LATER ON BY EVENING EVERYTHING WAS ARRANGED IN ORDER WITHOUT A GLITCH AND THE SET WAS READY FOR THE EVENT. THE DECORATION, REFRESHMENT AREA AND THE SITTING ARRANGEMENTS WERE PROPERLY MANAGED BY THEM. FOR THE EVENT THEY HIRED WELCOME HOSTESS, STANDING IN THE WELCOME GATE TO GREET THE GUESTS WITH A GENTLE SMILE.THE PEOPLE AT WORK WERE SUPER FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. WHEN PEOPLE ARRIVED TO THE RECEPTION THEY WERE IN AWE AS THE VENUE WAS BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED AND THEN WHEN THEY MOVED TO THE STARTER COUNTERS THEY WERE LEFT AMAZED AND THIS ONLY I CAME TO KNOW BY THEIR CAT-CHAT. ALL MARRIAGES ARE ALWAYS ASSOCIATED WITH MOUTH-WATERING FOODS AND I FOUND THE SAME DELICACY HERE TOO.THEIR ARRANGEMENTS AND THE FOODS WERE PRAISED BY EVERYONE. SO LET ME GIVE YOU A BRIEF ABOUT THEIR DELICACIES WHICH I HAD. IN STARTERS SECTION THERE WERE CHICKEN RESHMI KEBAB, FISH BARBEQUE AND PANEER TANDOORI ALONG WITH SOME MOCKTAILS LIKE AAM PANNA, GANDHORAJ LASSI, VIRGIN BLUE LAGOON AND CAFÉ LATTE IN HOT BEVERAGE SECTION. IN MAIN COURSE THERE WERE BABY BUTTER NAAN, MUTTON KEEMA REZALA, BHETKI PATURI (THE BEST ONE) ALONG WITH INTERNATIONAL SALAD BAR, FOLLOWED WITH MAHARANI PULAO, MUTTON KASA, GOLDEN FRIED PRAWN AND THE OTHER ACCOMPANIMENTS LIKE CHUTNEY, MASALA PAPADS, HOT GULAB JAMUN, RASMALAI AND FRIED ICE-CREAM, WHICH WAS A VERY INTERESTING PART IN DESSERT SECTION AND I WAS VERY CURIOUS TO HAVE THAT. AT THE END, TRADITIONAL BENGALI PAAN (BETEL LEAF) WAS OFFERED TO EVERY GUEST. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, THE VENUE LOOKED STUNNING. THE STAFFS AND THEIR SERVICES WERE FANTASTIC AND INCREDIBLE. THE FOOD WAS INSANELY BEAUTIFUL TOO.

The Neogi brothers has started their journey from a take away shop and here they are, ruling their service all around the areas of Kolkata and achieve the reputation and fame. So what to say about them! Food quality was good but somehow the taste of the food has been changed as I have visited very few social events organized by them but gradually their rates are increasing according to the market values. Otherwise their presentations were good enough and supervision was on top of everything.

The Bhoj Company is born out of deep passion for cooking and a love for authentic Bengali cuisine, situated at Mirza Ghalib Street. They had started their journey by starting a restaurant and after that they have come up with catering service and engaged themselves in social gatherings. At first I have visited their restaurant to celebrate one of my friend’s birthdays and after few years I was an invitee of an event where Bhoj caterers took the charge of catering services. The restaurant was decorated with some traditional Bengali things. Some nostalgic feeling was left over there which will leave you craving for more about the place. Authentic traditional Bengali food was served. Both of the places I have attended were almost similar about the taste of food, presentation and of course the service. Staffs are courteous and well-mannered and personally I felt that they can do anything to please their guests without leaving any mark. So once you can try this team for your upcoming events.

So if anybody wants to give them a chance for their event, I must say they all can compare the rates with others and they can understand. Every restaurants or catering service team starts their journey as entrepreneurs and by their quality and hospitality and we  as a blogger always visit them to judge the taste and overall presentations and as a customer if we share our views then everyone could know about the newbie and by this everyone would know about the team.

One of the finest catering team around Kolkata. They serve good quality food and expertise in Bengali food. Food taste was average according to the price as the price was a bit costlier but presentations were good. All the staffs were very generous and skilled. They maintained their techniques but still they are not compatible with others, with the modern techniques to promote the brand which helps them to visualize.

There were no such presentations which are trendy in nowadays.
