Bloomed Swampfire Redesign

I really don't like Bloomed Swampfire, so I wanted to take a crack at redesigning him without changing too many of the fundamentals. I'm not sure it totally reads as bloomed, but this is probably what Swampfire will look like if Ben uses him in the Station RIOT era.
