[OOC] So... an Ingrid Dating Sim?

So I decided to make a dating sim,,, based on Ingrid,,,,, 

I need help with a design choice. Your character has a dog, but now the question is... what type of dog?

“It’s not boring, it’s... cool! To me. Um, I should keep talking if you want to know more about me. But, I wanna know more about you and your ranch. Does it have horses? I’d love to ride a horse someday, as long as I don’t fall. I really love dogs too, does it have one of those herding dogs? Does it have sheep and cows and stuff?”

The way he called her “darlin” made her heart melt, but she told herself that she had to keep her cool. She felt all nervous, her cheeks rosy just looking at him.

Cody approaches Eleanor’s mansion with an uncharacteristically nervous expression. He looks around for Ingrid until he spots her, then he brightens a tad. He reminds himself that she was the one to ask him, after all, so surely that meant that she didn’t hate him.

When he spots Ingrid in her gown he swears his heart jumps into his throat, she looks so gorgeous. He makes his way over to her and he tips his hat, a warm smile on his face. “Howdy!” He greets enthusiastically. “Ingrid…you look…stunning.” There was a faint blush on his cheeks. “Thanks again for asking me to accompany you, I’m quite honored.”

“That sounds like a good idea.” She quickly agreed, smiling wide at the compliment, cheeks an obvious pink. “Oh, no, it’s fine! I’m fine with you calling me things, like pretty scenery, or darling, or, you know... Um, I made my dress myself, sort of!”

Ingrid changed the subject at the speed of light, now rambling on about how she fixed up a plain purple dress she found at a thrift store. “I got some sequins and glitter and tried my best, and then I also got some plastic-y flowers, and, well, fixed it up.” Rambling was better than silence.

Here’s what Ingrid is wearing to the Spring Gala!

I took the type of dress I wanted for her and added some flowers that are associated with spring. Tulips (pink), Daffodils (yellow), Irises (purple). The dress was originally a light pinkish-yellowish color, but I changed it since it didn’t look good.

After hearing about the new florist from a friend, once she got past all the pop-ups on her shitty computer, Ingrid decided to drop by and buy some! 

She eyed her jar labeled ‘Spending Money’. All that was in there was a folded up twenty dollars. “I suppose that’ll have to do, I think.” She mumbled, taking the money and carefully putting it in her vest pocket. “I hope that’s enough for flowers, I need more of ‘em to brighten it up around here!” 

Ingrid had almost gotten lost twice, but she was here. She entered the flower shop, and stared at a few flowers, seemingly having to not noticed Jaden at the counter. “So many pretty flowers, how do I choose???”
