Lol, Sarada and Karin literally had absolutely nothing in common from the very beginning besides the fact that both of them had glasses. That’s literally the extent of their “resemblance”. Also, when it came to the manga, at first some people tended to completely “ignore” the fact that Karin’s hair and eyes were actually red, not black like Sarada’s as they actually seemed to be in the manga version. This is the exact reason why certain people might have believed that Sarada somewhat resembled Karin. They simply completely ignored the fact that Karin’s hair and eyes were red in reality, not black like they actually appear to be in the manga.
By the way, regarding Sarada’s glasses: in Boruto episode 21, Sakura confirmed that Sarada had awakened her Sharingan at a young age (so long before the events from Naruto Gaiden where she publicly displayed it for the first time). Thus, it was basically indirectly confirmed that Sarada’s need to wear glasses was caused exactly by the early awakening of her Sharingan.
On the other hand, Sarada does resemble Sakura a lot, including appearance-wise. When it comes to Sarada’s appearance, while she inherited Sasuke’s eye colour and hair colour, most of Sarada’s facial features were inherited from Sakura. The most important example is represented by Sarada’s eye shape. She completely inherited Sakura’s eye shape. :3
These two panels from Naruto chapter 699 and Naruto Gaiden chapter 8, respectively, shown in different positions, literally say it all:
These two panels are extremely telling and important since both of them allow us to carefully observe the actual shape of both Sakura and Sarada’s eyes. In both of these panels from Naruto chapter 699 and Naruto Gaiden chapter 8, Sakura and Sarada’s facial expressions are completely relaxed, fact that helps us easily distinguish their actual eye shape, which, as it can be seen right away, is identical. :3
These sole two panels would have been able to immediately prove who truly was Sarada’s biological mother even if we hadn’t had an actual confirmation regarding this matter in the manga/story itself (which we already officially have in Naruto Gaiden chapter 10 & Boruto episodes 23, 101 and 102, from Sasuke, Sakura and Karin themselves, fact that’s of course even better) since only Sakura had this unique eye shape in the entire manga before her daughter also inherited it.
Also, Sarada’s eyelashes, her round jaw and overall face shape (which can also clearly be seen in the very same panel from Naruto Gaiden chapter 8 that I’ve posted above), her big forehead (which can clearly be seen in Naruto chapter 700, where Sarada’s forehead is really wide, just like Sakura’s was in Naruto Part 1) and her wide, beautiful smile were all inherited from her Sakura as well. Furthermore, Sarada’s hair actually is a perfect combination of her parents’ since Sarada’s hair is initially straight just like Sakura’s, but her hair ends are more spiky just like Sasuke’s. While all three of them have bangs parted to the left, Sarada’s bangs resemble Sakura’s more.
In addition, almost all of Sarada’s expressions were also inherited from Sakura, especially the surprised and funny ones (this is due to the fact that almost all of Sarada’s facial features resemble Sakura’s extremely much and some of them are even identical to Sakura’s, as I’ve already stated above).
When it comes to Sarada’s personality and mannerisms, even though she initially seemed to resemble her father more, she actually resembles her mother much more as she is really friendly, caring, and when she’s angry, things aren’t going to turn out very good in the end.
Furthermore, Sarada also inherited her mother’s verbal tic, “Shannarō”, and always uses it during her attacks or when she’s excited/angry (just like Sakura does). In the Naruto universe, catchphrases are meant to be seen as having been naturally inherited and to show a link between a parent and their child, just like it happened in Naruto and Kushina’s case. Naruto inherited Kushina’s verbal tic despite the fact that he lost both of his parents the day he was born. Naruto met Kushina only in Part 2, after so many years since his birth and after so many years of already using the verbal tic. When Kushina heard Naruto’s verbal tic, she immediately said “You truly are my son.” and also said that she had always hoped he wouldn’t inherit it from her. Therefore, verbal tics are naturally inherited in the Naruto world and are meant to show a huge similarity between a parent and their child, just like it also obviously happens between Sakura and Sarada.
Thus, just like Naruto himself stated in Naruto Gaiden chapter 4, Sarada’s personality and overall atmosphere are exactly like Sakura’s.
And last but definitely not least, when it comes to Sarada’s abilities, besides the Sharingan that was inherited from her father, Sarada also naturally inherited her mother’s extremely good chakra control. And yes, good chakra control is genetically inherited. What you cannot directly inherit is the great strength itself, but the strength is a consequence of having naturally good chakra control and learning how to control it even better.
Sakura herself had an amazing chakra control right from the very beginning of the series, fact which was observed by Kakashi on two separate occasions in Naruto Part 1 (one of them was at an extremely early point in the story when Team 7 was training and the other one was during Sakura’s fight with Ino from the Chunin exams) and on one occasion at the beginning of Naruto Part 2. No other character besides Sakura was said to have good chakra control at such an early point in the story (here I’m mainly referring to the scenes from Part 1). Only Sakura’s was highlighted right from the start. Also, in the beginning, Sakura hadn’t trained much so that level of chakra control of hers was definitely naturally obtained. All of these facts immediately show the fact that Sakura’s extremely good chakra control was natural.
This way, the good chakra control was also naturally passed down to Sarada, who can control her chakra even better than Sakura could at her age, which is definitely due to the fact that Sarada also has the Sharingan and always activates it while using her naturally good chakra control, thus literally creating the perfect SasuSaku attack (as Karin herself noted in Boruto episode 102).
If the Sharingan hadn’t helped Sarada at all, she wouldn’t have been using it during her attack from Naruto Gaiden chapter 9 and other later similar attacks, and Kishi wouldn’t have used an entire panel there right before Sarada punched the ground exactly to emphasize the fact that Sarada had her Sharingan activated during those moments (that particular panel was focused only on Sarada’s eyes). This is why Sarada managed to punch so hard without any training.
And let’s not forget that Kishi emphasized even more that Sarada’s good chakra control had been naturally inherited when he drew several panels in Naruto Gaiden chapter 10, side by side, which showed that Sarada literally stared at her hand for a while after she had managed to punch the ground like that. This proved that, already knowing from Naruto Gaiden chapter 1 how hard Sakura was able to punch the ground, Sarada herself was beginning to understand that the chakra control truly was naturally inherited from Sakura. This was meant to make her begin to understand that Sakura was her biological mother. It was the first biological link between her and Sakura that Sarada herself realized she had.
And judging from Sakura’s reaction during and after the moment when Sarada was punching the ground in Naruto Gaiden chapters 9 & 10, she definitely hadn’t trained Sarada at all in this aspect. This fact immediately suggests that the Sharingan truly was what helped Sarada control her already naturally good chakra control even better, in a way that would result in such amazing punches, despite it being the first time she did this.
Thus, Sarada’s Sharingan definitely played a very important role in this and, combined with her naturally good chakra control, the Sharingan was what helped Sarada be able to punch extremely hard and acquire the same amazing strength as her mother’s, but without training. So, the reason why Sarada didn’t need any training in order to punch the way Sakura had managed to punch only after 2 years of training is that Sakura’s chakra control was naturally good, Sarada also naturally inherited it from her mother and then the Sharingan was what helped Sarada control her chakra even better than she naturally could. This is definitely what Kishi wanted to show through that moment from Naruto Gaiden chapters 9 & 10. This was one of the first major biological proofs that Kishi offered us exactly in order to show the biological relation between Sakura and Sarada (before the three direct official confirmations coming from Sasuke, Sakura and Karin, of course).
Therefore, Sarada is a combination of her parents in literally everything, including her appearance. This is exactly why the fact that Sakura was Sarada’s biological mother should have been obvious to everyone from the very beginning. Sarada resembles Sakura extremely much in every single possible way, just like I’ve shown above, and if someone couldn’t see this fact, it was only because of a simple pair of glasses.

No worries, anon. Any “association” between Sarada and SK shippers is purely fanon. Canonically, absolutely no such association exists, whether certain shippers like it or not. :3
I really want Sasusaku to have a second kid especially because Sasuke can revive the Uchiha clan. Its not realistic for only Naruhina to have 2 kids. I do love Sarada but I hated how she gets associated with SasuKarin shippers after gaiden happened and I just want a SS kid that is free of that drama. Dammit Kishi
I’ll repeat that Sasuke never wanted to revive the clan in numbers:
That was never his goal. He only wanted to restore their honour and reputation.

Lol, regardless what certain people keep trying to “claim”, the canon fact that Sakura is Sarada’s biological mother will always be canon. Literally every single one of their “theories” is and will always be purely fanon, and there’s absolutely nothing they can do about that. ;)
Sakura didn’t give birth in a dingy old hideout and raise her daughter on her own for almost a decade for people to say that she’s not Sarada’s biological mother.

Lol, we don’t need to recolor Sarada to show that she resembles Sakura. This fact is more than obvious without doing absolutely anything.

It’s funny when Sasusaku fans recolor Sarada or Sakura to “prove” that she is Sakura’s daughter, lmao you don’t prove shit cause honestly Karin and Sakura also look alike if you change the hair and eye color to look the same.Â

No, Sarada understood from Sasuke’s words that Sakura truly was her biological mother. As Sasuke himself said, Sarada’s very existence immediately shows the connection between him and Sakura. If his and Sakura’s feelings hand’t been connected, Sarada wouldn’t have even existed. She wouldn’t have been born. But she exists and her simple existence right away proves that Sasuke’s heart is connected to Sakura’s. Sarada immediately understood what Sasuke meant while saying “Because you exist, Sarada.” and this was the exact moment when she finally understood that she truly was Sakura’s biological daughter, which brought tears of happiness to her eyes.
And if this wasn’t “enough” already for you, in Boruto episode 101 Karin directly told Sarada that they are not related in any way and then, in Boruto episode 102, Karin even mentioned right in front of her how much Sarada resembles both Sasuke and Sakura (due to her Sharingan and enormous strength, respectively), saying that she’s definitely their child.
;3
Why is it that no one talks about that gaiden acctually ended with Sarada believing that Karin is her biological mother. So even if she says Sakura is her mother she stills believes that her “real” mother is Karin.

“when you question how canon and healthy SasuSaku acctually is” -> Lol, considering that Sasuke and Sakura are married and have a beautiful daughter together, you literally cannot “question how canon” they are. They’re canon and that’s it, whether you like it or not. ;3
I find it funny how SasuSaku fans call you a salty hater when you question how canon and healthy SasuSaku acctually is with canon manga as evidence, and instead of giving good arguments as to why they think you are wrong you just get called salty and dumb.Â
You sure showed everyone who questions Sasusaku, lmao.

“If Sakura really was the mother why does Karin have Sarada’s umbilical cord?”
Karin probably kept the umbilical cord as Sasuke and Sakura were travelling when Sarada was born at her hideout. Therefore, they probably didn’t even pay much attention to the umbilical cord and let Karin have it, as a gift for letting them stay at the hideout, for helping Sakura give birth and for probably letting them rest there for a few days after Sarada’s birth. If they weren’t the ones who had offered Karin the cord, then they still probably didn’t pay much attention to it (as it would have been kind of difficult to travel with a cord at them and to keep it in a good condition at the same time) and Karin herself decided to keep it, as a way to remember the day she had helped during Sarada’s birth.
Also, that wasn’t even the full cord. An umbilical cord is much longer than that. It was just a piece of it. Furthermore, Karin’s words (”Bonds come in all kinds of shapes.”) appeared alongside the umbilical cord and this is meant to show that she had formed a bond with the Uchiha family as she had been present at Sarada’s birth scene and as both Sasuke and Sakura had definitely been grateful to her for helping Sakura during the birth. Both Sakura and Sasuke must have highly appreciated her for the help. Also, she formed a new bond of friendship with Sakura, as Karin herself stated. In addition, just like it happened with Sarada’s glasses, without this umbilical cord, there would have been no plot for Naruto Gaiden to turn out this way. There had to be something which would have made Sarada completely believe for a while that Sakura “wasn’t” her real mother so that she would understand that relationships are based solely on love and memories, not on blood connections. The DNA does not matter and Sarada finally understood this. So how could Kishi have made Sarada completely believe for a while that Karin “was” her real mother? If Sakura and Sasuke had immediately answered her questions, Sarada would have found out the truth right away and would have never understood that relationships aren’t based on blood relations. Therefore, she had to think for a while that Sakura “wasn’t” her real mother and the only way she could have believed that was by thinking an “actual” DNA test proved this and both of her parents had to not be around her while she saw the DNA test results (so that they would not tell her right away that the results were completely wrong). This way, she could learn that extremely important lesson. Sarada needed this lesson in order to achieve a new dream: the dream of becoming Hokage. She now knows that a Hokage has the entire village as their family because connections are based only on love, so this is why she now desires to become one.
“Why did no one except Karin see Sakura pregnant?”
Sakura obviously got pregnant after she had joined Sasuke during his travels. This is why, although Naruto never saw Sakura pregnant, he didn’t once question Sarada’s parentage. He knew that Sakura got pregnant while she was travelling alongside Sasuke and this was why, even though he didn’t see it for himself, he didn’t question how Sakura could have been pregnant. He knew it was perfectly reasonable for Sarada to have been conceived during her parents’ travels.
“And why didn’t anyone just tell Sarada why she was born outside the village?”
Because nobody except Sasuke, Sakura and Karin knew the exact circumstances of Sarada’s birth. It’s literally this simple.
The only thing Gaiden did was:
- Make Sasusaku look even worse than before.
- Show how Sakura is still a crazy fangirl, even in her thirties.
- Tell that Sasuke has never seen his daughter.Â
- Show how Sakura used violence against Sarada for asking sane questions.
- Developed Karin to be much more mature and likable character.
- Make it look ooc that they got married and have sex when they haven’t even kissed.
Seriously Gaiden was weird and the ending looked so staged and fake, many questions were also unanswered.Â
- If Sakura really was the mother why does Karin have Sarada’s umbilical cord?Â
- Why did no one except Karin see Sakura pregnant?
 - And why didn’t anyone just tell Sarada why she was born outside the village?Â

“He wrote that Sasuke might’ve cheated on her” -> No, he never wrote that. And if this actually is meant to “imply” something regarding Sarada’s parentage, here are some beautiful, canon reminders for you, anon:
Wait, I have even more canon reminders for you! Karin once again officially confirmed in Boruto episode 101 that she isn’t related to Sarada in any way and then, in Boruto episode 102, even mentioned just how much Sarada resembles both Sasuke and Sakura (due to her Sharingan and enormous strength, respectively), saying that she’s definitely their daughter. ;D

“Kishimoto said that we can interpret whether or not Sakura or Karin is Salad’s bio mother“ -> Lol, how about you stop trying to spread false “claims”? Kishi NEVER said that we “can interpret” who Sarada’s biological mother is. In that interview about Naruto Gaiden, what he said was left up to the viewers’ imagination was the way Karin managed to move on from Sasuke when Sakura gave birth to Sarada, not Sarada’s parentage. Honestly, how could anyone not realize from the beginning that this claim of yours was ridiculous, considering that literally everything about Sarada’s canon parentage had already been officially confirmed in the Naruto Gaiden manga itself? Now THAT would have been contrived: already confirming everything regarding an issue in the canon story, only to later mention in a mere interview that that particular issue was still not fully over despite the official confirmation from before. You and the other anti extremists simply love spreading misinformation and mistranslations, don’t you?
“she’s some type of clone from experiments“Â
Karin had absolutely no reason to and did not lie to Suigetsu at the end of Naruto Gaiden chapter 10. And no, don’t even try to come up with the “she was trying to protect Sarada from Orochimaru” claim. Wow, I can’t believe that this “claim” even exists. It basically suggests that Karin would have preferred continuing to work for Orochimaru instead of going away with the love of her life and their child. She of course could have left Orochimaru’s hideout and gone away if she had actually wanted. She wouldn’t have been forced to remain. Also, this “claim” completely ignores the fact that Sarada still would have literally been in the same team as Mitsuki, who was created by Orochimaru himself. So, Orochimaru could have still found a lot of information about her just by asking Mistuki and could have even watched Sarada closely if he had wanted to. What’s more, Orochimaru certainly doesn’t seem to be interested in doing bad things anymore, sometimes goes to Konoha himself, and is closely watched by Yamato.
Anyway, simply paying attention to Karin’s reaction after she heard what an enormous misunderstanding Suigetsu had caused literally says it all. If Karin hypothetically had tried to *hide* something and that particular something had suddenly been revealed right in front of her, she would have remained speechless, wouldn’t have known what to say and would have also become upset since that something certainly wouldn’t have been a happy part of her life. But, instead, immediately after hearing Suigetsu’s words and realizing what he had done, Karin became extremely angry, explained everything to him right away and also told him to immediately go and apologize to Sarada for the misunderstanding. Thus, her reaction proves that she was, indeed, telling the truth.
And, also hypothetically speaking, even if Karin hadn’t told the truth, why would Sasuke and Sakura have directly lied to Sarada, as well? How could they have done something like that, especially Sakura who was aware of Sarada’s thoughts and doubts after Shizune had told her about everything? Thus, knowing that Sarada had actually found out the “truth” all by herself, why would have Sakura dismissed this and continued “lying” to Sarada? Just why? OP, do you really think that lying and fake families are what the overall Naruto story is about? Have you suddenly forgotten that Naruto is only about extremely important life lessons and friendships? And not to mention Sasuke, who deeply treasures love and family. Why would he have ever supported the idea of continuously “lying” to Sarada? And why would have Sarada had to be lied to in the first place? How would have they ended up in such a messy situation as this one?
So, of course Sakura was in fact telling the truth to Sarada when she confirmed that she truly was her real mother. This fact can also be seen judging by Sakura’s reaction after Sarada told her that she already knew that and that she now understood that only love and memories are important when it comes to relationships and bonds. Sakura was unaware at that particular moment of the fact that Sarada had understood an extremely important lesson regarding relationships and connections, so she was extremely surprised by her daughter’s reply and didn’t exactly understand why Sarada was saying that all of a sudden. If Sakura had actually been keeping the truth regarding Sarada’s parentage away from Sarada during those moments, she would have understood right away what Sarada meant and would have been proud to hear such words coming from Sarada. Instead, Sakura was completely surprised.
Sarada now only cared about the love she and Sakura had for each other and knew that this was what was making Sakura her real mother, even though Sarada later understood from Sasuke’s words that Sakura truly was her biological mother as well, fact which brought tears of happiness to Sarada’s eyes.
To keep it simple: If Sakura hadn’t been Sarada’s biological mother, she wouldn’t have been married to Sasuke (who would have been married to Sarada’s actual mother), she wouldn’t have been the one taking care of Sarada (Sarada’s actual mother would have been taking care of her), and Sarada wouldn’t have had an identical eye shape to Sakura’s (fact which is more than obvious especially in the manga version; Sakura’s exact eye shape was unique in the manga before Sarada was born) and she wouldn’t have had naturally good chakra control either. If Sarada had been “an experiment”, the umbilical cord simply wouldn’t have existed, Sakura wouldn’t have been the one taking care of her, Sasuke and Sakura wouldn’t have acknowledged her as their daughter (in this scenario, they would have still been married, but wouldn’t have had Sarada as their daughter) and Sarada would have simply had nothing to do with either of them. She would have been raised by Orochimaru (considering he would have most likely been “her creator”), just like Mistuki is.
^ Instead, Sakura is Sarada’s biological mother and she is married to Sasuke, the father of her child. This is why Sakura is the one who is raising Sarada and this is why Sarada does resemble her a lot in so many ways. It’s literally this simple.
“not plausible“ -> Lol, ok. It seems that you once again need to be reminded of these beautiful, canon confirmations:
But wait, I have even more canon confirmations for you! Karin once again officially confirmed in Boruto episode 101 that she isn’t related to Sarada in any way and then, in Boruto episode 102, even mentioned just how much Sarada resembles both Sasuke and Sakura (due to her Sharingan and enormous strength, respectively), saying that she’s definitely their daughter. ;D
Lol, never forget that, as Sasuke himself said, Sarada’s very existence immediately shows the connection between him and Sakura. If his and Sakura’s feelings hadn’t been connected, Sarada wouldn’t have even existed. She wouldn’t have been born. But she exists and her simple existence right away proves that Sasuke’s heart is connected to Sakura’s. This fact came from Sasuke’s own mouth, but of course you ignore it.
And what’s so “not plausible“ about a man who decides to conceive a child with the woman he married? You know, the conception of Sarada is every bit as “plausible” as Naruto giving up on his love for Sakura and settling for the second option. :3
I know that Kishimoto said that we can interpret whether or not Sakura or Karin is Salad's bio mother, but I'm still sold that she's some type of clone from experiments, mostly because she has the sharingan. In the original manga, they said that the sharingan can only appear in a pure blooded Uchiha, and only a small percentage of them can even awaken it. Salad is only half Uchiha... so why does Salad have the sharingan? It literally makes no sense to me, I don't know... Thoughts?
Same here tbh I mean its not plausible that Sasuke would fuck Sakura or marry Sakura after he fucked KarinÂ

“Sasuke would be the kind of man who searches for a person with great genes to breed.“ -> Wow, how little you understood of Sasuke’s character. Sasuke never cared about such things. As Kishi himself said, the Uchiha Clan treasures love the most, and Sasuke is no exception to the rule. He would have never chosen to have a child with someone just because said child would have been powerful. He would have never even thought about conceiving a child if said child hadn’t been born out of love.
As Sasuke himself said, Sarada’s very existence immediately shows the connection between him and Sakura. If his and Sakura’s feelings hadn’t been connected, Sarada wouldn’t have even existed. She wouldn’t have been born. But she exists and her simple existence right away proves that Sasuke’s heart is connected to Sakura’s. This fact came from Sasuke’s own mouth.
And don’t you realize that genetics don’t even mean that much? Sakura came from absolutely no clan, yet she still managed to become one of the strongest kunoichi (definitely the strongest in Konoha since she surpassed Tsunade, which was confirmed in a canon Databook). She canonically is much stronger than Karin, who came from the prestigious Uzumaki Clan. She managed to become this strong through hard work and dedication. Still, Sakura too had natural talent, which was mostly represented by her naturally precise chakra control.
Also, Sakura being Sarada’s biological mother played a big part in Sarada being as powerful as she is. This is because Sarada also naturally inherited the extremely precise chakra control from Sakura.
This was one of the first major biological proofs that Kishi offered us exactly in order to show the biological relation between Sakura and Sarada (before the three direct official confirmations coming from Sasuke, Sakura and Karin, of course).
;)

No, Kishi never “insinuated“ something like that. How about you first check the accuracy of certain “claims” instead of taking them for granted (like it so often happens in your anti fandom)? ;3

Also, can’t you see just how awful Sarada being “Karin’s daughter” would have made Sasuke look? This fact was highlighted over and over again in Naruto Gaiden by both Naruto and Suigetsu. Sasuke would have never slept with a woman before marrying her. He would have never slept with a woman only to marry another one. Lol, somebody who understood even 1% of Sasuke’s character would have immediately realized these more-than-obvious things. Sasuke is extremely pure when it comes to relationships, as Kishi himself once said. He wouldn’t have ever married somebody he didn’t love and wouldn’t have ever acted in a non-traditional way when it comes to relationships. And the Uchiha Clan treasures love the most.
Also, as Sasuke himself said, Sarada’s very existence immediately shows the connection between him and Sakura.

“the woman who supposedly helped them both” -> Lol, will the day in which you stop trying to insert such things and fully embrace the canon ever come? ;”D How about you use the CORRECT version: “the woman who supposedly helped them both“?
“because she is insecure about her“ -> Lol, how about you stop treating your fanon “claims” as canon? As Sakura herself confirmed in Boruto episode 21, the reason why she didn’t tell Sarada anything about the members of Team Taka (including Karin, of course) was because she wanted to do everything she could to prevent Sarada from finding out that Sasuke had once been an enemy to Konoha. But considering all that you keep ignoring on purpose regarding SS, it’s absolutely no surprise that you chose to “skip” this part as well, lol.
;3
I know people say Sarada is ungrateful but imagine needing to live with Sakura a whole life? Sakura throws tantrums, breaks stuff, is selfish, immature, and emotional abusive. Obviously Sarada would freak and explode at some point, I think Sarada reaction in Gaiden overall made sense but what do you think?
I don’t care about Salad’s suffering tbh, her angst is a stupid plot device Kishi used to mock SS and make it even worse than it already was and it all was resolved in like 10 chapters lol, that’s how much she “suffered”.
But oh yes. Sakura. I’m still completely baffled how do people think Sakura destroying her house is like a normal reaction to Salad’s question and don’t get how much gaiden shits on SS. She is completely delusional in Gaiden, plasters the Uchiha symbol everywhere like a status symbol eventhough her “husband” doesn’t even use it anymore. She never tells Salad about the woman who supposedly helped them both, because she is insecure about her. This coupled with Salad’s reaction to Ino makes it look like Sakura is just in general insecure of other women and talks shit about them.
I have said many times it’s very telling even in the jpn fandom people were calling her crazy, because I don’t often see such strong reactions.

This is hilarious, lol. No, he literally did that every single time when he mentioned Sakura while talking to other people (both times simply happened to be when he was talking to Orochimaru). Also, if he had been talking, for example, to Naruto instead, he would of course have used “Sakura” instead of “my wife” (just like it already happened in a Boruto episode) since Naruto knew Sakura well. He would have also used “Sakura” (or “your mother”) if he had been talking directly to Sarada (just like it already happened in a Boruto episode as well). But Orochimaru of course didn’t know Sakura well or at all (Sasuke probably wasn’t even sure if Orochimaru knew who his wife was), so he said “my wife” exactly in order to make sure that Orochimaru understood who he was talking about and to highlight the importance of the person he was talking about. If Sasuke had instead said “Sakura”, he probably believed that Orochimaru might not know who she was, so he wanted to make sure that he knew exactly who she was in order to understand the gravity of the situation.
another good point

Lol, here are some beautiful, canon reminders for you and every single other anti:
But wait, I have even more canon confirmations for you! :”3 Karin once again officially confirmed in Boruto episode 101 that she isn’t related to Sarada in any way and then, in Boruto episode 102, even mentioned just how much Sarada resembles both Sasuke and Sakura (due to her Sharingan and enormous strength, respectively), saying that she’s definitely their daughter.
:3
(Part 2) Though Salad might have grown on Sakura over years beyond being just "a tie to Sasuke" but also might explain Sakura's reactions to when Salad questions anything about her family. And tbh. I am not really sure what sort of relationships would Sasuke and Karin have under such set up beyond obvious "Karin loves Sasuke and has convinced herself that Sakura being his life is for the best of everyone".
“What do you do if your child asks about your husband?”
a) explain the situation
b) scream at your kid, make her to be the problem and destroy your house
Sakura: B! It’s clearly B!
fandom: this is totally a reasonable and not at all suspicious reaction.

“well there is no proof of actual marriage but let’s assume they did“ -> Meanwhile, Sasuke and Sakura refer to each other as “my wife”/”my husband” when talking to other people, Sakura refers to Sasuke as “dear” (”anata” in Japanese) when talking directly to him, Sakura literally wears the Uchiha crest on all of her clothes (both on her casual clothes, such as her dresses, and on her ninja clothes) and has the Uchiha crest placed in her home, and Sakura is literally described as “Sakura Uchiha” in every single one of her canon descriptions after her marriage to Sasuke (including her descriptions for Naruto Gaiden and Boruto: Naruto the Movie).
Also, going by this “logic” (more like “lolgic” ;3), there is absolutely no proof that any of the canon couples are actually married (the only wedding that we actually saw, that of NH, happened only in the anime, so it can be considered non-canon, right?).
;3
đź’€
1. that’s not canon, it’s a non-canon fanfic novel
2. what’s canon is this (made herself and her kid homeless in case ya can’t read)
3. Sasuke sleeps in the WOODS with no problem and why wouldn’t he because the other option is to sleep in the same place as Sakura.
4. Also they married (well there is no proof of actual marriage but let’s assume they did) because Sakura chased him. She plasters the Uchiha symbol everywhere when her “husband” never wears it, so the status symbol does mean a lot to her.
Fake feminists so insecure their fave is shallow đź’€ đź’€ đź’€
