i'm so excited for the xbox asus rog ally and i really shouldnt be

#ive started saving for it already because OOF #personal #i have never really wanted to get a gaming pc when most of what i do on a pc is like #work a 2004 pc could do just fine #and occassionally i play minecraft #so getting a handheld device that can do that is is peak. ive been desperate to play the pc version of thehunter #i.. am aware im not going to get that mouse aiming but oh well maybe therell be some way to use mouse with it #ive had a step back from lost media stuff and old web surfing and the breaks been good on my mental health #ive been trying to make some changes to how i approach things #but recently has been rough. anxiety spiking out of nowhere and physical illness. i think i ranted about my spine on here?#if i didnt. im having sudden spine issues that make everythign v painful #but thats besides the point. im trying to fill the queue up but i have to limit myself #ive been slowly using socials #i actually set a few apps up on my phone... still too scared to deal with notifs but its baby steps #i managed to reply to posts and check those replies which was huge #i also have been animating again and drawing my gote boys #if the asus wasnt due in october i would have put aside money to comm a plushie of one of the bros.. but thats gonna wait #probably a belated chrimbo gift for myself #id SAY christmas is like. the bros birthday but bixby's design has existed for a good several years #imma shut up now and go back to playin on my 360

im having a little spiral again finding some old content i watched when i was a kid. dae feel like the past just felt more epic? thats probably in part due to media at the time. ill use spyro for an example. tlos was a lot more story based than the original so it felt like. extra badass. idk. im just having a moment

#i finally backed up my ibispaint and flipaclip so i could crack em #i.. dont understand flipaclipbut im gonna learn #i think my issue is i tend to do animatics and i need like. dynamic timing for frames when i do animatics idk #it reminds me i need to finish the bixby animation i was doing in flipnote. i put a lot of time into that #im juggling #ive been stealing my girlfriends anxiety meds (with her permission LMAO)#i ran out of mine :( no idea how because i barely take em #i did my.. self sabotage thing with a friendship again #i was too sensitive and immediately cut myself off so i wouldnt be hurt anymore #but it also just hurts because i see what i lost and im like. aw man. am i ever gonna have normal friendships i dont immediately sabotage?#its all on me. i just cant allow myself to be around people and will be prickly and awkward on purpose to make people avoid me #some sort of self preservation ig #idk.. im rambling...#i do have a diary i just never write in it #reality is i dont have much time to. i wake up at like 8-9pm. my sleep is really bad atm #ill sleep for like 20 hours at a time

my xbox 360 controller's thumb grips really hit their limit the other night. they've been breaking for years but theyve also generally like, rubbed away in a way where they create a natural transition to the plastic and its still comfortable, but now they've just broken. i got a nice 50pack of thumbstick grips for a couple quid and put these grey textured ones on and they're like a brand new controller 0.o they feel great! and they match the colour really well.

#this is my fav controller #i think its my only wired official controller most my officials are wireless #AND I HATE WIRELESS #its also got a matching chatpad on it #the chatpad isnt useful anymore since the marketplace closure.. but i got used to the feeling so i keep it on #i cant believe it was over a year ago already #sighs #personal

the one thing that gets me out of bed when my sleeping meds are in full effect. remembering i had one more artfight attack to submit and seeing that i have 10 mins left to quickly signature it and submit it in time
