, please don’t run to the bathroom. I’m always here for you okay? You’ll never be alone I’m in this with you,” he said as he smiled and hugged you once again. He knew how to make you feel better and you loved him for that.

Soonyoung, Seokmin, Seungkwan, Minghao, Joshua:

(Bf/n) immediately chased after you. You sounded so distraught and so un-(Y/n), so something had to be wrong. You entered the bathroom quickly enough to lock the door after you and immediately the tears poured out. (Bf/n) was about to call your name again until he heard your sobbing from the other side of the door. He froze at the sound of you fighting to keep your sobbing quiet. It sounded like you were releasing emotions that have been concealed for so long. (Bf/n) felt his heart break into a million pieces hearing your pain. The only thing he wanted to know was the reason behind your sadness.

“(Y/n)?” he began, “Are you alright?”

As soon as you heard his voice, you tried to stop the tears. “Yeah it’s fine,” you lied badly.

“Whatever it is that’s making you so upset, you can tell me about it,” he said hoping you’ll open up.

You still felt uncomfortable about telling him that you made such a fuss over a test so you decided not to reply to (Bf/n). A moment of silence passed when (Bf/n) spoke up.

“(Y/n), please come out. I’m always here for you,” he said.

From the other end of the door, (Bf/n) sounded like he was going to cry because of your sadness. You didn’t want him to feel this way either so you decided to open the door. (Bf/n)’s sad expression turned into one of relief when you stepped out and he immediately engulfed you into a hug. You don’t understand why, but his simple embrace was enough to make you start bawling again, yet this time your emotions were a mixture of relief and familiarity taking you away from your stress.

“It’s okay, (Y/n). Let it out,” he said as he rubbed your back and held you a little closer.

Once you felt like you let out all of your emotions, you looked up at (Bf/n). “Thank you,” you said softly, “I was only upset because I think I failed that huge test in (worst subject).”

(Bf/n)’s eyes softened, “That’s what all the fuss was about?” he joked, “(Y/n) you’re one of the smartest people I know! I’m sure you did well. Believe in yourself as much as I believe in you!”

God no words could describe how much you love (Bf/n) right now. He instantly made you feel better with his sincere kindness.

Jeonghan, Jun, Woozi:

(Bf/n) was instantly taken aback at your sudden move. He has never seen you storm off ever. He paused in confusion and surprise as he took a moment to process what had just happened. The sound of quiet sobbing however snapped him out of his thoughts. Hearing your crying led him to the bathroom door where he felt his heart shatter at your choked sobs.

“(Y/n)? Are you okay?” he asked softly.

You felt yourself jump when you heard his voice. He obviously seemed worried about you though, but you were too much of a sobbing mess to even coherently speak.

“Listen (Y/n), please say something. Something is obviously not right and I want to help you,” he said calmly with a tone of sadness.  

It took you a couple of breaths to calm yourself down to the point where you could actually speak without sounding like a blubbering mess. Finally you said, “I’m okay,” which was clearly a lie.

“No you aren’t okay. Please open the door I don’t want you to suffer alone,” he pleaded.

You didn’t want to deal with (Bf/n)’s constant pleading so you decided to just open up the door. But at the same time you wanted his comforting embrace so badly. As you opened the door (Bf/n) immediately captured you in an embrace you needed so badly. You continued sobbing against his chest as he held you close. After what felt like hours your sobbing finally stopped as you felt fatigue overcome you. (Bf/n) felt so bad seeing you exhaust yourself from crying so much. He just had to know what was wrong to help prevent something like this again. In order to do so, he would have to talk to you about your problems.

“(Y/n), go to sleep, you’ve had a long day,” he said quietly as he wiped some of the last tears that escaped your eyes. You only nodded and held his hand like a child as he lead you to your bedroom. He even tucked you in and placed a sweet kiss to your forehead. As he was about to leave you grabbed his wrist, “Please stay a bit.”

He nodded and sat at the edge of your bed. Getting a better look at his face he clearly looked stressed out from worrying about you. You felt kind of bad that he was worrying so much but felt blessed at the same time that he cares so much about your wellbeing.

“(Bf/n), I was just upset over that stupid (worst subject) test I had earlier today. I’m pretty sure I failed it even though I studied for it for so long,” you admitted.

(Bf/n)’s faced kind of had that “ahh” look of realization as he finally figured out what was bothering you. He spoke up and said, “(Y/n), next time you feel this way, please don’t be afraid to tell me. You’re really smart (Y/n) and one bad test grade shouldn’t hurt you so badly. If it stresses you out this much, I’ll be there to help you get through it, I promise.”

With that, you felt better and more reassured than ever this past week knowing how kind your boyfriend is and how you can always rely on him.

you two roast each other all the time but that’s how you show your love to one another

one day you were bored and felt like shopping so you decided to drag his ass with you to the mall

He did ask a few simple questions about it however, but he was very polite and genuinely interested in learning more about your faith. If you were uncomfortable with showing him your hair early on he would be respectful and understanding. Sometimes he would notice if you styled it differently and call you cute aww

Jeonghan: Jeonghan thinks you’re so adorable in your hijab! We all know this man is all about hair but he really is fascinated by your hijab. On days when you alternated the colors of your hijab, Jeonghan would joke about how much easier changing the color of your hijab is than dying his hair every month. He’s pretty curious about the hijab for the most part. He’s smart so he’d already know why you chose to wear it but he also asks if its comfortable or the many ways you could style it, the basic questions. He once asked if he could be a hijabi too lmaooo so you explained how hijab works for both men and women in your religion and he was like ohhhh! 

Joshua: Seeing as he comes from Los Angeles, one of the most diverse cities in the United States, Joshua would already be familiar with the hijab. And he seems pretty open minded too, so he would be fine with you wearing hijab. Even though he is Christian and you are muslim, he still understands that both religions emphasize modesty and he is glad to see you so devoted to your beliefs. For your birthday he bought you a bunch of seventeen merchandise along with your favorite color hijab! He’s so sweet!

Jun: Mr. Handsome here thinks he’s found his Mrs. Beautiful just by being with you. It really doesn’t matter to him whether or not you wear a hijab, he respects your choice. All he sees is you (next to him in a really nice selfie). Sometimes he’d get shy as ask if you could match your hijab with his clothes so you could lowkey wear somewhat matching couple outfits. And his selfies are 2394% better with you in it. 

Hoshi: This squish is so enthusiastic and mesmerized by your hijab! He thinks its super cute and makes you look so much more adorable than you already are. He’d ask questions like how many do you own or is it hard to put on. He’d be so cool with it that you aren’t scared at all to ask him if he is okay with you wearing your hijab because his face tells he loves you and doesn’t mind if you wear it or not. An orange hijab you once wore sort of kind of inspired him to dye his hair orange a few months ago lol

Wonwoo: Wonwoo sees no problem with you wearing the hijab. He knows that it is a woman’s choice whether or not to wear it. But he really doesn’t care much about the fact you wear a hijab. He focuses on the fact that you are an amazing person that he is happy to spend time with. Sometimes he’d randomly say stuff like “your hijab looks pretty today” or some shit like that lol. But you love him for it

Woozi: Understands why you wear it and doesn’t even question it. Jihoon is an intellectual and he respects your lifestyle and supports you. Once you wore a rose quartz and serenity colored hijab to a seventeen concert along with your fav seventeen t shirt with Jihoon’s name on the back, his heart melted and you saw and gushed. You asked him about it and he got all flustered aww. Sometimes he asks if its hard as a hijabi and you explain how you are proud of and stand for you beliefs as his eyes sparkled at your passion.

DK: Sunshine here finds you very pretty in your hijab! He’s pretty curious too, so he asks you some of those basic questions about why you wear it and stuff. He didn’t come across as rude or anything and he found it fascinating. He told you he likes the meaning behind it and how it suits you! He also likes how they come in every color and when he saw your collection he was like “whoahh you should wear the rose quartz one next!” and it was so cute seeing him being so enthusiastic and supporting of you decision to wear the hijab.

Mingyu: He smiles whenever he sees you, but you notice he smiles a little wider when your hijab is his favorite color or something like that. But nonetheless he doesn’t seem to mind that you wear the hijab. He still loves you no matter what. For your birthday, he cooked you a dinner and got you a Bongbong that wore a mini hijab! “This is (Y/n)-bong, Kim Bongbong’s most cherished bong!” The gift was so thoughtful and you loved how he represented you and cared to give you such a precious and cute gift that you cried aww

The8: This boi thinks you look great with or without a hijab, it doesn’t matter to him. He knows it is your decision so he will support it. Minghao is really fashionable, and will sometimes ask if you would like to wear a bucket hat over your hijab along with some high end outfit haha. And you looked swag af. S.Coups, Mingyu, The8: They would want to know who made you cry first of all. After you explain to him the situation he knows that the first thing he should do is make sure you feel better. So he wipes your tears and embraces you and gives you a sweet kiss telling you how you are such a perfect human being and nobody’s opinion of you should effect you at all. They’d want to make you feel as happy as possible, especially with them at your side.  

Wonwoo, Woozi, Vernon: They might feel a little awkward at first, but they know they should push that feeling aside and be there for you. They ask you what’s wrong as they pull you into a sweet hug. Even if you cry into their shoulder for a bit before explaining the reason for your tears, they will be patient. Once they know the source of your crying, they will try their best to comfort you and eventually get your mind off of it.

S.Coups, Mingyu, The8, Seungkwan: Now these guys would not have been expecting this. Like at all. It catches them by surprise but they’ll feel flattered so much so that they begin to see themselves involved romantically with you. Your qualities will become even bolder and clearer in their eyes and they’d slowly catch on noticing your apparent crush on them. Eventually they will realize they actually like you that way and will probably do something like invite you to lunch and casually ask you out there.

Jeonghan, Jun: These cheeky idiots would probably know that you’ve liked them for a while and didn’t say anything just to mess with you. That doesn’t mean that they caught the feels though! These two are confident and would probably do something cheesy like hand you a rose or some cliche like that but then burst out laughing and admitting to you they knew the whole time. This kind of annoyed you but you snapped out of your thoughts when they suddenly ask you out with a smirk. When you say yes, they’ll probably say something along the lines of no one being able to resist them followed by an eyeroll from you

Hoshi, DK: These energetic little rays of sunshine would honestly feel so happy and proud that YOU of all people liked them!!! They’re happy that you’re attracted to them and won’t hesitate to ask you out as soon as possible. And they’ll live for your priceless reaction and probably give you a big hug after you say yes!

Woozi: This shy baby won’t know what to do! He feels kind of awkward tbh because he didn’t imagine you of all people liked hiim! He’d probably confront you about it one day in private and will be considerate of your feelings. He’ll find the way you talk about him so flattering he’ll feel himself blush and tell you he needs to sort out his feelings first. And within a day or two later he’ll admit to liking you back once he realizes you’re his biggest supporter!
