#stone dance of the chameleon#sdc#in order of appearance:#miroko eosphorite#irika heliodor#suth helian#The Grand Alliance 🫂#i’ve developed a bad habit of calling relationships couples 😭 even though there’s three of them in my mind i say TGA couple#but i love TGA couple 🫂#i think… well… the trajectory of them getting together is really interesting to consider#i do think casual relationships would be pretty common in Osrakum but greater configs would be rare#for the simple fact that most Chosen… don’t have that much love to give#TGA as we know would be childhood friends—though they’d all be so different#i don’t think Chosen society would have extremely rigid lines between friendship and romantic/sexual rels#that’s not to say that there wouldn’t be ‘pure’ friendships or relationships—but experimenting and going from one to the other#wouldn’t be a big deal—casual relationships and amicable breakups would be norm#so when it comes to TGA i think they’d be pretty tangled up in each other from young ages#Eosphorite esp iirc would be someone who loved the chase and would have a long long string of lovers#but i think the only people he never really tired of would be his closest ones—HH#because they would be the only ones who really brought him peace of mind#i think there would probably be a scary phase where they wondered what would become of them—who would choose whom#it would be Heliodor—their peacemaker—who would suggest that they didn’t have to choose#they could just be themselves#and they’d—just fit

#stone dance of the chameleon#sdc#suth sardian#imago corundum#corundian#i spent like an hour refining the lineart before realising i liked the rough sketch version better 😭#my 4yrs younger self would be soo mad i got into shipping an age difference couple 😭#but i think Corundian really is SUCH a fascinating ship—so many amazing factors going for them#just the idea of Sardian growing up idealising Corundum—then‚ his feelings changing with age‚ into admiration and friendship and desire#and there’s so much potential for both angst and fluff#i have this hc of Sardian confessing to Corundum so many times and always getting rejected‚ we can’t be together‚ i don’t see you that way#and he DOES try his best to move on but it doesn’t work‚ it’s impossible#because Corundum will always be the yardstick against which he’ll measure every other man in his life

#stone dance of the chameleon#nuhuron#seasons come and go ✍️ my love for awful men is eternal 💅#i’ll never stop thinking about how being Qusata’s son might’ve affected him#since Qusata would have severe identity issues due to his own circumstances… i love the ideas we have#of Qusata being unable to truly connect with Nuhuron and that leading to a sense of untetheredness in Nuhuron#i think Qusata would also feel some resentment for Nuhuron which he would pick up on subconsciously#and him playing favourites with his son with the worst prospects would just be a manifestation of that#i read this one nonfiction book where the author talked about how the features of one system become flaws for the future#that’s parenting… i think#anyway happy birthday to my nuhuron can you believe he’s 24 already? amazing#…….. actually i was going to write ‘my husband Nuhuron’ but i wasn’t feeling that#then i was going to write ‘my father Nuhuron’ and that didn’t feel right either 😭😭😭😭 but ig i accidentally left ‘my’ in……. so he’s my Nuhuro#some things are just fate#art update: 12022024
