Some quick Glow Up Recolour Findings:

You don't have to have the full outfit!

Any 4-star or 5-star outfit piece that has a recolour and is glowed up? You will get the recolour!

Ex: I do not have the complete outfit for Dreamy Glimmer, but I glowed up the boa for Stylist Battles. Got the recoloured boa.

Ex: I do have the complete outfit for Crimson Rhapsody, but only glowed up the plushie. Got only the recoloured pink plushie.

I did not have to click anything. Literally all the outfit pieces just appeared once I clicked on the Glow Up page.

If you have a full outfit, you do get diamonds in the compendium for the full glow up version just like you would for an evolution.
