This “great big” punch out of Popeye and his friends was published by Whitman in the early 1960s. The pages were 14 inches tall. There was a similar set of the Flintstones.
Here’s another figure of Popeye from another source.

IP New Year!!!! Popeye the Sailor Man continues his voyage into the Public Domain today, with the expiration of the American copyright protections on his first appearance in 1929 in the Thimble Theatre comic strip by creator Elsie Crisler Segar 1894 - 1938). Due to differences in extranational copyright laws, Popye’s European copyright protections had already begun to expire by 2010, when I did the cartoon featured here. Eustix Popyright was a submission to the New Yorker’s Annual “Your Eustace” art competition, encouraging readers to reimagine the magazine’s mascot, designer Ray Irvin’s iconic dandy, Eustace Tilley. Popeye fans may recognize some of his traditional accoutrements, including the lesser-known Whiffle Hen, who stands in for Tilley’s butterfly.
